We enjoyed our stay but it would have been even better if our 5th guest could have made it. Unfortunately she suffered a broken shoulder and wasn't able to travel. We felt that at the front of the property, an awning should be installed, as in the morning, you couldn't sit out because the sun was blazing on you. All in all it was an enjoyable holiday however! villamartin was just a bit to quiet for us. It's more like a residential town than a resort.

Amazing 7 days

We stayed for a week from the 9th of August and it was our first time staying in this town house. It was perfect for us as a family. It was so well equipped and so spacious and clean. The pools were great and never really that busy my 3 kids were in them most days. We will definitely be booking for next year.xx

Great location

Property was great location. The grounds ste gorgeous. Close to everything you need. The back patio was overgrown and dirty so we never used. Main upstairs room spotless,same for both ground floor rooms. Groundfloor bathroom shower curtain very brown and grubby. Grout on tiles quite dirty too. We did love our stay.

La villa est grande, très bien équipée et parfaitement située. Ma famille et moi y avons passé un excellent sejour !! Nous n'hésiterons pas à la réserver de nouveau si nous venions à revenir dans la region. Merci Sharon.

Quiet settung in great location

Lovely house with good sized rooms and outside space. Always sun and shade available. Quiet well maintained gardens and pools. Walking distance to Villamartin Plaza where there are wide variety to restaurants cafes and bars. 5 min drive to Zenia Boulevard with extensive range of shops. 10 min drive to clean beach with attentive lifeguards.

A Fantastic place to Holiday

A fantastic holiday in a lovely villa. Sharon met us on arrival and showed us around, everything was spotless. The beds are comfy, the showers are great and the kitchen has all the utensils you'll ever need. Wifi also worked great, it just needed unplugged once a day. The Villa is right next to one of the pools (the quieter of the 2) and we were able to watch our teenagers from the comfort of our balcony. The Villa is ideally located for access to the Plaza (a 3 minute walk) and there is also a supermarket just as close which had everything we needed for a weeks shopping. Sharon & the team communicated great ahead of my trip and everything couldn't have went smoother. I would definitely reccomend this Villa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Nous avons pu utiliser les 2 piscines disponibles. Beaucoup de villas, mais tout était assez calme. La villa était spacieuse, plusieurs terrasses, il ne manquait rien.

Beautiful apartment with wonderful outsude areas

This property is in an excellent location just 3 mins from the Plaza and supermarjet. The pool is fabulous and outside areas are brill. It has everything you need inside cups, glasses etc and we would stay in this property again. Sharon abd Keven who manage the property are fabulous who cant do enough fir you whatever you need they are i habd to helo you.

Beautiful house with everything you need

I would definitely recommend this property. The location is great too for the plaza, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. there are two pools which are quiet most of the time.

Perfect

A group of 6 of us visited the villa for 10 days. The villa was immaculate, clean and plenty of sunbathing areas...despite us having 6 days of rain! It's within walking distance from the plaza so we had plenty of shelter from the weather. We also chose to use the transfer service that Sharon and Kevin offer and we have no complaints. Great value for money, we look forward to booking again and actually getting to use the pool, hopefully minus the rain next time. Thank you for a brilliant holiday. We have already recommended the villa to a number of friends.

Out of season visit

First stay at this house. Must say it was very clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the BBQ and Kevin came over and sorted it for us - no problem. Bedding and good quality towels were all provided. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you to Sharon, Kevin and the team for making our visit so pleasurable and will be coming back. It's 5/5 from us.

Exactly what we came for

Nice house in quiet area, well kept, clean and more than sufficiently equipped (tip: coffeefilter holder would be nice though) for our needs (three guys with one purpose: play golf). Easy stroll to restaurants and bars. Loved it - we would not hesitate to recommend it. Arne🇳🇴

Perfect family holiday

We spent 2 fantastic weeks at this villa during August As a Family of 4 this villa was ideal. 3 lovely bedrooms, kitchen with absolutely everything you need and more! TV has English channels if you want to use it Front terrace ideal for getting away from the sun for a bit, glass of sangria and read a book. Back patio/garden area with bbq which has the sun all evening! There’s a roof terrace off the main bedroom upstairs which is nice especially in the morning. My only comment here would be that it really needs a table and chairs to enjoy a morning cuppa etc. There were 4 older sun beds up there but I think a table and chairs would be advantageous The pool is right outside and very peaceful it’s warm and ideal to spend all day around. It was never very busy there’s also a Second pool a few mins walk away that you can use The plaza is just 4 mins walk away which has bars and restaurants something for everyone Location is great a short drive to la Zenia for shopping and beaches Sharon was very helpful and is just across the road if you need any help. The welcome pack was a very nice idea! We would definitely return!

Ideal location to Villa Martin plaza 3 min walk!

Very big villa pretty setting, large bedrooms and comfy beds, lounge dining open plan kitchen with washer dryer and dishwasher (had issues with dishwasher agent tried to sort it as smelt of fish but it lingered all our stay unfortunately, they are going to contact the owners). Also problem with the bbq didn’t work properly had to hold the buttons in and it was filthy when it should of been cleaned but we got there in the end! Missing air con remote for one bedroom and other bedroom air con remote stuck informed agent. Hairdryer supplied and one towel each (could do with more towels especially if you are out of season and weather not brilliant although there is a dryer but you don’t want to wash everyday when on holiday) Beach towels supplied Plenty of outdoor space Plenty of pans crockery dishes but no tin opener and some of the utensils need throwing away as broken or rusty! Tv and WiFi Lovely pools two of them but area not ideal as grassy and no sun beds around pool and villa only has deck chairs to take round pool however there are 4 sun beds on the roof terrace via upstairs bedroom. Some negative comments but overall had a great stay just needs a bit of tlc
