Nueva renovación de buen gusto con impresionantes vistas desde la sala de estar, solárium y dormitorios. El césped grande conduce al arroyo de agua salada y kayaks para explorar el gran estanque y las tierras de conservación circundantes. Esta es una casa bellamente amueblada y decorada con un entorno espectacular que crea el ambiente perfecto para escapar del estrés de la vida cotidiana; ¡No querrás irte!

UBICADO a 5 minutos de Dennis y a solo 10 minutos de las mejores playas de North Side.
Cerca del sendero para bicicletas de Cape Cod y del río Bass, así como de terrenos de conservación con senderos marcados por la casa.
Las tiendas están a solo 5 minutos en automóvil de comestibles, etc.

El DECK con vista a la piscina y al jardín, tiene vistas al agua y la mesa y las sillas proporcionan el escenario perfecto para la puesta de sol. También hay un patio separado fuera de la cocina con vistas al jardín y al agua para disfrutar al máximo del espacio al aire libre. También hay una gran parrilla profesional de acero inoxidable para cocinar, rodeada de naturaleza y brisa del cabo.

Extended Family Vacation Home

Spacious, beautiful, completely equipped, this was a perfect vacation spot for two elders, two couples, a teen and three children. We loved the pool, the kayaks, and the convenient location, with easy access to beaches, shopping, and the whole Cape. Great host!

Private picturesque getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely vacation home. Beautiful outdoor space and the pool was great fun. Kitchen equipped with high end appliances and absolutely everything we needed. Piers was a wonderful host and very attentive to any and all requests. He graciously shared fresh produce from his garden. Would highly recommend this home!

When can we go back?

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this property! Piers was incredibly helpful answering any questions we had, the house was beautiful, clean and spacious, and the views were truly stunning. There was relaxing in and around the pool which was well maintained, multiple lawn sports on the expansive property, kayaking on the creek, family meals around the large dinner table, and games, puzzles and movies when the weather kept us indoors. We didn't want to leave! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A slice of heaven close to all amenities and beaches

We stayed with our parents and kids and found the house to be clean and well located. The pool was awesome (with monarch butterflies flittering around the summer lilacs near the pool area), the crab creek in the back was very fun. My daughters were excited about catching crabs for the first time. We saw herons, ospreys, swans when using the kayaks that came with the house. My almost 1 year old loved seeing the three chickens that live behind the shed. We had a small issue we wrote to the owner about and he was there within hours and went above and beyond to fix it immediately. The kitchen was so well stocked with appliances, dishes, and spices. The area is very central to everything in the cape and we could get to beaches, restaurants, town centers within 10-20 minutes drive. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of staying at this property and it was so hard to leave and get back to real life.

Friend Vacation

What an amazing home to spend our annual week away in! When we weren't spending time by the pool, we were making our way through all parts of the Cape (the location of the house made that very easy to do), cooking in the beautiful kitchen, or down by the creek. Piers was extremely responsive and helpful leading up to, and during, the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We love this place

This is our 2nd time staying at this beautiful home. We can't get enough of the pool and find the whole house to be very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you could need! The ages of our crew range from 8YO to 81YO and everyone has a great time. The little ones love the big yard and the twin bedroom. Some darker blackout curtains in the queen bedroom would be helpful, but otherwise, this house is pretty much perfection. And Piers is a very helpful host!

Beautiful setting, gorgeous house and pool.

This house is everything advertised here and more! Lovely setting along the creek with boats to borrow and enjoy. The salt-water pool was so refreshing - we stayed in all day! The house itself is very comfortable and well-equipped. Lots of outdoor and indoor hang-out areas with plenty of seating. The kitchen has all you need for whatever meals you're cooking up, plus plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, etc. Even a nice blender for cocktails! Best of all, Piers is such a friendly and accommodating host. He gave us a bottle of proseco, eggs from his own chickens, and even some tuna he caught himself! He was always quickly responsive to any questions we had and was so nice about it! Recommended!

Fabulous Family Vacation!

Thanks to previous reviews, we decided to rent this beautiful property for our week-long vacation on the Cape. The house was extremely comfortable and had plenty of room for us to spread out. We especially loved sitting on the balcony and by the pool and enjoying the stunning views! Piers, the owner, couldn't have been more accommodating. He was extremely helpful with restaurant and activity suggestions and even took us fishing on his fabulous boat! We haven't stayed in Yarmouth before and really enjoyed the location. It is close to the ferries in Hyannis so we even enjoyed a day trip to Nantucket. We truly hope to be back next summer!

We had a fantastic stay at this property and would love to return! The house is beautiful and sparkling clean! We loved the pool and enjoyed using the kayaks. The private setting with gorgeous views of nature was ideal. The owner was extremely responsive and hospitable.

Wonderful vacation home!

Everything was perfect for our family of six adults and two young grandchildren! Beautiful pool!! Kayaked on river along with a family of swans and osprey! The kitchen was extremely well stocked! Thank you!!

Outstanding Property!!

This was the perfect home and setting for our family vacation. The home is stunning and the property has an expansive grass area and serene view of the pond. We enjoyed the kayaks, the lawn games, and the changing light through the trees on the water as well as the sunset view from the Adirondack chairs and the upper deck. The home is beautifully decorated, well supplied, and very functional for several people. It is well located for trips to the beach and the store . Piers was a gracious and thoughtful host who generously shared fresh tuna steaks from his catch! Many thanks for a wonderful property for our family vacation!!

Perfect vacation

My family loved our stay so much, we immediately started planning a stay for next year. My elderly grandparents found the house and property to be easy to get around. The pool was amazing! Very clean and plenty of furniture on the patio. The outdoor fridge is an excellent addition. We had never stayed in Yarmouth Port but we really enjoyed it. The creek was so much fun and gave us plenty of extra activities.

Delightful Stay

We had a very lovely time on the cape! The house was amazing and the owner was very nice, even coming to help out when there were some needed items in the house once. Absolutely would stay here again.

Wonderful location

Great property for family, plenty to to do for all age groups, short drive to supermarket, made great use of bikes, kayaks on lake, pool is clean and small beverage fridge by the pool is very handy, property is beautifully landscaped, inside the house is comfortable, bathrooms are clean and spacious, bedrooms have everything you need to have a restful sleep, kitchen is perfect for family cooking, all appliances are in excellent working condition, rec room has all kinds of games, video games, books, there is even a home office that can double up as bedroom with pull out sofa, overall great place to stay, truly a home home away home

Early summer retreat

We had a perfect week in Yarmouth. The house was spacious, clean and well-appointed including all the kitchen appliances and gadgets you could want. It was particularly good space for the two halves of our party to coexist on different schedules (Zoom conference calls, etc.) and with different needs (bedtimes). The pool was delightful and Mill Pond provided a beautiful view. We hardly left the property but there was a nice local market and kid-friendly beach just a short drive away. The owner could not have been more accommodating -- he even donated some fresh mackerel from his fishing trip on our last full day in the house.

Crab Creek Beauty

Everything about this property is top notch! The Owner Piers was excellent to work with. Always responsive and helpful. This beautiful house feels like “home” with everything you need with beautiful views down to the river. The salt water pool is a perfect place to have fun and watch a variety of birds fly by and frequent the river. Another huge hit for our family were the kayaks and row boat here for your use. My kids enjoyed catching crabs and taking relaxing trips in the kayaks to view the resident swans and other beautiful wildlife. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which is a nice welcome home after time spent in the Cape Cod towns. All in all my family loved our time here and will stay here again with any future visits to the Cape!

After searching for a cape cod holiday home for several years, I got serious in 2018 and reviewed hundreds of properties looking for something that has a beach feeling combined with privacy, 2 elements that I thought were essential. I had the idea that a water view would be nice and that if I could also find something with a pool then it would feel like a perfect combination.... maybe I wouldn't need to go anywhere else during my stays. After a long weekend looking at over 30 properties with an agent I saw this place and knew! I think you will have the same feeling when you see it.
