Espectacular casa frente al mar / muelle / 3 playas privadas / comunidad cerrada

Casa del cabo bellamente renovada con espectaculares vistas del sonido de Nantucket y la bahía de Lewis. La casa incluye un muelle privado y playas privadas.

Tenemos tres playas privadas (accesibles solo para propietarios e inquilinos de Great Island) y una playa pública a poca distancia (todo en 5 minutos)
Ellos son: (1) White Gate Beach (2) Cove Beach (3) Whale Beach. Las fotos de las tres playas están en la lista. Si caminas por Whale Beach, llegarás a Seagull Beach, que es una playa pública. Location of the property was fantastic, as was the views. We loved the proximity to the beaches and utilized the deck behind the house for our kayaks. We were only minutes from Hyannis, and minutes from many good restaurants and activities for the kids, like mini golf. Some of the negative aspects were a non functioning coffee maker, a very temperamental door lock, two unusable stove burners, manager controled climate, a kitchen sink faucet that was falling apart, and a number of maintenance issues that detracted from the overall appearsnce.

We had issues with stove and a few other things. The listing misrepresented how far the beaches were. But I will say the wrap around deck and view were very nice

Beautiful house, perfect location.

This is the perfect house for entertaining or having a family gathering. House is very clean and spacious. Bathrooms are very modern with shower water jets hitting you from every direction. Backyard is flat and has boat access dock. There is miles of private beach within walking distance. The owner is very responsive and deals over text messaging which is what I prefer. Can’t say enough nice things and highly recommend.

Beautiful, very large home in a safe, family friendly gated community. From the deck, one can see the channel, Nantucket Sound, and Lewis Bay. And the 3 private beaches are just lovely. They are a bit of a hike from each beach, but even my 3-year old granddaughter had no problem (it's a good idea to bring a rolling beach cart, though). The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and there are spectacular views from every window in the house. Bedding is excellent, and with 5 bathrooms, there is no waiting. Large screen TV's, good Wi-Fi, and an abundance of decks on 2 levels are also a plus. Cleanliness could be improved, vut i wouldn't put that on the homeowner.Highlights are scoping out crabs and other small creatures from the boat dock, taking your boat or paddle boards down the channel to the bay, boogie-boarding on the Nantucket sound beaches, and bicycling all over the safe lanes throughout the area. My family of 3 generations loved this home and area so much that we're already dreaming of returning next summer.

A disappointment…

The house could be absolutely lovely, but it was not. Though the views were stunning, the house very spacious, beds quite comfortable and the host responsive, the house was dirty and the furniture either shabby, broken or stained. Very dated. There were broken lampshades, mold growing in the downstairs bathroom soap container, twin size sheet on a Queen bed, clumps of hair and crumbs on areas of both living room floors and the downstairs furnishings looked like yard sale mix and match. The lower floor had a very musty smell. For the price of the stay and VRBO descriptions, we were so very disappointed.

We were SO FORTUNATE to stay at this SUPER HOME on Great Island. We attended our daughter's wedding held at the Lighthouse with family and friends, living together at the house was comfortable and so convenient. The upper level is open, sunny, fresh and spacious. We played on the Island with rented golf carts visiting nearby beaches, viewing the many Osprey nests, golfing, playing tennis and pickleball and swimming at The Docks. We LOVED catching and dining on Blue Crab caught from our dock. There was a HUGE lobster pot provided in the well equipped kitchen.The bedrooms are private, quiet and clean. The modern bathrooms provided strong water pressure and restful spa tubs...not to mention the VERY POPULAR 6 person Hot Tub... Early mornings and Late Nights it was delightful! This is a PEACEFUL, QUIET and PERFECT home for a memorable NOT TOURISTY slice of Cape Cod with all of the shopping, Ferry Harbors and quant Charm of The Cape within minutes, including the Hyannis Airport! Communication with the owner was ALWAYS easy, quick and a pleasure.

Great location perfect for family trip!

Loved the location of this property which was perfect for a relaxing family trip to Cape Cod! The house was big enough to comfortably sleep 8 and the kitchen/grill was a nice setup that we used a lot to cook meals. The gated neighborhood has some really cute houses and feels very private - we hardly saw another person the week we were there. The view from the upper deck is incredible and we all loved having our morning coffee and dinners together there. Some very nice, small private beaches are just a short walk away and we had them all to ourselves on the days we went. We really loved having the dock on the water as well. It was great for some sunbathing and a quick dip! The ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard are just a short 15min drive away, but if you’re looking for a house that’s close to a lot of cute shops and restaurants this might not be the place for you.

Phenomenal!

Perfect Cape location for a family vacation. Dock provides immediate access to water, ocean is right around the corner, and near all the amenities for the kids. Hot tub was a huge hit as well. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to vacation in the Cape.

Brothers Weekend

Delightful. It was a breeze to book. The property was beautiful. Location was incredible - we kayaked right off the dock on an tidal river leading to the bay, fished, relaxed and ate at some great local restaurants.

Humongous House in Serene Location

The home is very expansive and well laid out with multiple very usable living spaces, and the high number of bath rooms makes it great for a multiple couple group. The location is also ideal, sitting in a private gated community with a low number of friendly neighbors. The owner is also very responsive and informative when it comes to all questions.

Great family getaway

Considering an annual trip

A great house to rent in the Cape! Easy access to shops, restaurants and best part is the proximity to the water & beaches. Property MGR/Owner was super responsive and we overall had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

Fun Family get away

We loved the location! It was a quick 10 minute walk to the private beaches. The kitchen was amazing, very open and had lot of supplies! The bathrooms had been updated and were beautiful. We loved the sauna feature in our shower. The deck had nice views of the ocean! Some of the furniture is need of an upgrade and there were a few electrical issues in the lower level. The AC wasn’t working downstairs and the back master bath outlets weren’t working. Overall my family and I had a great time, the house is beautiful and in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. The property owner was also very attentive to concerns that we brought up.

Great Location and beautiful views

Home is in a great location, many activities just minutes away. Bathrooms are beautifully appointed. Needs some attention to furniture, and sun shade which I'm told the owner is working on fixing. Would highly recommend a truly remarkable home and neighborhood. We are planning our return!! The owner was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful Neighborhood and Great Location

This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to several beaches and a short drive to the ferry’s. The house has everything you need and Georgia’s views. Overall the house could use a little love, but it’s bones are great. The hot tub and the AC didn’t work while we were there, so that was the main disappointment. The owner was responsive to our issues.

Very nice home and nice beaches

We were delighted to get together after more than a 15 month separation and this house made it even more special. It's a beautiful home with plenty of space. The house had plenty of bathrooms and they were all very nicely appointed. Everyone loved it and we loved taking long walks on the beach. The dock is perfect for fishing and for the two kayaks we brought with us for those who wanted to explore the bay. Wonderful place!

Cape Cod for some Birthdays

Nice big house. We had two different families staying in the house and one family stayed upstairs the other stayed downstairs. Extremely safe neighborhood, with beaches within walking distance. Lots of grass for the kids to play, and a nice upper and lower deck. We had a great time and creating some fantastic memories, would stay here again! Oh and the hot tub!!!

We felt like kings and queens! Beautiful home and neighborhood. We had a few issues with equipment and items that needed attention but not bad knowing we were probably one of the first renters. Owner is great to deal with!
