Enjoy the 2022 holiday season with us! There are many local Cape Cod restaurants that offer catering for Thanksgiving and more so you can kick back, relax and soak in the most wonderful time of the year! Need holiday guest overflow? We have the perfect setup for your out of town crew!

Welcome! This home is truly a resort destination featuring a first floor master suite, first floor laundry, a large open kitchen great room, equipped with a gourmet kitchen, oversized center island, formal dining room, glass enclosed rear deck overlooking a relaxing heated pool adjacent to the outdoor gourmet kitchen and pool house. The second floor features three bedrooms, all with king size beds, and two full bathrooms. A bonus floor in the left wing has 5th bedroom with two queen beds and a private family room for cozy enjoyment.
Work off that lobster roll at our home gym or cozy up in one of our commercial movie theater grade seats, located in the cinema room!
Dennis Pond is walking distance from our home, 0.4 miles, which has a small beach and is very convent. The closest Bay Side beach is just down the street, around 2 miles, called Grey's beach, home to the historic Bass Hole Boardwalk.
The home is in close proximity to Route 6A that connects Yarmouth Port to other towns such as our neighbors, Hyannis and Chatham. The location is very easy and very accessible.

This property is exactly as listed. We had cleanliness issues in the pool, outdoor kitchen and in the fan and light of the kitchen's range hood. We cleaned the outdoor kitchen too we could cook eggs on the griddle since we were told not to use the kitchen's griddle and the owner had the pool people come to clean the pool. We had ant issues but the bug spray the owner said she'd send to the house never arrived (she suggested we try to suck them up with a vacuum but by the time they were more noticeable, we were nearly ready to leave). We would suggest that the owner let renters know ahead of time that shoes are not allowed in the house. This was difficult for our family of 9 since we didn't bring slippers.

BIG House & Outdoor area

The outdoor area is expensive - it easily handled the 10 of us in several different locations. The pool is big, and deep --- the children were in it day and night. We also used the hot tub and fire pit almost daily.The house bedrooms are big --- bathrooms are conveniently located. The open family room and dining island are centrally located. Theater room was a plus and used many nights. Gym area is fully equipped. Location is wooded and therefore isolated.

Cape Paradise!

This was our best and favorite VRBO rental to date! The home is spectacular and Christina was awesome to work with. We had an overnight flight and arrived early in the morning, after driving around for hours I contacted her to see if we could check in early, and she graciously allowed us. When we stepped into the home, we were in awe, the pictures are accurate but seeing in person was just unbelievable! The grandkids enjoyed playing ping pong and whiffle ball in their beautiful front yard. We enjoyed the firepit, pool and spa. And the movie theater in the evening was a huge hit for all of us! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Cape Cod Family Vacation

My husband & I and our 2 sons & their wives & 5 grandchildren spent a week here. It’s a very beautiful home with lots to do for everyone. We loved the pool, the movie room & the outdoor kitchen was a big hit with our son who loves to cook. We only ate out the last night. We loved everything about the home & Christina was very nice & helpful. We would recommend this home to everyone. Thanks Christina for sharing your house with us.

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was the perfect size for a large family getaway. The outside area (kitchen, pool, hot tub and fire pit) was use daily during a very warm and humid stay. Indoors there was plenty of room to spread out. Kids especially enjoyed the movie theater. Kitchen & bar has everything you need. Property was well maintained.

Perfection, home and landscaping/pool

We had the most special and memorable vacation in Cape Cod, and the majority due to this home and outside oasis. Christina was available anytime for any questions, suggestions for activities, dining suggestions. The house is spectacular and more beautiful(if that is possible) is the pool/hot tub/outside kitchen/fire pit areas! Thank you for the best family vacation

An Amazing Experience

We had a trip of a lifetime staying at this property. The host, Christina, went out of her way to provide recommendations of places to go. She also sourced information about local suppliers for us to use during our time at the house. The house itself is immaculate - with everything you might need to have a special time living in the property. The autumn and Halloween decorations made us feel like we were having a proper New England in Fall experience. Even the neighbours across the street made us feel welcome. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.

The home is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Christina is a great host.

We had a wonderful family vacation with all my children and grandchildren. You never have to leave the property. We spent a fun afternoon at the pond and Sea Gull Beach is a great Cape beach. There are several good restaurants to choose from. Thank you Christina!

Outstanding Vacation Home!

I cannot say enough positive things about this home, or about Christina, the owner. The home is gorgeous; incredibly clean, spacious, and fun. We had fourteen people in the house, ranging from infants to senior citizens, and everyone had a blast! The kids loved the salt water pool, hot tub, and the fantastic basement movie theater. Most important, though, was Christina, the owner. She was incredibly helpful whenever we had questions, and was always available and readily accessible. Thank you so much for an amazing week on the Cape!

First Big Family Get-Away, Post-Pandemic!

We are a big group (7 adults and 6 kids) and the house fit all of us perfectly. The amenities offered are amazing and there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The check-out process of washing towels took some time away from our last day but otherwise we had a completely stress-free and fabulous week! The property managers were super communicative and easy to get a hold of! We'd stay here again!

Gorgeous home, amazing destination for a family vacation

We rented this house for a family reunion over Spring Break. We hadn’t been together since before the pandemic. Everything was even better than we had hoped — the kitchen was fully stocked (especially helpful since we were there over a holiday with 12 people), the cinema room was a fan favorite, ping pong was a hit, the outdoor kitchen makes entertaining easy and so many living spaces made it comfortable for people of all ages (4 teenagers too!!) to spread out, rain or shine. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to visit again.
