Absolutely beautiful property with stunning grounds! Outdoor activities for the whole family - from tree houses to tree swings to fire pits to swimming and kayaking on the lake ! Our grandchildren ages 6-12 explored the outdoors not wanting to come inside. And for the adults there is ping pong, pool table and a big screen TV too. Loved it !

Unbelievable place to stay! Outstanding views on the property! House was super clean and spacious. Great for families and very kid friendly. The owner was super awesome to deal with and very friendly. She communicated very easy with us with quick responses. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Our favorite weekend getaway

Just far enough away, just close enough to home; the perfect spot to spend a few nights (or longer!) Our family has visited Heritage Farm many, many times over the past few years. Each visit is more enjoyable than the last. Our kids beg us to come back over and over again. And we say, “Yes!” It has really become our happy place.

Awesome place and Host

Like the title says, this place is AWESOME. And the host was just as awesome from taking the time to meet us at the property to do a walkthrough, to being only a phone call away when we needed, to the checkout process. This place is Far Better than advertised. I can’t say enough about this property, the amenities and the Host. There was so many things to do on the property from games to fishing to cooking. Best Vacation Ever!! We will be staying here again.

The best little farm house!

Our stay at Heritage Hill Farm was the best! Communication was on point at all times and the check in process was even better! Ann and Kent are so nice and want you to have the best stay. Ann explained where everything was upon check in and even gave suggestions on where to eat and visit. Their little farm gives the peace and serenity you are looking for to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Yearly Tiki Tubing Trip

Love this place! Very nice and spacious property. Had plenty of things for us to do. Really enjoyed hanging out around the pond and using the paddle board, canoe, and other outdoor activities. Would definitely book this place again.

House with a lake

We came for a family wedding in the area and had the best time. We had 4 kids ages 9-14 and there was so much to do for them. They woke up at super early each day and went outside for hours. They were off electronics and spent such great quality time together. Highly recommend. There is something here for everyone.

Fabulous fall

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting, look no further than Heritage farm. My family and I have been coming here in fall or spring for several years. We love everything about it- the immaculate home, the beautiful pond and property, the outdoor fireplace, the attention to every detail. Wonderful property and host

This was the perfect property for outdoors lovers. The lake was beautiful, there was plenty of room for outdoor games, and we really enjoyed the disc golf course! The host was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended as a quiet getaway.

Christmas in Franklinton

My family and I are frequent fliers at Ann’s families amazing property. We love everything about it. This past weekend, we got in a quick, much need break from all the Christmas activities in New Orleans. We had an amazing time, as always. It was cold, but the cozy fireplace kept everything inside warm and the outdoor fireplace was fabulous as well. The whole house had little Christmas accents from a small Christmas tree, cozy Christmas blankets and general decor/garlands. It was the perfect place to unwind before another fast paced week of Christmas fun. Thanks Ms Ann!

Our favorite VRBO rental thus far!

Describing this place in words is a really hard task. Words and pictures could never do it any justice. You really need to go and experience it for yourself. So if you’re thinking about it, my advice is, YES, book it! You won’t regret it! This place is almost magical. We absolutely loved it. It was so beautiful and peaceful. The property really does look like an immaculately kept park. The homeowners have stocked the home and property with just about everything you could possibly need. There were so many things to do. The fish were biting. There were lots of games to play (indoor and outdoor). The home is stocked with everything you could need, and more. Mrs. Ann is so nice and accommodating. The care and attention she has put into the place is unlike any VRBO listing we’ve ever stayed before. This place really is special! We will be back for sure. Thank you Mrs, Ann and family for sharing your home. We will treasure the memories we made there with our family for the rest of our lives.

My husband and I bought this property from a gentleman who had owned it for over 40 years. The love and care he put into it was evident from the moment we drove onto the property. We believe that it was meant for us to share the beauty and peace it provides with others. This property is a treasure and we consider taking care of it a privilege.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The beauty that was created here is really breathtaking! We provide lots of different ways to relax. You can swim in the pond in warmer months or canoe, kayak, paddle boat and try your hand at fishing. If you'd rather play outdoor games, there is a badminton net, ping pong, 3 hole disc golf or cornhole. But if you'd rather just sit still, there's always the back porch, fire pit , small beach or the gazebo, all with a beautiful views of the pond.
