Surf Court 67 - Casa adosada renovada de 2019 a pasos de la playa

Bajo Nueva propiedad, esta unidad ha sido completamente remodelada. Todos los muebles nuevos, cocina, actualizaciones de baño, pisos y pintura. Esta unidad seguramente será una de las favoritas entre nuestros huéspedes que se quedan en Surf Court.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King y un baño en suite con ducha a ras de suelo. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas dobles y una cuna extra extraíble en el armario. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana.
La nueva cocina cuenta con mostradores de cuarzo y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Tamaño completo Samsung lavadora / secadora. La espaciosa sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana grande y un sofá cama Queen. Seguro que encontrará relajación en esta casa a pocos pasos del Océano Atlántico.
Recomendamos alquilar bicicletas para saltar en el carril bici justo afuera del complejo Surf Court. Puedes caminar o ir en bicicleta a la Plaza Coligny, donde puedes ir de compras o para el desayuno, el almuerzo, la cena o el mejor helado.

Great Last Minute Getaway

We booked this condo as a last minute getaway in June. We were impressed with the size of the rooms and enjoyed having the living area and bedrooms on separate floors. Updated kitchen and bathrooms were a plus. The balcony is on the smaller side and is shared with neighbors, which might be inconvenient for some. The sliding door was also very difficult to open and is need of maintenance. The location is perfect for families with small kids as you're only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the Coligny Shops area. The property managers were excellent to deal with and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. It was a great find for a last minute getaway in peak beach season.

Good property, but lots of retirees means lots of rules.

Overall good property and a good location. Quite and well-maintained property and the unit was for the most part pretty clean did seem to have some mold in the bathroom ceiling. Since there are so many retirees that also came with so many rules, literally kids could not play with a ball in the pool. They are also unaware of ADA protections with people who have service dogs and attempt to charge you more.

Had an issue with A/C and it was taken care of while we were at the beach. They were very responsive and great to work with. Seashore are great people to work with.

Needs a thorough cleaning

This is our second time staying at this complex, but the first at this particular condo. We love the area and the proximity to the beach/shops. This particular condo has so much potential but it really needs a deep cleaning. I didn’t love coming across 2 large cockroaches in the condo, but I recognize that is sometimes part of being in this part of the country. It was a comfortable stay and worked for us, but to hire someone at the start of the season to do a really thorough deep cleaning (bathroom walls, baseboards, etc) would make it perfect!

Great Rental Getaway

Great location to beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The property is very nice with a well maintained pool and grounds. The beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities to make for a nice stay.

A step stool would have been helpful. The washer was very deep and I had a hard time getting the clothes out of the bottom. Again, I could have used a step stool. LOL It would be nice to have a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. These are just minor. I plan on renting this place again!!!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. This is the second time we stayed in Surf Court 67. I have a few issues this year with the Condo it was pretty dirty: example master bath had stains all over the walls and bed sheets were not clean either, Lot’s of sand on the floor. Kitchen had one dish towel and one paper towel not a big deal I bought 6 dish towels for the unit. It seems like everything needs to be tightened, door handles upstairs, shower glass door handle and shower handle, toilet paper dispenser downstairs bathroom is falling off. Great place just needs someone to do a walk through and fix all these little things and do a deep cleaning of the unit. Thanks

Loved this place!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The place was great and the location was amazing. The fact that beach access was just across the street was amazing. With two small kids we didn’t want to have to walk far. I am actually going to try and book this same place next year that is how much we liked it!

Reviewer Comments: Condo located at mid to end of building, not to far from public beach access which is across the street. Only pool access we could find is through your room. We didn’t have a foot shower or garden hose to wash off sand before entering pool or your condo. If you make friends with a neighbor they may let you use theirs. Condo had a recent basic remodel, however the master shower is lacking any shelves or hooks to hang or hold stuff. Also there wasn’t any hooks to hang up towels or swimsuits. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked great. The area was quiet and convenient to the beach and Coligny. With a few minor changes we would rent this condo again.

Happy getaway!

We loved this property. It was a really wonderful and updated condo - we loved the modern kitchen and renovated bathrooms. The sitting room was all we could hope for. And the bedrooms were absolutely top notch! The pool and gardens were a wonderful backdrop. Overall - couldn’t be happier!
