Casa adosada hermosamente decorada a solo 700 'de la playa Jenness en la costa de New Hampshire. Disfruta de la playa y ven a casa a esta casa bien decorada y con aire acondicionado central.
Cocina gourmet con cocina a gas, sala de estar y área de comedor con acceso a la cubierta trasera y un hermoso patio trasero. Arriba tiene 2 dormitorios con mucho espacio de guardarropas y baño completo. A / C central. Una excelente ubicación para practicar senderismo, ciclismo y actividades acuáticas. UNH Grad Weekend

Had a great stay in Rye at this lovely unit. It is very close to the beach and a couple great restaurants, as well as a short drive from Durham and Portsmouth. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few fabulous meals, including grilling out one night. Also, the hosts practice easy, responsive communication. We definitely would book again if in the area.

Perfect location, wonderful home!

You can walk to the beach or take a quick trip to Portsmouth! A beauftiful home and a great place to stay to take in the fall colors or take advantage of local fine dining! The home is spacious and welcoming, comfortable and perfectly appointed for a New England vacation!

The lovely Blue Door!

Pristine home a block from the beach with lovely neighbors who live year round…..perfect size guest home for two or three. The 17 stairs to the upper floor might be a challenge for some to get to the bedrooms. The kitchen is easy to cook in although I’d add a small saute pan and a lobster pot to the supply of kitchenware. It’s a short drive to Portsmouth, Dover or beyond if you need to leave the beach. We were here in late September and while it rained a lot, when the sun did come out, it was glorious! The owner of the home was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to any questions we had. A definite thumbs up for this vacation rental.

Excellent trip

The size, location and amenities of the house were all excellent. Just up the street from the beach, close to local places/Portsmouth and a clean spacious house. One of us was working from the house during the week with no problems. Great back deck and yard area as well.

Great week at the Blue Door

This was our third year staying here, as we look forward to this vacation at the start to every summer. It’s a guaranteed fantastic time. Great beach days right across the street. The ice cream truck came every day. The new deck was great for large family meals. Clean and comfortable. Surf shop and food a short walk away…highly recommend! We will be back next year for sure.

Wonderfully clean home located across the street from public beach access. Busy road, so back your car in. Stacked W/D upstairs was so convenient, as was the outdoor shower to rinse the sand off. Restaurant, ATMs and markets nearby. Host provided beach chairs and great cable. WiFi was given, but hard to get tower access in that area. Condo next door and 2 houses surrounding did not allow much backyard privacy, but shades in every window (sans kitchen) was appreciated. Great AC & large bathroom upstairs. High ceilings on the first floor. Full kitchen. 1/2 bath on first floor as well. Would rent here again as the host was very kind and understanding.

Peaceful and Perfect

From check-in to departure, we enjoyed our stay. The blue door, the location (walking distance to the beach),the well appointed kitchen, the furnishings and deck, made for a relaxing and perfect visit to New Hampshire. The condo is located in Rye not far from Petey’s and Portsmouth. A special thank you to Hemmat, the property manager who was incredibly responsive to our needs.

Great Fall Getaway

Excellent property for a short or long stay. Communication with the owners was great and check in was seamless. The property was very clean and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were a nice size. We especially appreciated the bed in the master bedroom as it was super comfortable and we slept like babies. You can't beat the location a mere block and a half from Jenness beach. Also, very short drive to Portsmouth and all the other great Seacoast towns in Southern NH and over the bridge to Maine. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked another stay this winter. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property

Location! Location! Location! Just a quick walk to beautiful Cable Beach access. Comfortable beach chairs provided by host. Fabulous accommodation. The house is well-designed and outfitted for long stays. I especially appreciated the cable tv. The host truly anticipates anything a guest could require. Five stars!

Blue Door at Rye Beach is the perfect seaside spot.

Blue Door is a fully equipped, modern home in a quiet, neighbourhood with mature trees, just steps from beautiful Jenness Beach. The sun deck is perfect for early morning coffee or tea, and late afternoon refreshments. Close to Rye Harbor, Portsmouth and Hampton. Easy check-in and check-out, you won’t want to leave!

Blue Door townhouse - great property, great location!

The Blue Door townhouse in Rye was a wonderful place to stay. It was bigger than the photos implied - what a change! - and very clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were nice and roomy. The patio and back yard were large and a nice extension of the house. A really nice section of Rye Beach was just steps away and we were close to other parts of the NH and ME coastlines. What a wonderful place in a great location. Hemmat could not have been a more responsive host! Highly recommend! 5 stars all around.

Love the Blue Door

This is the highlight of our summer every year! The house is fantastic. Location, and amenities, are perfect and now a beautiful deck has been added! When we were not on the beach or out exploring, we enjoyed the deck for dinner or just hanging out. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Amazing place to stay.

Our family had another wonderful stay at the Blue Door. The property was meticulously maintained and provided all the amenities we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the open concept made it comfortable for everyone. The new beautiful back deck was a relaxing area to enjoy our morning coffee and meals. We loved the location for easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We are looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for everything.

75% of what was described

Really nice place with easy access to the ocean and beautiful views not far away. Very clean and welcoming. Add shows a deck and outdoor layout. Unfortunately, we were not notified that we would not have access to the deck, grill, or yard until two days prior to arrival. That was one of the reasons for choosing the property. The deck is being extended and the workers were there each day during my stay with the neighbors stopping by to regularly chat with them. Hopefully, the work will be completed for the renters.
