Very accommodating place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I would definitely recommend to others. Three quick suggestions. Just a bit confusing that there are two doors with codes, leave out or post instructions for washer/dryer combo unit, and add perhaps two large flashlights as the unit is near the water and we did experience a power outage while we were there. Thank you again for a wonderful stay

Second, your review is very thoughtful and especially helpful for us since we are new to hosting. Regarding the door codes, I am only able to set the code for our unit’s door. The front entrance door code is managed by the building owner, who is responsible for setting and maintaining it. Also, the instructions for how to use the washer–dryer combination are placed in the blue drawer for guests. We’re very happy to hear that you were able to enjoy quality family time during your stay at our property. Upon arriving at the beautiful condo, we were immediately impressed with the aesthetics of the outside of the building. It looked so crisp and impressive compared to the surrounding area. We were equally impressed when we walked through the door to say that the home is staged. Impeccably is an understatement. The owners have left no stone unturned when it comes to making sure that it has everything you will need for a fun-filled, clean, cozy, comfortable vacation. I rented this place so that I could celebrate with two of my very best friends from New England. It was her 60th birthday and we had no trouble getting around and going to Newburyport and taking in all the surroundings and the beautiful restaurants and all the places that you can visit. The condo itself was amazing in that the host paid special attention to detail and everyone had a little snack box with water and some other snacks to make them feel right at home. I truly loved the layout of this condo. It was so open and flowing. It was spotless. I like the fct that they request that you take off your shoes because I think it truly helps keep the place nice for th It was really a treate next person who may be visiting. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is great. Good water pressure. It was definitely a memorable vacation. A beautiful spot, beautiful home and we felt so fortunate to have found such a great place to stay for a few days. We will definitely be back again because it was that good.

This is a beautiful property in a great location. It’s only a couple minute walk to either the boardwalk or the beach. The condo itself was super spacious and very clean. The owner has basically thought of everything you will need for a great stay. I highly recommend this stay. The owner was also very communicative and friendly.

This place is amazing for families and children! It’s located right on the beach and comes with all the things parents would need - beach and home toys and books, umbrellas, chairs, etc. we had a large group (9) including several families and it had everything we could need!

This VRBO and the host Sherita was really very good. I would rate it as excellent however, there was an issue with the toilet in the master bedroom that should have been communicated to us earlier than the day we were checking in to the apartment. The issue was problematic with six of us staying in the unit. I will absolutely say that on-going communication with Sherita about the issue was great. Other than that, which she intends to get fixed, the unit was wonderful. Clean, homey, and inviting are three adjective

We completely understand how frustrating it was for six people to have only one working toilet, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. It was never our intention to withhold information from you beforehand. The toilet had been working perfectly prior to your arrival, but unfortunately the issue occurred after the previous guests clogged it with an excessive amount of toilet paper. We genuinely believed we would be able to resolve the problem before your check-in by using a toilet treatment solution multiple times. After your group checked out, we continued treating it, and fortunately the toilet started working normally again. It appears the blockage simply needed more time to fully dissolve. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Beautiful condo with so many included amenities. Especially nice for families. My kiddos loved the games & toys, and everyone loved Pac Man. Plenty of supplies to cook meals and sit around the table together. Close walk to the beach and the small downtown district of Salisbury Beach.
