A solo una cuadra de la playa en Seagrove Beach, esta casa de 2500 pies cuadrados cuenta con 4 habitaciones en 3 niveles para privacidad, 3 baños, 2 juegos de lavadoras y secadoras. Piscina y spa privados, cercados, privados, exclusivos y a estrenar en marzo de 2019. Esta casa es nueva desde el principio con amplias terrazas Trex con vista a la piscina y al patio grande. La casa tiene juegos de cornhole en el patio, e incluso hay una meta de baloncesto en el callejón sin salida para los niños. En el primer piso hay una suite king que es de estilo apartamento, con su propia cocina, baño privado y zona de estar con sofá cama. El nivel principal ofrece un generoso dormitorio principal con cama king size, una amplia sala de estar con sofá cama y una cocina gourmet personalizada con puertas corredizas que salen a la cubierta. El tercer nivel cuenta con otra habitación con cama king y una habitación con una cama queen y una baño compartido. La casa está ubicada en el centro de la playa de Seagrove, a pocas cuadras de Seaside y justo al cruzar la calle desde el acceso a la playa. Esta casa es completamente nueva en marzo de 2019. Highest quality, everything was so clean and modern. Loved the layout, the place was in the best location, just down the street from Seaside. Warren Beach Rentals team was incredible.

Delightful home, Loved the location and room to move

We loved the house, really appreciated the big yard on the cul de sac, the kids played kick ball and had a blast. The home was an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to Seaside. House was clean and very nicely furnished. Excellent experience.

Great Layout and Pool. Outstanding Value. Loved the Home.

The layout worked perfectly for our family. My parents stayed in the downstairs detached part, us and the kids and their friends stayed Topside. Everyone loved the pool and the privacy. Great Restaurant right at the end of the street. Close to everything. Warren Beach Rentals team was most accommodating. Good People. We will be back next spring.

So Private and Secluded. It was a great escape!

Could not have been more pleased, just what the DR ordered. Home is so nice, perfect for our family and for our parents who stayed downstairs. We could be TOGETHER.. without being too... Together. The pool was fantastic, and so nice to have some space.

Everything was great. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. Very private area and still walking distance to the beach. Plenty of eating places in the area as well. Will definitely be back if available.

Couldn’t have asked for more! The communication by the rental management company was on point! Even weeks before our stay they responded in a timely manner. The house was in a perfect location and the pool set up serene! Loved every day we were there and we did not want to leave!

The gates on the upper deck need to be adjusted, both were a little hard to open and close, also underneath coffee table was a big dustball, need to move and clean under it! A garbage disposal in the kitchen sink would be great! But other than that we loved being walking distance to the beach, home is in a really great location. We appreciated the beach wagon and the laundry room was a plus!!! We would stay again, we had a great week!!

Wonderful stay

The house was perfect for our family vacation this year!! We loved the pool and the location!! The rental managers were the best and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!! Thank you so much Warren Beach Rentals for making our vacation so amazing!!

Private, Clean, and Well Maintained

Prime location, private, heated pool, balcony, and spacious layout. Fantastic and spacious layout with close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Ideal stay from start to finish. Warren Beach Rentals was great and very easy to work with throughout our stay. Will work with them again.

The stay was good. The outside of the house needs some paint especially in the back of the house. The grill was clean and easy to use. The renovated floors were very nice. The laundry room was filthy and the bottom “suite” needs some attention. The shower/bath fixtures need to be replaced in the “suite”. Good location.

Just Another Day in Paradise

Beautiful and spacious layout to the property was remarkable. Balcony and backyard space were perfect. The privacy was great and the beach was an easy walk. The cleanliness of the property was more than ideal, and the heated pool was AMAZING! Warren Beach Rentals was awesome throughout our stay. Would comfortably suggest this property to any and all vacationers!

Great Family House

Very nice house. Great location! Very easy walk to the beach. Split unit makes it great for extended family. Great pool. Large deck for everyone to gather and hang out. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great spring break!

We had a wonderful trip! Property was perfect for 6 adults and 6 kids. Clean, comfy, and great beach access. Property managers were extremely responsive to all questions. Highly recommend!

Great location! Pool is fantastic!

This home is lovely, clean upon arrival and in a great location to several beach access points and restaurants. Our group of 8 had plenty of space and we loved having the pool on property! We did have a pool issue on July 4 and it was resolved almost immediately and didn't hinder our vacation at all. Property manager communication was great. Onsite golf cart rental was perfect! We'd love to come back and stay here again!

Great stay

Renting this house was a breeze. They even worked with me while I was traveling and my card was being declined to do two smaller payments. Very clean and perfect house for multiple guests. Beds are comfy and it is a great location, only about 1.5 miles to seaside and a short walk (~5 minutes) to the beach. Loved every minute of the vacation :) !

Joanna House – The Perfect Seagrove Beach Getaway

Our stay at Joanna House in Seagrove Beach was absolutely incredible! This stunning home had everything we needed for a perfect 30A vacation, from beautiful interiors to amazing outdoor spaces. The private heated pool was a game-changer! Whether we were taking a refreshing swim during the day or enjoying a warm evening dip, it was the ultimate spot for relaxation. The outdoor area was well-maintained, with plenty of seating and space to lounge by the pool. The balcony was another highlight, offering a peaceful place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the coastal breeze. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the beauty of Seagrove Beach.
