Rio Blessings es una casa de nueva construcción (2017) en Tierra Linda Subdivision, ubicada a minutos del lugar de música House Pasture, The ConCan Country Club & Golf Course y el río Frio. Esta espaciosa casa de 3300 pies cuadrados ofrece una cocina de planta abierta, comedor y sala de estar con techos abovedados. 5 habitaciones, todas con ventiladores de techo y baños privados, tendrán capacidad para 27 personas. La cocina completamente equipada cuenta con encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (que incluyen microondas, lavaplatos, refrigerador con puertas francesas con dispensador de hielo y estufa). ¡Cafetera, licuadora, tostadora, plancha eléctrica grande, olla de cocción lenta, dispensador de té grande, ollas, sartenes, platos y utensilios están ahí! Una lavadora y secadora, 3 televisores de pantalla plana con satélite y WiFi se suman a su disfrute y comodidad.

En el exterior, podrá disfrutar de la brisa SE y las vistas de las colinas desde un gran porche cubierto y área de cabañas con vista a la piscina privada y al spa climatizado. Esta área está cercada y bien iluminada para la seguridad y el disfrute nocturno. La cocina al aire libre cuenta con un refrigerador de tamaño completo, un montón de espacio en el mostrador, fregadero, bar con taburetes, 2 mesas redondas con sillas para comer y juegos y un televisor de pantalla plana grande (satélite). También se proporciona en esta área un hoyo para barbacoas con fumador, un pozo de fuego y medio baño. Los hoyos de la atadura, la herradura y la lavadora se suman a la diversión.

A wonderful place of rest.

We had a difficult time finding this place. The address we were given was for the main office and not the property. But, even though we came after the office was closed, we were able to find a very helpful lady and gentleman who were working late. They gave us a map to the property. We were so grateful for this house. It was well appointed. There were plenty of dishes for all meals.

Very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the horseshoes and washers as well. We didn't play tether ball, but had we had younger ones, I am sure it would have been put to good use!

We were very impressed by the layout and cleanliness of the house. Even though the front desk was closed for New Years the answering service worked very efficiently.

Perfect, exactly what we were looking for. The only negative experience was the mattress on all beds are very firm, except the twin in the master bedroom.

The house is furnished VERY well with plenty of dishes, utensils, and everything you need to cook. Proximity to the house pasture was nice also.

What A Blessing !!!

The home was clean and ready for us . The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The outdoor pool and hot tub area was the best !!! We enjoyed eating , dancing, playing games , and the hot tub . Having a second refrigerator outside truly helped with the 20 individuals we had in our group. If there was anything I would change is the temperature . We really could not find a medium . It was either too warm or too cold. It would’ve been nice not having to change the temperature every other hour. Overall I soy al recommend this home . Rio Blessings was a BLESSING on our 4 day stay.
