The house accommodates up to 10 guests. The base rate covers 2 guests, and each additional guest is $ 20 per person, per day. We use a flexible pricing model, which means smaller groups pay less, making the home more affordable while still allowing larger groups to enjoy the space.

Pet fee set at $25 per day, per pet, with potential discounts for longer stays (maximum of 2 pet allowed upon approval).
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the cabin premises.
Strict prohibition against discharging firearms, fireworks, or using ATVs.
Certain event and holiday weekends may require a minimum stay of three nights.
Water levels in Hill Country rivers and lakes vary based on rainfall.
