Es un loft en el segundo piso.

Mi lugar es muy tranquilo Loft y 10 minutos del aeropuerto JFK. Es muy adecuado para viajes de negocios, vacaciones o vuelos simples. Se encuentra en el segundo piso. Tendrás que subir 10 escalones hasta el desván. Es completamente privado y se le entregará un código el día antes de llegar.
Viene con WiFi, camas Tempur-pedic; y tiene su propia unidad de aire acondicionado / calefacción.
Estoy a 20 minutos del aeropuerto de LaGuardia; A 5 minutos de Belmont Race Track, a 15 minutos de Hofstra University, Nassau Coliseum, Nassau Community College y a 10 minutos de Adelphi y St. Juan. 2 meses de distancia de todas las autopistas principales y NorthWell Franklin Hospital. También estoy a 20 minutos de Long Beach. Hay 3 formas diferentes de llegar a la ciudad; el autobús expreso (que está a 3 cuadras) esta ruta es la más barata, Uber / Lyft y el ferrocarril, todos lo llevarán allí dentro de 35 minutos.
Hay una cámara de seguridad en el edificio y cada habitación tiene alarma de humo. En la cocina hay un extintor de humo con un botiquín de primeros auxilios.

Host was lovely. We had 2.5 inches of snow overnight and needed to leave early. She got up and shoveled everything so we had a clean walkway to our car. She is great at communicating. Check in/out was very easy. The place is very cute, super comfortable, plenty of room, and well stocked.

Pleasant, relaxing get away

Farida is a friendly and gracious host. Her home is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is safe and clean. It is the type of neighborhood you will want to take a walk through. The VRBO space itself is clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. You will find every amenity you will need. The air conditioning was perfectly cold on the 81 degree days we stayed. There are two giant flat screens in the place, one equipped with a fire stick and we were able to watch our regular programming. Having the private porch off the living room was another blessing. Access to the Highway is convenient. Overall, I’m so glad we chose to stay here. I highly recommend this place and i will definitely be coming back here the next time I’m in NYC. Thank you so much Farida.

Property was fine but I think host doesn't have enough experience renting her property she was constantly in our business since she live downstairs. Place was not clean, refrigerator was dirty we ask for another roll of toilet paper and she refused so we went and bought our own. From the beginning she didnt want us to stay since VRBO has not paid her from previous occasions cousing us a two hour conversation before she can agree for us to stay. I would think twice before I can ever if I ever stay there. She also monitoring with all her cameras, she knew what we were eating even when the door were close giving us the impression that she was watching us all the time absolutley inappropiate no privacy.

Did not like that the property owner ask my child to take off shoes and to walk lightly. Unbelievable dont talk to my 7 yr old child talk to me . I didn't spend not one night in that place. Light in door entry didn't work. I deserve a full refund.

Home away from home

When arriving to the loft, it felt like I was pulling up to Home. The host was very welcoming and warm, easy check-in process, clean, comfortable living area. The neighborhood was nice and it was close to a lot of things.

Charming Loft and. Wonderful Host

Our stay at Farida’s loft was great! The location was great for us as we stayed attended the US Open tennis. You can see the care that Farida puts into her place as the outside entry is so beautiful and inviting. Inside, the loft is as described. The beds are comfortable, even the futon under the loft bed. There was ample hot water in the shower, and Farida also provided free coffee, tea, water and snacks. We also met Farida and she was wonderful to talk to and gave us the privacy we desired. The check in and entry instructions are very clearly outlined and although the electronic lock is tricky at first,if you trust the process, it’s quite simple. The kitchen space is quite tight, but we knew that when we booked, but good for light breakfasts. For the price,and location, we would stay here again.

Exceeded My Expectations! :)

Farida was very responsive from the moment I booked my reservation to my check-in and check-out. I was unfamiliar with Elmont, NY, but Farida provided information on the LIRR station stop and Uber/Lyft access. Farida's loft was in a quiet neighborhood and was accessible to restaurants and grocery stores a few blocks away. Her front and backyard were well-manicured. The house was very secure, with a palm and code security system. As a solo woman traveler, I appreciated this feature. I felt so safe! The loft was spacious and tidy, and the description was accurate. Farida's loft showed her attention to ensuring guests had an enjoyable stay, from the restaurant flyers to complimentary snacks to an information bulletin board. The loft had central air, which made the stay comfortable. This was a wonderful feature since New York was experiencing a heat wave during my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. As wonderful as Farida's loft is, she is equally as wonderful! Farida is a beautiful spirit. She is very personable and attentive. She extended herself to ensure I had a wonderful stay! I stayed one night at Farida's loft, but I plan to book her loft for a longer stay in the near future!

Quick 1 night stay

Overall it was a decent place to stay for 1 night. Could use a little upgrading. It didn't bother me, but the place is near JFK airport so you can hear the planes taking off.
