Esta propiedad comparte un patio con los propietarios. Incluye una piscina climatizada con energía solar, bañera de hidromasaje, espacio compartido. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama king, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen. La sala tiene 2 sofás, uno que se convierte en una cama de tamaño completo. Hay un lanai con mosquitero en el porche delantero y el hogar está en una calle sin salida. Muy silencioso. Los propietarios tienen bicicletas en las instalaciones y también tienen sillas de playa, toallas y un carrito de playa para llevar todas sus cosas. Toallas e incluso artículos de tocador están disponibles para su comodidad. Los propietarios desean que tenga una excelente experiencia de vacaciones y están disponibles para responder cualquier pregunta. Esta casa tiene agua de pozo pero se convierte en agua de la ciudad en el verano. Hay una cocina de buen tamaño pero no hay lavavajillas. Lavadora y secadora en casa. Estamos a 2 millas de la playa y 4 millas de la entrada principal a la playa de Siesta Key.

Great cottage!

My daughter and I stayed here for the weekend and had a great time. The cottage is in a good location; nice and quiet. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need in case you forgot something. The owners are very nice and responsive. We would stay again for sure!

Great location

My best friend and I stayed at the cottage while on our girls trip. We can't say enough good things. It was close to beach, we felt very safe, had all the amenities you could possibly need. We would definitely come back!

Awesome, family friendly, great location, wonderful hosts!

We loved our stay. It accommodated our family of five perfectly. We loved the front porch and the pool/outdoor space in the back. The hosts provided everything we needed for trips to the beach. The location is ideal and within a short drive from so many fabulous beaches, restaurants, fun shopping areas, and more. We had a wonderful time and hope to return someday. 5 stars! Highly recommend!

Wedding stay

My daughters came in from Tennessee for my wedding. They stayed at the house. It worked out great. The location was perfect for all of the wedding events.

Everything is Provided

The host is wonderful! The place is very clean and the decor is a beach feel! There’s nothing you need to bring but some clothes. It has that many amenities. We want to come back again next summer as we already booked some trips for this summer. Thank you again Vicki for a terrific birthday getaway!

Very nice owner

This property has a number of amenities, like washer and dryer with detergent, you don't always get. Owner was easy to deal with and the property was both close to the water and to an excellent Detwilers grocery.

Perfection

We loved everything about renting from Jeff and Vicki. They made sure that we didn’t need or want for anything and truly made it a home away from home. Vicki did many special things for the kids that didn’t go unnoticed and made them feel special. The pool was perfect for evenings after the beach and just to relax for the day. Definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Sarasota area!

Amazing

Vicki was having some work done to the cottage I was staying at and and the construction wasn’t completed so Vicki has a beautiful condo that she just finished and offered that to me and my wife. It was incredible, the whole experience was amazing and I’ll definitely book with Vicki next year

Cute cottage

Vicki was great. Excellent communication throughout the process. She had cookies waiting forever us and comics for my boys. The kids loved the hot tub, pool, and searching for lizards in the backyard. Was a cozy cottage. We were a little warm at night, that would be my only complaint, but the fans helped. Thanks for Letting us stay!

Family Vacation with Little kids

Everything was perfect for us! They have all the beach equipment we needed including; toys, towels, beach cart, tent, chairs, etc. Place is well stocked with books, movies, bedding, towels, sleeping options. Very private and nice little place with the perfect setup for a small family like mine with 3 kids under 6 yrs old. Owners were over the top nice to us and our children, and very responsive and flexible. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Hope to visit again soon! Thanks so much Vicki!!!

Wonderful vacation

This property is a real gem. The home is clean, neat, and very comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, so noise is never a problem. We really appreciated the convenience offered by having two bathrooms. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Our review would not be complete, without mentioning Jeff and Vicki, the property homeowners. They were friendly and courteous and always available to answer questions, or help with problems. They helped us create the perfect vacation!

The Perfect Beach Town Retreat

Not sure where to begin; everything was so awesome! To keep my review short I should probably just make a list of all the things we loved. *Awesome location, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful *Fun, beachy decor *Well appointed; from spices to lotions, dvds, books, towels, sheets and beach toys *Comfortable beds; there is even a memory foam topper for the couch bed *Awesome backyard oasis with tropical vegetation, plenty of lounge chairs and a gorgeous pool. Hot tub has lights and a cool fountain! *Super kind, super hospitable owners who are onsite to dote on you but make sure to give you the privacy you desire. All in all it was a wonderful experience staying here. We would absolutely come back!!

Underwhelming...

Dear fellow traveler, let me first say that you will not be disappointed by the quietness of the neighborhood (house is located on a dead end street), the super comfortable mattresses, and the responsiveness of the host. I certainly will give that a five star rating! However, my overall rating (three stars) is based on the fact that there is to much "stuff" in the house. Even though there is a small dresser in one of the bedrooms and a dresser/shelf in the other, both of those two furniture pieces are full with blankets, sheets, pillows, and towels. You will have no place to put your clothes and let's not talk about storing your suite cases away while staying there. There is a wardrobe in one of the bedrooms, but unless you hang everything, you won't be able to put your folded clothes on the shelving since again it is full of other things. All the shelves throughout the house are full of books, games, videos etc. and the kitchen cabinets are overflowing with different sets of dishes. Like someone went to the thrift store, bought a bunch of things and put them throughout the house and in the cabinets. Also, there is no dishwasher so you have to do the dishes. Several things were not working when we arrived e.g. garbage disposal, fan in the secondary bathroom, and ice maker dispenser wouldn't stop putting out ice. I enjoy cooking but there is not one sharp knife in this kitchen. You wouldn't even be able to stab someone with it. One last thing, one of my friends wanted to sit in the hammock but it was torn. Why have something on the premisses that is broken? Risking that someone gets injured. Anyway, if you don't mind living out of your suitcase, can deal with having "stuff" everywhere, doing dishes etc. you will be fine.

Weekend Get Away

Communication with owner was easy and pleasant, kept us very informed. We were only at property for 2 nights. House was well taken care of and very clean. The west coast of Florida had recently gone through a terrible hurricane and we could see they have worked hard to make sure the property was in shape and ready for guest.

Great experience - 100% would stay here again

The property was even nicer than expected! It was decorated really nice and since we stayed closer to the holidays there was beautiful and festive holiday décor up too. Everything looked really clean and fresh. There were plenty of spaces for sleeping and the entire house (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms) were fully stocked with everything you could need and then some. From towels to blankets, to robes, to toiletries -- it was all there for your use. I would 100% stay here again. My only additional comments are to be weary of the step between the kitchen and the dining area -- my mom didn't see it and tripped/fell the first night of our stay. Also, make sure to keep the floors & counters clean (which thankfully the host made sure to tell us in advance) as we did see a couple ants after dinner time searching for crumbs. After a quick sweep of the floor and counter we didn't have any other ant problems.

Absolutely Amazing

If I could rate this any higher, I would. Clean, perfect, so many included items! Literally only needed clothes. The owners are on site and could not have been any kinder or prompt with answering any questions. It was in a perfect location, close to anything you might want. Already planning our next trip back!

I am a registered nurse and love to help people. We bought our house in 2015 and were sold the minute we saw the guest house! It is great for friends, relatives and eventually to be able to care for my parents when needed. Until then we have kids in college so decided to offer our place to vacationers and hope to make life long friends in the process. I will treat you like family and look forward to sharing our beautiful city. We have 2 dogs that will be in the back yard at times but mostly are inside. They are very friendly!

This guest house is on a dead end street. Very quiet place to relax and unwind. Even though it is a guest house on our property, the entrance is on a separate street with a shared back yard. You will have as much privacy as you need.

We will treat you like our family! We have beach chairs, beach cart, towels, pool, and hot tub available for your use. Anything that we have we are happy to share with you during your stay.
