Sarasota stay

Very comfortable place to stay and hang out while enjoying the beautiful, overcrowded city of Sarasota. It's in a quiet area of the city, but easy access to everywhere.

Cozy!!!

Adorable house and property with lots of room and super close to everything and the beach. Light sleepers should bring a fan, because of traffic noise. We very much enjoyed our stay!!!

Siesta Sided Stay

Nice property, had everything we needed. Private backyard and plenty of space inside. About 2 miles downtown. Some road noise, but we had no trouble sleeping.

Great experience

We had a fabulous time in Sarasota. If any of your clients need a place on the west coast of Florida I highly recommend it. The house ended up being great and convenient to everywhere we needed to be. And siesta key beach (which we went to a lot)

Perfect house and great location!!

We thought the house was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds! We cooked a few meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. We loved the location as well. Just a short drive to the beach.

Siesta Side Stay

What a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, very clean, and well-furnished. This home is in an excellent location, close to Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, and many good restaurants and shops. Great two bedroom home near beaches and attractions

This little gem is a great place to stay! The hostess was very kind and helpful. She is right there to answer and assist with any questions you may have. The home is very clean and well kept. We loved this newly decorated "Beach Theme" home near all the attractions we planned to go to! We would definitely go back again!

Excellent stay

It was very spacious - bigger than we were expecting, and extremely clean. Also pretty well equipped. Just a couple of issues. The street was quite busy and it could be noisy. It wasn't a deal breaker but worth mentioning. Also, it was January and overnight lows 40-45. The heating was very effective in the eating/living area, but the bedrooms could be chilly.

Nice home, convenient to beach

The home was as described and very complete with towels, kitchen utensils and had a variety of sitting areas. Our group of 5 had plenty of space. Super clean and we'll organized. Nice open floor plan. Consistently got to siesta beach in less than 15 minutes.

Excellent! Excellent house & location.

Carrie was quick to help us out. The house was beautifully decorated. Great layout and ample room. The beds were very comfortable! Parking in the garage was very nice, too. Security system ensured our peace of mind. Good neighborhood. We would definitely return...and look forward to it! Thank you Carrie!

Nice house great location to DT Sarasota, Lido Key and Siesta Key.

Nice home with lots of seating and living room space. Listing indicated 4 beds but there were only 3. Couldn’t get Wifi to work.

Great location for a Nathan Benderson Park Regatta

The property was as described when we arrived. The door lock code worked and the garage door opener was a real convenience. All rooms were very clean including bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. A short drive to the beach, jet ski rentals, the regatta and many other points of interest in the Sarasota FL Area. Washing Machine and kitchen appliances were also a plus. Thanks for a great stay.

Webber house

This house is very clean in an awesome location and has space galore! The owner was awesome and was always responsive to my questions. Webber St. is a busy street and has some traffic noise but nothing too concerning. The beds are very comfy. The house has a huge garage for parking which was nice. There is a table and chairs outside but not really a patio to sit on, so if you are looking to sit outside, the yard isn't really set up for that. Landscaping could use some TLC. Overall, we had a very good experience staying here and the location you just can't beat! 10- 15 minutes to the #1 beach in the world!

Sarasota winter

I visited for three weeks to escape from the WI winter. The weather was ideal with mostly sunny days in the 70s. The house is wonderful, Everything is provided and everything is comfortable. It’s especially well provided if you want to go to nearby beaches. It’s great to have a garage and easily accessible washer and dryer. It’s about 10 min from most activities and sites in Sarasota proper and 15 min from Siesta Key. Very well situated to groceries, pharmacies, restaurants and a book store. Consider the MOTE, Myakka Preserve and Shelby Botanical Gardens as well as the neighborhood walk to Arlington Park. Carrie, the landlady, is very prompt in her responses .

Perfect Sarasota Rental!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and its owner, Carrie Pappas. The house is fantastic - exactly as in the photos - clean, spacious, tastefully furnushed and decorated. The kitchen is great and stocked with everything that you would need. But more than that, everything is exceptionally clean and nice. The coffee mugs, plates, bowls, utensils - you would want the same in your own home. The two bedrooms are big and the beds and linens are so comfortable. And tons of closets and hangers. The two bathrooms are great and the water pressure is great. The living room has a big screen TV with many channels - easy to use. The WiFi is great. Beyond all of that - Carrie is great! Very responsive and helpful. When it looked like our flight might get canceled due to bad weather back in NYC, Carrie went out of her way to make sure that we were okay and assured us that we could come back to the house if we needed to. I highly recommend this property if you need a place in Sarasota! We will be back again and again when we visit Sarasota!

Clean home in great location

The host was great. Had an issue with shower head within an hour she was there and put in a new shower head. Place was very clean and very roomy with easy instructions on arriving and departure. Very close to so many things. Would definitely rent there again-maybe girls trip next year.

Cozy Place, Great Location

We had a great stay. They house was very clean and spacious. Everything was well stocked. There were plenty of towels and extra bathroom and kitchen supplies if needed. The beach decor was very cute. My kids loved eating at the breakfast bar and my daughter loved doing her hand stands and kart wheels in front of the huge mirror,lol. It is the perfect location. The beach was a short drive and plenty of places for all types of shopping in the area. I would highly recommend staying here. Carrie has put a lot of thought and effort in providing everything to keep guests feeling right at home. If we are in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, great communication

We really enjoyed our stay in the cute house and my daughter really wants us to stay here again. Close to beaches, close to our family who live here, very clean, comfortable beds and Carrie was great with communication. There is some road noise but we weren’t bothered by it. We hope this home is available next time we come to visit

Lovely place for family vacation and stress relief!

The place was very welcoming. There was enough space for everyone. The house was very clean and was fully stock with daily utilities. Made us feel right at home. Recommend coming here again.
