Fantastic Space in an incredible place - you should stay here!

Good place to sleep

The condo location is amazing, plenty of linens for summer time, towles, and ok kitchen supplies. Overall the place was great!! Cleaning needs more detail put into it. The freezer had stuff spilled in it and was pretty dirty, bathtoom had garbage on floor under counter (broom could've got it) we dripped water on kitchen floor wiped it up and the paper towel was black - we had just arrived there it was not from us. Pull out couch had cookie and chips in it still. There was a water main issue that was not the condos fault, but Management was fantastic about getting us water and keeping us informed when it would be back on.

Large condo near Bear Lake Marina

Large 2 bedroom condo, spacious, comfortable beds, well equpt kitchen, parking is close by, well maintained pool and tennis courts nearby. We enjoyed our stay, would stay here again.

The condo has a great location. Close to Marina Deck (10 min walk down to the deck) and shopping. The price is reasonable but expect some issues such as outdated dining table, few cracked chairs, and slow speed internet but my family did enjoy our time there regardless.

The location was perfect and close to everything. Loved how we could just walk to the pool from the condo. Loved having a washer and dryer to wash our beach towels and swim suits. Didn't give 5 stars because there are several small things that could use some attention or repair. But that didn't stop us from enjoying our vacation. Our overall stay was great.

We had a great time, but no property manager

Great location. Great trip. Great facility. However there was no property manager, at least that we could find. So you are pretty much on your own.

Will Come Here Again!

For the price point, this condo is perfect. It is in a great location for Bear Lake area. The amenities were nice. Very close to the pool. Very clean and comfortable. Pull out beds are better for smaller kids than big teenagers, but plenty of room for all 8 of us. We didn't feel cramped at all. Good range and grill for cooking options when you don't want to go out to eat. Awesome to have laundry right there in the unit. Very comfortable and nice - but not so pristine that you are constantly worried about what the kids are doing. The email coordination was very smooth and easy and they remained attentive during our stay if we had needed anything. Great Spot.

Clean rental

Our initial arrival the place was clean. It has several outdated amenities, we had to buy our own dvds so the kids could watch something in their room, only cable supplied in the living room (cheaper to supply smart tvs or streaming devices). I am sure most days people are outside for the most part, but we had a rainy day. Then the evenings we like to relax with a movie. There are no designated pool towels (wasn't sure if we could use the regular ones) luckily we had brought our own. The beds were ok... not 5 star but not completely trash. This is a very basic rental if you just need somewhere clean to sleep.

Bring your own EVERYTHING!

We needed this rental for myself and employees for Raspberry Days. No complaints when you are just sitting around after working a long say at the event....Until bedtime when we couldn't find any sheets for the two pullout couches. We had to use just the 3 blankets in the closets until the next day we had a friend bring us sheets. There were 2 pillows and pillowcases in each bedroom closet, so that seemed like where the sheets should be. We checked every drawer in the rooms and bathrooms. It wasn't until we were leaving the unit that my child opened the tiny tv stand to check for our own possessions and found sheets rolled up in there, on top of a dirty satellite box and other miscellaneous items. Towels- this unit was for 8. There were only 8 towels. No pool towels, so if we wanted to swim, which we did, we had to reuse our shower towel. Thought about washing the towels afterwards, but hey, there was no way to dry them since the dryer was hanging out on the patio covered by a sheet. (you know, those things that were missing in our unit!) We could not get the back sliding door to lock. We had a substantial amount of cash with us for the event, and we worried the whole time about someone entering the unit. The kitchen is huge, but not well stocked with cooking items. I believe I read this in a review before we went so I wasn't expecting much. Nothing was organized, there were random pieces of kitchen items in every single cabinet. Perhaps random items people have left behind. Took some time to find what we needed to do some basic cooking. Closet had maybe 6 coat hanger, all were random (wire, free plastic from store, maybe 1 or 2 plastic ones that were purchased). Not that this really matters, but when you think about how much we pay for a unit like this, and that this is owned not by a mom and pop, but a vacation rental company, it is irritating that they can't spend a little to make their guests stay the best. Also, there was a "welcome" pamphlet on the fireplace that had information for some other location. Nothing applied. Oh and a wrapper for a Hi-Chew leaning up on the welcome pamphlet. Was that supposed to be your "welcome" treat for us? Overall, not impressed with Vacasa. I will not be renting any of their properties again as I paid a pretty penny for this and our stay was nothing but more work and worry when we were tired and exhausted from our long work days already.

You get what you pay for

What went well: Location Kitchen items Climate control Opportunities: We were offered an additional night at a 50% so we booked it. I kept a screenshot just to make sure nothing came up and sure enough, the company contacted us to checkout a day early. I sent them the screenshot as proof that we extended our stay and they refused to honor the price because “they never confirmed” the booking officially. Other issues that came up: We did kill multiple bugs and spyders during our stay. The gas fireplace doesn’t work. The unit is way over due for an upgrade. The beds are tiny and it could all use a deep cleaning. All in all, you get what you pay for as far as the place itself; however, I personally will never stay at another Vacasa property due to the experience we have had.

Wonderful experience!

We have never been to Bear Lake and decided on a whim after a wedding to stay for a few days. This condo was comfortable, clean and quiet! The pool and hot tub were within steps from the condo and it was a perfect way to end the day. We could see the lake from the pool. It was a peaceful, beautiful getaway! I would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay!

The place is older but it was clean. Check in was easy. It was close to the swimming pool. Cons- I would have liked king beds. Not much bedding (sheets) for the pull-out beds and there were no chairs on the patio. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Loved it!!

We loved our trip here. The only issue was we didn’t stay longer. Condo is in great order and provided everything we wanted. Pool and hot tub was well used by our family. We plan on staying here every year. Thank you!

Needs some work

The condo is in a great location, I’ll give it that. But the walls and doors are dingy and dirty. In the master bedroom they have probably 10 old and mismatched pillows with no covers. All of the curtains are super sheer so you are up when the sun is up, especially for the kids out on the sofa bed. Mattresses are old and creaky. Needs updating in the linen and bed department The kitchen is well appointed and stocked.

Good location

Straight shot out the back door to the swimming pool! Good view of Bear Lake. Rooms were good, wish they had King sized bed. All bathrooms were off bedrooms, so couch sleepers had to wait for room sleepers to be awake. That was a weird design. Overall, it was good.

Great location!

We were able to walk to the lake! The unit was clean. The DirectTV was only in the living room and DVD players in the bedrooms. The washing machine leaked a little, so we had to wrap a towel around the hose. Otherwise everything was great.

Don't rent unit 116

Unit 116 is not worth the money being charged. Spiders everywhere, spider traps as well with spiders in them. The unit is very run-down and needs to be upgraded. Never coming back.

Convenient Location with great amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it was in a great location, that was close to everything. We have nothing bad to say about this unit as we found it to be priced right, clean and well maintained.
