Bienvenido a Ocean Breeze Cottage, donde puedes disfrutar de los mejores elementos de las vacaciones perfectas en la isla.

Esta hermosa casa de 5 dormitorios y 3 baños es perfecta para unas vacaciones familiares en la playa de Siesta Key. Ocean Breeze Cottage está a una cuadra y media de paseo o en bicicleta por la calle de la playa número uno de The Nation; donde podrá disfrutar de la famosa arena blanca de Siesta Key, nadar en el Golfo de México y disfrutar de una puesta de sol en tecnicolor. Si quieres ir de compras, comer algo o simplemente disfrutar de música en vivo y algunas bebidas, disfrutarás de Siesta Village, que está a solo una milla de distancia.

El patio de la casa es el lugar perfecto para relajarse en la gran piscina climatizada. Hay varios lugares para descansar y comer dentro del amplio lanai con mosquitero, junto con una parrilla de gas y un televisor de pantalla plana.

El interior de la casa es espacioso, con cinco dormitorios y tres baños, con capacidad para diez. El segundo piso tiene una sala de estar y comedor abiertos. Tres de las habitaciones están en este piso. El primer piso alberga dos dormitorios adicionales y un baño. (Tenga en cuenta que la sala principal, el comedor y el dormitorio principal están ubicados en el segundo piso, solo accesibles por escaleras, NO hay ascensor)
Los arreglos para dormir incluyen una suite principal tamaño king con vestidor y un baño privado en suite, y 4 habitaciones con un rey adicional, 2 con reinas y una con 2 gemelos. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con televisores inteligentes y lujosos colchones nuevos.

Such a lovely stay at this large home minutes away from the beach. Perfect stay for two families as there are 2 separate levels, double washer and dryers, great amenities for kids, and fully stocked with beach essentials, pool toys etc. Tracey is such a lovely host who was very helpful if we needed anything. The amazing Key Lime Pie left for us was such a special treat and warm welcome.The house is very clean, pool was beautiful and plenty of table and seating room.Thank you for such a lovely stay - lots of memories made and we would definitely return.

Bach Party Perfection!

We stayed at Tracey's house for my Bachelorette party in June of 2025 with a group of 9 women. The house was absolutely everything we wanted and more! The house was very clean, cutely decorated, comfy furniture and stocked with so many things that made our stay convenient and easy! We loved having the private pool, beach towels/chairs/umbrella, etc to use. Everyone mentioned how perfect the house was throughout the entire stay! We were able to check in early and Tracey was very easy to communicate with and was accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this house and we look forward to booking again for a future trip!! You will not be disappointed!

This is an awesome choice for a stay in Siesta Key! Our Host Tracey had everything perfect for our arrival and was extremely quick to respond when I had questions. Top notch! As far as the home, I knew it would be great for us after viewing the listing. To my surprise, it was even better than advertised. 10 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to the restaurants, bars, and shopping in Siesta Key Village. After a few hours at the beach, coming back to the house to relax in the pool, then walking to the Village for supper and entertainment, we couldn’t have asked for more. Plenty of beach chairs, wagons, floaties for the little ones, Giana Jenga, cornhole, etc… we had a wonderful time!

Perfect stay!!

The house was perfect for our group of 9. Comfortable beds, clean home and all of the beach supplies you could need (chairs, coolers, wagons were much appreciated). The back pool area is huge!! The house is centrally located; a 20 minute walk or few minute drive to siesta village, and an easy straight shot to the beach. Key lime pie was a lovely added touch! Would definitely recommend to any groups looking for a nice clean house in the area.

Fantastic Family Beach House

Perfect house for our large family including married children and an infant grandchild. The screened in pool area is a vacation oasis - the pool is huge!!! The location of the house is exceptional - walkable to the beach and the siesta key village… but also easy to drive with tons of free parking everywhere.Tracy is an excellent host - left us a delicious key lime pie for our arrival and swiftly handled any requests throughout our stay including turning up the pool heater. The house is equipped with everything you need for the beach and pool with 10 new beach chairs and two spacious wagons. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable!

Family retreat

Beautiful home with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the pool. The beach is a nice five minute walk. Wagons provided with umbrellas and chairs. Children toys and floats. Great communication with management company. I would recommend this home and stay here again.

Awesome Vacation. The house was everything the description stated. Lots of room. Pool was clean and warm. 10 minute walk to beach. Mile walk to the village. Perfect neighborhood. Stayed w our adult 3 sons and their significant others and 2 grandaughters age 7 and 9 and our sons dog. Wonderful house, lots of seating areas, and the pool is amazing! We swam every day, multiple times a day! Would love to come back!

A perfect place for family fun

Our party consisted of grandparents, parents, and 3 lively preteen and teen boys. Both beach and village were easily accessible from the house. The pool was a delightful temperature. Beach equipment, kitchen equipment were all there. We couldn’t ask for more!!

Great stay in Siesta Key!

We had a great stay at this lovely home. It had everything we needed including all the beach gear which was perfect. It was a little bit of a walk into town but we made the best of it and found a lot of free rides most nights. The start of the trip we had a lovely heated pool which was needed for the kids to have fun but on the third day the heater broke and we couldn’t use the pool again which was a big bummer. Tracy did everything she could to get it repaired for us but there must have been a bigger issue. Overall we had a great stay just wished we could have used the pool the whole trip.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. From the communications with the property manager, Tracey, to the house and location it was all amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house (pool was a huge hit) as well as the nearby beach (you can easily walk to). Thank you very much for your hospitality!!

Vacation Perfection!

Back from a week in Siesta Key and this house MADE our trip what it was: the perfect vacation! The photos, as nice as they are, don’t even do the place justice. House is spacious, super clean, and comfortable. The pool and deck are bigger than expected and the best post-beach hangout! We especially loved watching movies on the big screen while floating! We loved how well-stocked the kitchen is, which made cooking some meals a breeze. The direct access to the beach at the end of the road (less than 0.5 mile) led to a great, less-populated stretch of beach. LOOOVED all the beach accessories and wagons the house provides, too. Add a super friendly host, and we couldn’t be more pleased!

FANTASTIC “HOME AWAY FROM HOME”

My family and I just stayed at the Ocean Breeze Cottage. We had a wonderful visit. The host Tracey was amazing. She continued to check in on us almost daily to be sure we didn’t need anything. All check-in and check-out instructions were reasonable and easy to understand. The house is beautiful, and all amenities and furniture are in fantastic shape. The house is very spacious with large bedrooms. There are huge TV’s in every room including outside by the pool. The pool is a great extra, and we used it every day after getting home from the beach. The house is in a great location on the island being close to the beach as well as downtown. If you have small children or elderly in your party, it may be best to drive to the beach. There is an 800-space parking lot at the end of the road. We never had a problem finding parking there. The parking downtown is expensive, so we parked in the beach parking lot and rode the free Breeze shuttle both ways. ALL beach equipment is there including wagons, umbrellas, beach towels, chairs, and coolers. One thing to keep in mind is that you may want to stop in Sarasota before crossing the bridge into Siesta Key for all your groceries. We only saw a local market on the island. There are plenty of Publix grocery stores in Sarasota which we went back to. Overall, my family LOVED this property. I would highly recommend staying here!

The pool was lovely, just the right temp. for my 2 grandbabies! Location was great. It was only a short walk to the beach and the Village area. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great pool and beach fun

What is special about this house was the outdoor space and the gigantic, warm pool. It’s really like 2 pools. There are 2 outdoor tables (one under cover) and an outdoor tv room. We had a small group but I imagine if you loaded all the bedrooms you’d appreciate the outdoor space to spread out. The other thing that set this house apart were the extras like pool / beach toys, baby items, a kids play room- lots of kid friendly extras. I have allergies and the house is pet friendly but I had no issues so it’s cleaned very well. It’s a 3 long block walk to the best (&great walking) beach but on the plus side it’s almost as close to the restaurants and we walked to the village almost every day.
