Hermosa casa de 2 pisos con un garaje para 2 autos y piscina ubicada en el atractivo vecindario de Bay Isles, en la isla de Siesta Key. La casa tiene un plano abierto con techos abovedados y muchas ventanas para una sensación espaciosa, brillante y aireada. La sala de estar es bastante grande, con un sofá seccional muy cómodo, TV digital de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. Incluye cable y WiFi gratis. La habitación den / family está justo al lado de la sala de estar y está bien equipada con juegos de mesa y un estéreo. Las puertas correderas con contraventanas de madera dan acceso al patio al aire libre y al área de la piscina desde la sala de estar y el estudio. La casa tiene una lavadora y una secadora grandes justo al lado de la cocina escondida en un armario grande con puertas para que se oculte cuando no esté en uso.

El dormitorio principal y el baño se encuentran en el piso de arriba y hay 2 vestidores, cama extragrande y TV de pantalla plana. El baño principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje de gran tamaño, bidet, ducha y área de aseo privada separada. Hay 2 dormitorios y un baño abajo. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen y un gran armario con estanterías y cajones. El otro dormitorio tiene una litera con un doble en la parte superior y completo (estándar) en la parte inferior, así como un futón que lo convierte en una cama de tamaño completo. La habitación familiar / den también tiene un sofá y una silla que ambos se convierten en camas para acomodaciones adicionales para dormir.

La piscina está climatizada (solar), filtrada, privada y reluciente. Hay 2 áreas de patio (nivel superior e inferior). Parrilla para barbacoa, muebles de jardín y sillones también se proporcionan.

Just the vacay we needed!

The house was exactly as advertised. The pool was refreshed. The rooms were spacious. Located just across the bridge onto Seista Key, close enough to the beaches to get there quickly but far enough away to be out of the main traffic. Management was.available via email or text, making it a very great trip.The beach was as good as descibed, if not better. You should definitely go.

Amazing stay! Beautiful property!

This was everything we had hoped for. Clean house, nice neighborhood and great extras. We loved that the owner provided beach items so we didn’t have to haul ours. Also enjoyed afternoon bike rides courtesy of the bikes at the house. Perfect distance from the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Great stay

If you’re looking to be away from the strip area for a little more peace and quiet while you are on vacation this is the place . We enjoyed some privacy and the house was perfect for us. Having our beach needs available made a huge difference as well and made vacation more easy. One thing we did notice was the pool was very heated in the 90s which for a hot day may not be refreshing for most however wasn’t an issue for us since we favored the ocean. Overall we were more than pleased and would come back again!

Perfect vacation rental

The check in and out was easy and communication with rental company was exceptional. We lost internet service one morning and I texted the company at like 6:30 on a Sunday expecting to hear back later afternoon and they replied in minutes by the time we returned in afternoon in was working. There are 7 bikes, a few did not work (flat tires and bent rims) but the 4 did work and there was a bike pump to fill up tires and plenty of helmets for everyone. Despite all the hurricane damage around, the neighborhood is great. There is no yard at all just pool and patio in back. The pool is always shaded so even though solar heated not warm enough to swim in. There were an abundance of towels and wash cloths, dishcloths, sheets, pillow cases. Obviously the owners listen to renters because I saw a few old rev of complaints about dishesthere are beautiful pots and pans and tons of beautiful dishware plastic or ceramic so great for kids. They do only leave tiny bars of soap for hands (so we purchased hand soap for bathrooms and kitchen)and tiny bottle of dish soap and only a few garbage bags but most people prob don’t cook on vacation (we have a big family and cooked all nights except one) the house is close to everything grocery stores, restaurants, beach etc plenty of beach toys perfect floor plan, there are stairs at every entrance this was not an issue for us but should be noted for elderly or disabled.Huge closets, large spacious rooms, a lot of natural light great furniture in &out

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist zwar nicht mehr brandneu, aber sehr schön und insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein Plus, vor allem für Kinder. Für 5 Sterne hätte die Sauberkeit noch etwas besser sein müssen (v.a.auch in den Schränken und den Ecken, die man nicht sofort sieht.)

Roomy home

The house was very roomy and homey . We enjoyed our stay. The communication before hand would of been nice to hear from them alittle more inadvance about upcoming trip just due to wanting to make sure everything was lined up for our vacation . Very quick response to some question when we were there .

Great Location - lots of space

The property is in great condition and is in an excellent location on the north end of Siesta Key. It's a 5 min drive to the beach. We had plenty of room for everyone to stay and sleep (the murphy bed was a bonus!) plus the furniture was comfortable. It was very clean and the management company was responsive to the one issue we had. It is well stocked with kitchenware, towels, linens plus bikes/toys. Only downsides are that we had to drive to get a good walk in, the kitchen is pretty small, and we couldn't swim in the pool (although it is solar heated, it did not get warm enough in December).

Wonderful Stay

The property met our family’s needs and we had a really nice week! Enjoyed lots of time in the pool and lanai area. Living room furniture and beds were comfortable. Home was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc…. Hope to return to the beautiful Siesta Key area again some day! 😎

We booked this house for our second trip to Siesta Key, it was a very nice and quite location just a short drive from the beach for a lot less money. Would stay here again!

Excellent location.

Excellent location. This is the best. The whole area is saturated and overpriced. Having said that this house is a fairly priced. The house needs only minor repairs. Lots of beach toys. The pool is regrettably in the shade. And is solar heated so not useable in the winter months in the northern hemisphere. A definite keeper. We rented it for next year. If you are a little bit flexible you definitely will not regret this property.

This property was very clean, location was good we were disappointed with the pool the ad said that it was solar heated which in this case meant if the sun hit the pool it would warm up,due to the fact that the pool is on the east side of the house and surrounded by tall trees we were not able to use it because it was too cold it would’ve been better if the owner would have said that the pool was not heated. In the middle of summer this property would be a good place to stay It should also have been noted for those staying in this house that the dehumidifier needs to be emptied once a day if not twice the house was a little musty when we checked in but with a candle burning and the dehumidifier going that smell went away. The management company was very pleasant to work with and helped out in any way that we needed. We would give our stay four out of five stars. Clark L

Had a great time loved the home

The house was very comfortable, great location, has everything really you need. enjoyed our stay and would go back. Ice maker needs to be fixed we had to buy ice.

AMAZING TIME AMAZING PLACE

Absolutely beautiful home, lots of extras and really nice realators who kept in constant communicatin. I would have given 5 stars, however we were there for an entire week and the washing machine never worked which was inconvenient, but they did try to fix it multiple times - sometimes things just happen. We all would definately go back to this property.

Family Vacation

The house overall was spacious and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The pool was perfect and kept the kids occupied during our down time. Cons: The only issues that I found was the patio furniture was zip tied together and needs replaced because you will hit the ground, the tv in one of the downstairs bedrooms was broken (I believe I seen a review stating this before), the propane grill wouldn’t light and the cleaning crew needed to clean a little better as there was nail clippings in the window sill by the front door and multiple hairs on the upstairs shower wall. Pros: the house is beautiful & in a good neighborhood, it has plenty of room so everyone can have their own space, it had everything we needed from cooking utensils to beach toys/chairs, their was plenty of bikes available for our entire family and the owners were very quick to respond and helpful. Overall, It was perfect for what we needed and I would definitely rent this house again!

Beautiful, spacious Vacation home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The neighborhood is quant, quiet and very nice. The home itself was very clean and had everything we needed for the beach. Beds were comfortable, outside sitting areas were nice and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for making our meals and coffee. It was great that there were 4 adult bikes as we were all able to bike a short distance to the downtown area and even to the beach. We came in January so it was winter in Florida therefore, the pool being solar powered (although nice) was a bit to chilly (around 70 degrees) to use this time of year. But I could see it being great in the spring, summer and early fall months. We loved this place and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice home away from home for vacation!

Nice area

Location is convenient and house is spacious.and well equipped with very nice floor plan. Only unknown information was the number of stairs. Front entry has 7 or 8, garage to house has even more so if elderly are part of your family I would advise you to look elsewhere. Master bedroom is upstairs as well but was great for privacy. Little pool was needing cleaning and is too cold even with solar heating. Terrace Patio was perfect and was screened in like the pool. Did not use the outdoor grill but it was nearby and fenced in on a little patio with chairs. Additional space for dog to explore within a gated area. Slightly in need of deferred maintenance but typical of a rental. I would rent here again and I am previously from Sarasota so a pretty good area to avoid the snow bird traffic!
