This condo is in a perfect location!! Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and everything you need! The unit was very clean and the host was responsive and helpful. The only negative thing about The Enclave is the parking. You are only allowed to purchase two parking passes. We needed a third pass and even though there were plenty of parking spots available, we had to go park in another location (and pay more money for parking) because we were not allowed to purchase a third pass. This was no fault of our host and overall the condo was an excellent place to stay! Just be aware of parking when you book!

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable as well. The bathrooms were also large and made getting ready easier than normal. The air conditioning was cooling well when we got there, but that issue was addressed and resolved very quickly. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!

When we arrived it was a mildew smell when you first walked in. There was a large vacuum and dryer going in the master bathroom. It turned out due to a leak that the HOA found and was placed there by the HOA which could be understandable except we were not informed prior to arrival and noone seemed to know why it was there. Also, there were cots and mattresses piled up in the master bathroom. When maintenance was sent all he did was move the mattresses to the living room and we had to walk around them. No one ever came to take care of them the entire stay. There was a dirty smelly towel left in one of the bathrooms. While we do always buy extra toilet paper during our grocery run, there was initially no toilet paper in the master bathroom and very little in the other two bathrooms. The oven door came apart. No one ever showed up to fix it, my husband was able to put it back together for use. The washing machine wasn't working properly. No one ever came to check on it, my husband was able to get it back working to finish the load I had started. The condo itself was nice. Not great parking but easy access to the elevator and beach. It had a neat little give and take room with all kinds of beach accessories. My brother had a very nice and spacious room on the first floor.

I’m very sorry your stay at The Enclave 603 fell so far short of expectations and that you encountered odor, on-site repair equipment, piled mattresses, missing supplies, and appliance issues. Actions we are taking now: - Escalated your reservation to our operations team and the owner for immediate review. - Opened a priority inspection of the unit to identify and remediate the mildew/odor source and confirm the unit is fully cleared of HOA equipment and stored items. - Contacting the HOA to investigate why equipment and mattresses were placed in the master bathroom without prior notification and to prevent any repeat occurrences. - Scheduled a deep clean and odor remediation, and arranged removal/disposal of the cots and mattresses left in the unit. - Opened work orders to repair the oven door and service the washing machine, and will re‑inspect both appliances. - Re‑auditing our cleaning and turnover checklist and retraining teams to prevent missed items (including leftover towels and inadequate toilet paper stocking). - Reviewing the response timeline and communication breakdown that allowed these issues to persist, and will consider appropriate compensation for your stay. Please send any photos, timestamps, or additional details through your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and expedite the investigation. Family vacation

This condo was amazing! We looked and looked for a condo that had 3 bedrooms with king size beds. We didn’t expect to find one, then when we did, we certainly didn’t expect it to be so beautiful and roomy!! It was such a beautiful place and so serene and peaceful! We loved it and hope to come back again and stay in this very room!!
