Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath end residence at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn. | | In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 209 is located on the ocean end, and offers beautiful ocean views from two balconies, the living room, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and dining area. For your added sleeping pleasure and privacy, black out window treatments are throughout the condominium!

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. This was our first visit to Georgia's Golden Isles as well as our second VRBO stay. The condo's description did not mislead, and the registration process was effortless.The condo was ideally located and close enough to the ocean to feel its breeze. All the furniture was comfortable from the balcony chairs to the king size bed! We especially appreciated the two recliners in the living area as they were perfect for reading and snoozing. The kitchen was well-equipped; we had everything we needed for preparing meals. Also, the condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with several interesting art pieces. Another great bonus was the parking garage underneath with luggage carts at the elevator. We had a great time and would stay here again in the future!

Family get away

Great clean property. The parking garage is pretty cramped and there could be better signage as to which direction parking would be convenient for which unit. But the beds were very comfortable and the beach access was great!

Clean and Nice Location

Property worked well for a short stay for 2. Could easily accomodate more. Water pressure in shower was lacking but otherwise a very pleasant experience.

This was an impressive luxury condo right on the beach.We stayed at the Beach Club at St. Simons was truly lovely, beginning on the evening of Thursday, August 14, and (sadly) ending on Sunday morning, August 17. From the moment we keyed in the code at the secure entrance gate, we felt welcomed into a peaceful, scenic, and almost magical beach experience.Our two-bedroom 2 - bathroom unit was fully equipped with all the amenities and comforts of home. The oceanfront view from our second-floor balcony was absolutely stunning—greeting us each morning with the beauty of the Atlantic. Both bedrooms had private balcony access, offering views of the beautifully maintained flower gardens, tropical vegetation, and both the adult and kiddie swimming pools—with a lovely glimpse of the ocean in the distance.The unit itself was spotless, fresh, and inviting, decorated in calming tones of pale blue and warm sandy hues that echoed the coastal surroundings perfectly.Although this was my first time vacationing at this property, I truly hope it won’t be my last. It was the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and tranquility—a wonderful beach getaway.Ya'll have fun now--ya hear Peace and Love, Althea

Outdated and overcrowded condo

This isn’t my first time on the island however, it is our first time at Beach Club. When I chose the condo I mainly decided for its view of the beach to be able to enjoy my morning coffee. At first glance the pictures of the pool out of this condo lead me to believe that it was an additional pool on the property and is was not. It belonged to the condo units next door. The pictures of the kitchen give you the illusion of a much larger open space. It was very tight and only wide enough for the dishwasher door to open. While the furniture seemed outdated in pictures, I figured cleanliness would make up for it. Upon our arrival everything seemed clean, although the condo smelled stale and as if they heavily sprayed a disinfectant right before our entry. My 7 year old took her shoes off to keep sand out and within an hour of walking around her feet were black on the bottom. The couch was very tacky to the touch, as if someone applied their sunscreen while sitting on it for the past 15 years. One of the wingback chairs was broken, and couldn’t be sat in for fear the whole side was going to completely detach. And yes, the pictures of all the wall paper are true!! After several days in the condo, we noticed the wicker furniture had spills down the front of them that were still sticky. The listing said there was a king and Queen bed in the unit. But the second bedroom was a full, making it very tight for two teenagers to sleep in. If you plan on washing towels every night, the washer and dryer are extremely small and can only hold two maybe three beach towels at a time. And drying requires two rounds in the dryer. The layout of this condo is of a corner unit, separating the living room from the bedrooms with the dining room in between. But there was furniture is every corner, leaving it hard to store bags and beach accessories. We had others in our group staying at Beach Club and their condos were beautifully updated, very clean, fully stocked and rented for a much cheaper price. All in all, it was a place to lay our head, but I wouldn’t choose this unit again at the rate we paid.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review, we appreciate your feedback. We spray every unit prior to a guest arriving with a biochemical disinfectant to help against the spread of Covid. Also, we sent out our inspection team to measure the bed and it is indeed a queen size bed, we apologize if it felt smaller. We hope you will visit St. Simons Island again.

Beautiful but needs upkeep

We loved the location. The view was spectacular and the resort was quiet and relaxing. We had some issues with the air Conditioning and discovered that the filter was filthy and had caused the unit to freeze up and leak all over. Maintenance fixed it quickly. We also were not able to make use of the garden tub because the stopper wouldn’t hold water for long and the hot water heater didn’t produce enough hot water to make it worthwhile.

Great stay

Had a wonderful family weekend. Location of property was wonderful. Great beach and pool. Condo was decent but somewhat dated. Some Furniture and bedding needs be cleaned or replaced.
