This three bedroom, three bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper.

North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen, and large combined living and dining area.

The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

North Breakers #412 offers complimentary in-room high speed internet access and a direct ocean view. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from March through October, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Long weekend for a girls get away. Condo was dated but that gave it character. Place is huge. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Million-dollar view of the ocean.

Overall our experience at the North Breakers was very good. The location on a quiet, residential street adjacent to the coastal marshes is nicely isolated from the neighboring properties. The view from the living room and master suite is spectacular, and almost makes it hard to go out. The effective e-mail and text message communications with the property management made check-in, our stay, and check out trouble-free.

Beautiful views of ocean! The balcony was great. Middle bedroom had a very poor mattress. It was lumpy and squeaky beyond belief. Definitely needs replacing.

The host was very welcoming. Hodnett Cooper Rental was great to work with. The condo itself could use a few updates. The electrical outlets in the master bedroom and bath did not work all the time. The shower door is swinging instead of being secured. The middle bedroom bed is all springs, not much support the couple that stayed in there had a terrible night's sleep each night. The location and view are awesome, as well as convenient location to attractions and food. Would like to rent again in the future.

Beautiful view of the ocean

While the condo is dated and could use some renovations, it is very roomy with a full ocean view. It was exactly what our group of four ladies needed. Very easy access and check-in. Beautiful location.

Great place for the price

This was a much needed getaway for our family! The pictures don’t show just how spacious this condo is. We had plenty of room with 4 adults and one infant and the condo was very clean and neat. Could have fit another couple easily. I would definitely stay there again!

Don’t Pass Up this View!!

Fabulous view that is unbeatable. PLUS it had wonderful outdoor patio to skip coffee on and see stunning sunrises!! Home is dated but didn’t bother us as it was best price on the shore!

Lovely place

Lovely unit with a wonderful view which can be seen from the balcony and the comfortable couch. Quiet area, great place to walk on the beach. Great dining choices within a mile. The island itself has a calm, peaceful atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay in the condo and on Saint Simon’s. We’ll book this unit again if it’s available.

I thought this was a first floor unit (not a fourth floor unit) so I was somewhat disappointed because we were there with a one year old and trips to and from the beach and car were a little more difficult than I had anticipated. The condo was very nice, spacious and comfortable. I recommend you pack mosquito spray for the trek to and from the beach but other than the mosquitoes we had a great time!

Magical moments

I could not believe the size and how well the space was set up from the moment I walked in. As stated in previous reviews some areas of the condo is dated! But who cares! The view, amazing,! It was comfortable, clean, and in a great quiet location. The beach was beautiful. I would love to come back again and again. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. We made great memories and inhabited to leave.

Overall a nice condo. Could use some upgrades in the bathrooms and ceiling fans. Very dated. Balcony furniture was old and rusty. Would have liked to have been able to enjoy breakfast on the table. Loved having access to bikes, chairs and umbrellas!

Great condo on the beach!

North Breakers #412 is our favorite St. Simon's rental so far. We love that all three bedrooms have a beach view and a porch. The condo is clean and nicely furnished, but not so fancy that you feel you can't relax and be yourself. The view from the living room and porch is amazing. That was the most difficult part about leaving was giving up that view! We have stayed in several complexes over the last twenty six years at St. Simon's, and North Breakers is one of our favorites. The complex and pool area are well-managed and clean. This North Breakers unit is our all-time favorite. Can't wait to stay here again next year.

The view from this property was exquisite! But once you got past that, the shabby furnishings were revealed. We were surprised and disappointed the property was not pet friendly to small dogs. Given the condition of the flooring and the furniture, there should be no worry. The mattress in the master was so worn out that we had to relocate to another room—not what we paid for. However, the layout of the property was great with plenty of room to host guests in private quarters. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean. The other tenants were friendly and welcoming. The general maintenance guy was a huge help with basic information, and he could be easily found working on projects around the grounds.Overall, we enjoyed our stay but found the price too high for the condition of the unit itself.

A good time was had by all!

Great location with a beautiful view of the beach. We experienced a couple of unfortunate events (air conditioner and refrigerator broke), but we were taken care of by Hodnett-Cooper. We were also compensated for these situations. I would LOVE to stay here again!

Great location! View was wonderful. Felt like condo could have been cleaned up more and sanitized. Does owner always leave out personal items and their closet unlocked? WiFi was horrible. Some of the furnishings are really old and dated. But really loved the overall visit

Wonderful short getaway

This condo was perfect for a quick getaway with family. The condo has a beautiful view, great location, and was comfortable for all five of us. Hodnett Cooper personnel were pleasant and easy to deal with.
