Dése el lujo de un momento de paz y tranquilidad durante su residencia en el corazón histórico de la tan animada ciudad de Sarlat.
Situado en una calle peatonal de la zona protegida, esta renovación del hogar exquisito cuidado en exceso es un refugio perfecto para el regreso de muchos viajes y excursiones ofrecidas por el entorno inmediato.

Con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, el intermedio ofrece un alojamiento de lujo para 4 personas, pero muy cómodo para 6.

En julio y agosto, para facilitar mejor su llegada y le permiten disfrutar de la maravillosa mercado de los sábados, el hogar de nuestros clientes son de viernes a viernes.


Descripción interna:

Desde la calle, cruce la puerta de madera que sirve a la planta baja. Va a encontrar:
* Una cocina agradable bien equipado con muebles de madera, una mesa y dos sillas y un hermoso arco de piedra. Tiene una totalmente equipada con nevera-congelador, vitrocerámica, horno eléctrico, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera, tetera, tostadora. Ideal para cocinar trajo mercado de productos locales.
* Una pequeña sala de estar con sus paredes de piedra y cimacios, de madera, armarios cómodamente alrededor de la majestuosa chimenea de piedra. Un sofá, dos sillones cómodos, sillas, mesas de centro, televisor de pantalla plana, araña de cristal, lámparas de pared y alfombras.
* Un comedor anidado como "un conjunto de teatro" en su alcoba, con mesa, 6 sillas, y sus magníficas lámparas de techo colgantes.

* Algunos pasos pueden lograr un medio paso o un cuarto de baño con cabina de ducha, lavabo, inodoro.

La escalera de madera conduce a la primera planta, donde la sala sirve:
* Un cuarto de lavado con instalaciones de lavadora, secadora y tabla de planchar.
* Un primer doble con una cama de 140, un mueble con cajones, mesas de noche y lámparas.
* Una habitación doble amplia y romántica con su hermosa chimenea decorativa, carriles de la silla y cortinas pesadas. Incluye una cama de 160, armario, una mesa y de noche dobles lámparas, excelente espejo giltwood, araña de cristal.
* Junto a su baño privado ofrece una cabina de ducha y lavabo doble.

La tercera habitación doble está en el segundo piso. Está equipado con una cama doble de 140 cm, cómoda, mesitas de noche y lámparas.

WIFI en toda la casa.
calefacción central de gas para asegurar un cálido confort durante los períodos más fríos.

Sarlat vacation

Our group of 5 enjoyed Sarlat while we stayed at Lot of Charm apartment. Apartment had everything we wanted and all the ambience of Sarlat. Very close parking on street and old town is right there. Beds were very comfortable and slept well with windows open. Exceeded our expectations and were well taken care of by team. They gave us info to make arriving easy . Thank you so much for such a great experience!

Stunning, beautifully restored 15th century home in the very heart of the old city center of Sarlat

L’Entracte ranks at the top of several lively VRBO rentals we have enjoyed in France in recent years. The property is every bit as beautiful as advertised. The location - literally steps from the market square of Old Sarlat - was simply perfect for our 11-day stay. To top it off, the folks at the managing agency, En Tous Saisons could not have been easier to work with, or more helpful, before and during our stay. In particular, when a malfunction dead bolt had us licked out on a Sunday afternoon, they were easy to reach and had some there and problem solved very quickly. Most appreciated. In fairness, I would note that those with mobility issues might struggle a bit with the stairs, especially to the top bedroom. However our group of five retirees (ages 67-70). Had no problem.In short, we would return here at the first opportunity and cannot recommend both property and hosts highly enough.

Great little place, darling kitchen, living room, but I didn't quite realize there were such steep stairs so hauling luggage up was a surprise. It was all fine, and it made me realize I like being on one main floor. The apartment is great especially the kitchen!

Amazing Location, Amazing Stay

We really could not have been happier than we were with our stay here. The house is located just steps from the main markets of Sarlat, which we visited twice weekly, even getting to know some of the vendors at the market. When we were hot or tired, it was just steps back home. We felt totally safe with our kids going out on their own, exploring the old streets and shops. And the area around Sarlat was absolutely spectacular for drives, castle visits, caves...We could go on and on. Finally, any issue we had was addressed promptly by the property managers. Would go back here in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Location in the Heart of Sarlat

I would have given L’Entracte 4.5 points had that been possible. It isn’t perfect. But the positives outweigh the negatives so decisively that it is easy to recommend. It’s built on the bones of a north-facing15th Century house which means it’s a bit dark, the stairs are many and steep (the top floor can be a vertiginous challenge), one bath is squeezed in beneath the stairs and the kitchen is oddly laid out. And yet, you get to live in a piece of medieval history on a quiet walking street just steps away from the Place de la Liberté and within an easy walk of all the restaurants and shops of Vieux Sarlat. We stayed for fifteen days in June and found the house to be reasonably cool with the assistance of fans and open windows even on a day that hit 40° C (104° F). It was quiet, with the exception of a few Saturday late-night revelers and the occasional early morning bottle guy from the neighboring restaurant. Free parking was plentiful and convenient. Wifi was suitable for streaming and reliable on the main floor and in the master bedroom. The showers were good with abundant hot water. We prepared many of our own meals (you can only eat so much duck – try Hà-Tiên, the Viet/Thai restaurant for a welcome break) and found the kitchen lacked certain utensils: a spatula, salad tongs, measuring spoons/cups, sufficient storage containers. We discovered the can opener was broken when we attempted to open a locally-produced can of cassoulet. (My fifty-year-old Swiss Army knife rescued us.) In sum, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite minor frustrations and recommend L’Entracte, even for those of us in the over-seventy set who are in decent health.

Fantastic location

This is an absolutely fantastic location in the old city of Sarlat and we loved the easy access to the city. The house is fascinating in the way that is it built and the living room is an easy place to sit and relax. We would definitely rent this house again if we came back to Sarlat. Do pay attention to other reviews about bathroom and bedroom placement if you will be renting the house for more than one couple. This arrangement worked great for us as it was just the two of us and the ensuite was lovely and big. Bathrooms were very new with great showers. There were a few items missing from the kitchen that would make it it easier to use it, but I believe the manager is going to be taking care of those issues. Do be careful not to put the beautiful gold rimmed plates in the microwave. The manager, Sabine, has been very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks, Sabine.

Great location.

The property would have been fine for just my husband and myself, but we were accompanied by another couple. They needed separate bedrooms, but could not manage the stairs, especially the 3rd floor. Not possible for them to go down 2 or 3 flights of stairs to use the bathroom, especially at night. They moved after one night into a hotel at great expense. It would be fine for children or teens. Could be cleaner and upgraded; especially for the cost. The beds and pillows have seen better days.The fireplaces do not look like they have ever been cleaned. The first floor shower made a mess with water spraying all over the floor and under the door. It is a fabulous location and charming in its own way.

Wonderful property - wonderful town

The house is located in a small pedestrian- only alley. Very quiet but steps away from the old part of town and many restaurants and shops. What a beautiful house! The kitchen was well thought out and lacked nothing. We found a grocery store and patisserie a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants as well. The bathroom showers were excellent. Sarlat is close to many places to visit, It is a good, central location.

Super location!

No snags at all. Property agent was helpful and available. Location of property is best asset - right in the old village on a pedestrian street. Well equipped and comfortable. Only drawback is no en suites in two of the three bedrooms. Stairs a bit treacherous in the middle of the night!

Great location in Sarlat

If you like old houses and a furniture style going with it, this house will be great for you. Plenty of stairs, so not for the mobility-impaired. No parking directly at the property, but public parking 50 -75 m away was always available. Good restaurants and shopping within short walking distance.

Au calme et proche de tout !

Nous avons passé, 4 jours ( un peu court ..) dans cette très belle maison, très bine équipée et très joliment décorée. La maison est idéalement placée, dans une rue très calme mais à deux minutes de la place principale de Sarlat. Le boulevard Niessman où on peut facilement se garer est à deux minutes également, donc très pratique. Quel plaisir d'être au centre de Sarlat ! L'accueil sur place a été charmant . A conseiller !
