Flisvos incluye dos residencias construidas en piedra. Ambas residencias están totalmente equipadas y dispuestas en dos niveles en el interior. Cada residencia ofrece dos habitaciones (la primera habitación tiene una cama doble y la segunda tiene dos camas individuales, ambas habitaciones con baño privado), sala de estar, comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada con paredes. En el exterior hay amplios patios con jardines, así como porches con una vista única al mar.

Si le gusta caminar, tiene la oportunidad de probar un relajante paseo de 1,5 km por la playa hacia Panagia Choni, donde se encuentra la capilla de Panagia Mirtidiotisa (celebraciones el 24 de septiembre).

El Museo Arqueológico de la zona se encuentra en la capital de la provincia de Kissamos, a solo 5 km.

Hay cruceros diarios que parten desde el puerto de Kastelli (7 km) hacia Gramvousa, donde se puede encontrar la antigua fortaleza veneciana y la impresionante playa exótica de Balos (bahía de Tigani, laguna tropical de agua con arena blanca y rosa).

Entspannung direkt am Meer

Komfortables Haus komplett ausgestattet, sehr gute Betten, sympathische Vermieterin, die alle Fragen beantwortete. Reinigung und Wäschewechsel nach 3 Nächten. Sehr ruhig, leider waren noch keine Tavernen in der Nähe auf… man musste mit dem Auto nach Kissamos fahren oder auch ins nähere „Maracaibo“. Schöne Wanderungen direkt vom Haus waren möglich. Absolutes Highlight die Terrasse direkt am Meer, der Ausblick unbeschreiblich. Schöne Strände in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar, wenn man nicht direkt vor der eigenen Terrasse schwimmen gehen wollte.

We wish we could retire here!

Ria is a delightful, attentive, and kind owner who has created a beautiful, relaxing space right on the beach. The house is clean, well-stocked with whatever a guest might need, warm, and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better—out of the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough for access to the necessities. There are three taverns on the sea just next to the home, and all of western Crete is a doable drive away. We hated to leave, and we’d highly recommend Ria’s place to anyone looking for a Cretan escape!

Magical home right on the water

We spent a just over a week at this home and it was even more incredible than we expected. The home is exactly as pictured with a warmth and ambiance that immediately relaxed us. Ria immediately made us feel welcome with fruit and other essentials, olive oil from her family, and raki, and a large supermarket and fantastic bakery were less than 10m away. The front garden of the home has a beautiful patio with flowers, tile, and gorgeous Cretan stone. We were there in early October and that side of the house seemed sunny and tranquil always, perfect for breakfast. The opposite side was steps from the sea, dramatic and beautiful. The water was warm, with round rocks leading in then a bit further out two stretches of sand to stand on if you wanted a break from swimming. Ria provided sun loungers and towels and we soent every day relaxing be water on this very private beach.Situated between two stretches of land, this area is largely protected and the waves were very gently except for two windier days. Two houses further on the road is a friendly bar and grill with tables and loungers by the water, and one house further is a taverna that becomes a romantic idyll at night with delicious food. We had intended to go on more day trips than we did, because a day and evening by the water and enjoying the lovely relaxed home and patio were too lovely to leave. Ria, again was always warm and kind, responding immediately if we had a question, and her presence made this stay our best ever.

Better than you can imagine

This villa was the perfect choice for our stay in Crete! Right on the sea we drifted off to the sound of the waves 💙 the upstairs bedroom was big and beautiful with a great en-suite bathroom with an actual stand up shower with a door (an exciting find in Greece) Ria made us feel right at home immediately by sharing a bottle of family made olive oil as well as other local products with us. Great location with several beaches nearby and the town of kissamous just 5 minutes away. End your search of places to stay on Crete, this is it!

Private Waterfront Oasis + Amazing hospitality = 10* Stay

Best property we have ever stayed at in our visit to over 15 Greek islands over the year. We have never come across an accommodation that is directly on the ocean with so much privacy. The size of the unit and that patio exceeded our expectations. More importantly, our weeklong stay at this lovely home has given us the experience that will always hold a special place in our hearts. The philoxenia and hospitality of the owner, Ria, was felt from the moment we stepped foot on the property. She was warm, inviting, walked us through the home and left us with some wonderful treat for the week - homemade olive oil, Raki, orange juice, milk, fresh fruit, etc. We have stayed in so many properties over the years and this one is by far the BEST! Every morning a baker drived through the neighborhood with fresh bread and other breakfast treats, Imagine having someone deliver fresh bread and other breakfast treats basically to your doorstep. The prices are a fraction of what you would pay in the U.S. On Monday morning the produce truck came to the neighborhood where you can select hand picked fruits and vegetables. Our stay in this very small town was priceless. I can't even begin to adequately express how we felt during our stay. There are a few lovely restaurants within walking distance and if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and unforgettable stay in the Kissamos area, look no further this staying at this wonderful property. We absolutely LOVED our stay and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Crete.

Für Strandfans ein Traum : Von der Terrasse ohne Fussmarsch oder störende Strasse direkt auf den Strand, auf dem sonst (jedenfalls zu dieser Jahreszeit) niemand anders ist. Super Aussicht auf die Meeresbucht und die umliegenden Berge/Inseln. Tolle ruhige Lage, ausser Brandung ist nichts zu hören. Sehr gepflegtes Objekt, schöne Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus. Man hat immer nach Wahl Schatten oder Sonne. Man kann tiefenentspannt den ganzen Tag am Haus verbringen, wenn man will. Inneneinrichtung/Ausstattung prima. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die schräg gegenüber wohnt. Eine Bagatelle : Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung ist schwer verständlich. Hinweis : Das obere Zimmer ist zum Wohnbereich hin offen.

Sehr schönes Haus und super nette Vermieter

Wir waren im MAI 2022 in diesem schönen Haus.Ria ist ein wundervoller Mensch.Sie hat uns gelegentlich lokale Speisen gebracht. Kissamos ist nicht besonders schön, die Lage des Hauses ist jedoch traumhaft. Die Landschaft in der Umgebung ist sehr schön.Wer Ruhe liebt ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Erwartungen übertroffen

Es gibt zum Haus und zur Gastgeberin Ria Raisaki schon viele sehr gute Bewertungen, die wir auch alle zuvor gelesen hatten. Daher waren unsere Erwartungen entsprechend hoch. In der Tat ist die Lage, die Bauweise und Ausstattung des Hauses sehr gut. Alles super sauber. Grandiose Terrasse tatsächlich 10Meter vom Meer. Besser gehts nicht. Ria ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, eine wirklich aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Taverne in der Nähe, auch direkt am Meer. Bäcker kommt morgens mit dem Auto vors Haus. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in der näheren Umgebung oder auch bis an die Südküste.

Fantastic October family holiday

We had a wonderful holiday here with our 5month old and 3year old. The location was fantastic, spilling straight onto the beach or nice sized garden behind. And restaurants within stumbling distance. Ria was incredibly helpful and generous with local supplies. She had thought of everything so we had no problems getting there and travelling around. Thoroughly recommend!

Schönes Haus direkt am Strand

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes und gut ausgerüstetes Ferienhaus im rustikalen Stil, direkt am Strand (Kiesel/Sand) mit sehr freundlicher Vermieterin. Restaurants sind in Gehweite, Geschäfte eher nicht, aber ein mobiler Bäcker kommt morgens mit dem Auto vorbei. Gut gelegen auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
