Flisvos »incluye dos residencias construidas en piedra. Ambas residencias están totalmente equipadas y dispuestas en dos niveles en el interior. Cada residencia ofrece dos habitaciones (la primera habitación tiene una cama doble y la segunda tiene dos camas individuales, ambas habitaciones con baño privado), sala de estar, comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada con paredes. En el exterior hay amplios patios con jardines, así como porches con una vista única al mar.


Si te gusta caminar, tienes la oportunidad de probar un relajante paseo de 1,5 km por la playa hacia Panagia Choni, donde se encuentra la capilla de Panagia Mirtidiotisa (celebraciones el 24 de septiembre).
El Museo Arqueológico de la zona se encuentra en la capital de la provincia de Kissamos, a solo 5 km.

Hay cruceros diarios que parten desde el puerto de Kastelli (7 km) hacia Gramvousa, donde se puede encontrar la antigua fortaleza veneciana y la impresionante playa exótica de Balos (bahía de Tigani, laguna tropical de aguas blancas y rosadas).

A solo 15 km al noroeste se puede visitar Falasarna, una larga playa de arena blanca y un importante sitio arqueológico (antigua Falasarna). La zona es un popular destino turístico.

Continuando hacia el sur oeste podemos encontrar Sfinari, las playas alrededor de Amigdalokefali y la maravillosa playa de Agios Mironas. Hacia la misma dirección y a pocos kilómetros de distancia podemos encontrar el Monasterio Chrisoskalitisa (celebraciones el 15 de agosto), construido en una colina rocosa arriba.

No olvide visitar Elafonisi, donde puede encontrar una playa de arena rosada única y un bosque de cedros (45 km).

Relaxing and fun filled stay in Crete

Our host, Ria, is fabulous! She welcomed us warmly and our place was lovely. She takes extra care to make sure guests have what they need and she’s available for any questions. Her recommendations were spot on- we can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

The property was exactly as described and on a beautiful almost private lovely sandy beach. Ria was a charming hostess and always available if we needed anything. It was lovely having shower gel and shampoo etc in the bathroom and the kitchen had everything we needed. Local Tavernas brilliant and easy to get into the buzz of Kissamos or other local beaches. We would love to come and stay again. Thank you also for the amazing olive oil and soap treats.

5 Star Vacation Rental!

Staying at Ria's place was absolutely fabulous! We had the BEST time and Ria is such a lovely person! Upon arrival Ria had the place decorated for our daughter's birthday with banners, balloons, candles, party hats, streamers, and even the most delicious cake we have ever had in the fridge waiting for us! The place was exceptionally clean and Ria was waiting for us outside upon arrival to give us a quick tour. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and we had absolutely no issues whatsoever. We location was PERFECT and we loved walking the beach looking for sea glass (we found quite a bit!) and the views of the sea were absolutely breathtaking, just like in the photos.The day we left, Ria met with us and gifted us some Olive Oil! Her kindness and warm hospitality meant so much to us! We'd stay here again in the future! We loved Crete and the location was absolutely PERFECT! Highly recommend!!! You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful inside and out

This has got to be the loveliest property we have ever rented. Fabulous host so helpful and friendly the nicest lady you could meet. The finish and cleanliness of this property is first class. There is everything available you ever need. Beautiful beds,lovely comfy bed, good quality linen and towels. The location is lovely right on the sea down a few steps straight in the water. Very private. Two outside tables and good quality furniture and sun loungers. There are so many beautiful qualities about this property i cant list them all. This property is so worth what the host charges its lovely. We will return one day.

Paradise in Crete

This is a beautiful property. Just a few feet from the water near an uncrowded beach. Felt like the patio was very private. Just a short walk to a couple tavernas & just a few miles to Kissamos which has plenty of dining options and grocery stores, etc. The inside of the villa is very cool, felt like a castle or something. Ria had left us olive oil, raki, and some homemade jams which were all delicious. This is the perfect place to get away from the touristy spots but close enough to many of the main attractions of Crete. Highly recommended. Just the view from the patio makes this place worth visiting. I'll go back if I ever get an opportunity. Wish I was still there.

perfect place for a great holiday

We have been to Crete three times. This time we stayed at Ria's place which turned out to be the best place ever. The beach house has everything you need (two great, spacious and cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, kitchen, living room, 2 terraces). The beach in front of the house is perfect for a morning and evening swim with clear water and a shallow beginning (great for kids). The neighborhood is very quite. There are good restaurants nearby (5-10 min by car: Maracaibo, Gramboussa). Location could not have been better: You only drive 45min to the house from Chania airport. It is a 30min drive to Falassarna and to Balos, and a 1h drive to Elafonissi. And last but not least: Ria is a great host who welcomed us warmly and gave us many tipps!

5-star stay! Unforgettable Experience!

Ria’s home right on the beach in Nopigia Kissamos is such a special, beautiful place. The house was spotless, well-appointed, and perfect for 2-4 adult travelers or a couple with children. The kitchen has everything you need and the covered deck that looks out over the water has plenty of space and lounge chairs for everyone. But what really made our trip wonderful was Ria herself. She met us when we drove up, late on a Saturday evening and was nearby whenever we needed suggestions on what to see or do. She could not have been kinder or more generous. This home is in a perfect location, centrally located, private and peaceful. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is looking to spend some time in a lovely part of Crete. We stayed first week of April, we had beautiful weather all week and most everything had just opened for the season, it was a perfect time to visit. When we return to Crete we will stay with Ria again.

Unspoilt paradise

This proved a perfect base for for me for fantastic cycling both around Kissamou region and further afield - the Amari valley. After some serious effort over 4 hours or so Flisvos was fantastic base to return to: 1. Villa itself is beautiful place to be - quality stone walls and beamed ceilings - fantastic large balcony area right on sea edge 2. Very freindly and hospitable owners Ria and Eftihis - who are only a stone's throw away if needed 3. 2 great tavernas - 50m and 300m away - both v hospitable and great food 4 Nopigea unspoilt by tourism - with beautiful Kissamou bay - warm clear water great for extended sea swims 5 Opening bedroom window in morning to the sea and sun I only managed to cycle this time due to foot problem but I HAVE to come back to explore on foot as well - for 2 weeks next time Highly recommended as peaceful base for exploring unspoilt Crete Rich Evans from Swansea Wales

An unexpected paradise in Crete

Of all the places we visited in Greece, this was hands down our favorite. Flisvos is a beautiful place, in a beautiful setting. The pictures posted are true to reality, and the owners are as friendly and caring as any host can be. If you like your privacy it will be respected, but if you wish to interact with Cretan people, you are in the best hands. We shared many happy memories with the owners of Flisvos over dinners, fishing trips, and traditional Greek celebrations. Aware that we would be arriving late, they had placed in our refrigerator fresh bread, olive oil from the family business, hams and cheese. We travelled with a 7 month old baby, and they had organized the perfect room for him, crib and all. The nearest baker in the island delivers warm bread to your home every morning, and there are a few small restaurants walking distance with fresh sea food and traditional greek dishes if you choose not to cook in the well appointed kitchen at your rented home. Supermarkets and commerce are five minutes away, although you are in one of the few places left in Greece away from the tourist mobs and with a beach at your doorstep that can be almost empty at some times of the day. We give our highest recommendations to Flisvos, an ideal place to spend time with friends, family, or as a romantic getaway with the blue of the mediterranean and the sound of the ocean as the backdrop of your days.

Merveilleux séjour

La maison est superbe, dans un site à couper le souffle, avec toutes les beautés de la Crête à porter de main. Notre hôte Ria et sa famille sont très accueillant, chaleureux et toujours disponible. Les couchés du soleil sur la terrasse sont extra ordinaire.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser bezaubernden Immobilie war absolut traumhaft. Die atemberaubende Lage bot uns einen unglaublichen Blick auf das azurblaue Meer und die malerische Landschaft. Das Haus war liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigten. Besonders genossen haben wir die ruhige Atmosphäre, die es uns ermöglichte, uns vollständig zu erholen. Die Vermieterin (Ria) sorgte bereits bei der Ankunft mit eigenem Olivenöl, Honig, Ouzo, Wasser und Orangensaft für ein herzlichen Willkommen. Im Verlauf der Woche überraschte uns Ria mit einer Zwischenreinigung (mit frischen Handtüchern) , einer Schale mit eigenem Obst uns später ein leckeres Dessert- wie wundervoll. Da Ria gleich nebenan (hinter dem privaten Parkplatz) wohnt, war Sie für uns immer ansprechbar. Wir können diese Immobilie uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen. Dieser Urlaub wird uns zweifellos noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

A lovely quiet spot right on the beach. Just 10 footsteps and you are in the sea. Three tavernas just near by. Kissimos just a short drive away and lots of lovely walks through orange and Olive groves just on the other side of the super highway. Probably need a car to get about and get provisions. The house had everything you could possibly need. Ria was a great host and was easily available if needed.

Meer Nähe zum Strand gibt es nicht

Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung in einem Doppelhausarrangement. Der Strand bzw. das Meer befindet sich unmittelbar an der (höhergelegenen) Terrasse, über eine kleine Treppe ist dieser sofort zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, ansprechende Bäder mit sehr guten Duschen etc. Der Ort selber ist gediegen und ruhig, drei Tavernen in unmittelbarer Nähe sorgen für nachmittägliche/abendliche Abwechslung oder auch gutes Essen. Für Unternehmungen sollte man aber doch mobil sein (Mietauto o.ä.). Fazit: traumhafte Lage der Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter, kleiner, fast einsamer Ort. Wer Ruhe und Entschleunigung sucht ohne auf Annehmlichkeiten verzichten zu wollen, findet hier genau das Richtige.

Maison de rêve vraiment les pieds dans l'eau avec les prestation d'un hôtel 4 étoiles ( ménage fait au milieu de notre séjour, plein de petits présents pour faciliter notre accueil ... ) . La réalité est encore beaucoup plus belle que sur les photos sans compter sur la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Ria toujours à notre écoute. A conseiller vivement, c'est le paradis

Wonderful house (and host) on quiet beach

House (Konchily-by-the-sea) is directly on the beach. It is part of 2 adjoining houses. The house is relatively new and built with very good materials and style. The host (Ria) is very friendly and made us very welcome. She lives with her family nearby and it was reassuring to know you could contact her. Before we came to Crete I had some questions and all questions were answered within hours - impressive! Back to the house. It is a large house with a open plan set up on 2 floors. Both bedrooms (1 on each floor) have a wonderful ocean view. The beach is in a quiet bay, narrow and mainly pebbles so I would advise some beach shoes. The sea coming right up to the house and the sunsets every evening were fantastic and as we ate at "home" many times we felt we had the best restaurant in Crete! The house is in Nopigea. There are 3 tavern's (OK but not great food but great views), 20 or so houses and at the other end of the beach a discreet camping place. Beyond this is a beautiful walk besides the coastal road. There is almost no traffic in the area so t feels very relaxed. Western Crete has everything. We were there in July so the beaches were busy (Elafonisi too busy) but Balos was wonderful, Samaria gorge (a whole day 16km hiking trip) and the wonderful Botanical gardens were 2 other must-dos. The house itself is well equipped and has almost everything. We would have loved a gas grill and we grill a lot on holiday and a dishwasher would have been a nice to have. However, these are small things compared to the overall experience we had. A wonderful location, host, area and holiday!
