I am sorry you experienced all these issues while at our place. I did not hear directly from you about these issues, I know you contacted our local property manager. Unfortunately, our property manager was off Island during your stay with health issues and his backup was not as familiar with our townhouse. Our place had been occupied by me through the winter until May and we had renters there from May through July just before you arrived. There were no complaints received before you arrived. I can comment on some of your issues: Our showers drain slowly due to the drain covers which do slow down the process, however, they can easily be lifted which allows a quick drain. We have not experienced lukewarm showers unless there are many showers taken quickly. We routinely have the property sprayed for ants but they can return between treatments. Our grill has an electric start powered by a battery. It may have needed to be replaced during your stay. I have heard the Bonaire was exceptionally hot this summer which may have overloaded our first floor airco. We normally can rely on the trade winds to cool the first floor. In fact, we never used the airco on the first floor during our stay from January through the end of May. I have requested an update from our property manager about the fans not working. If you return please also contact me via VRBO in addition to our property manager if you have any problems. I can help expedite getting things fixed!
