¡CADA 4TA NOCHE GRATIS! Ubicado directamente frente a East Harbor State Park y las playas. Dos condominios de nivel superior de nueva construcción en 2012 y dos condominios de nivel inferior de nueva construcción en 2019. ESTA UNIDAD ES UNA UNIDAD DE NIVEL INFERIOR (UNIDAD D). Cada unidad tiene capacidad para 8 personas con 2 recámaras, 2 baños completos y atraque gratuito (hasta 35 'en bote). Las unidades superiores tienen una gran terraza con mosquitero y las unidades inferiores tienen patios de concreto y un césped con vista al hermoso West Harbor. El entorno se encuentra en un tranquilo puerto deportivo rodeado de vecindarios amigables y seguros, a poca distancia de restaurantes. Ideal para familias, amigos y grupos de pesca. ¡Cartas de pesca también disponibles justo afuera de tu puerta! Las unidades de nivel inferior son accesibles para discapacitados. La lavadora / secadora puede estar disponible según las unidades que reserve. También abriremos una nueva área de bar al aire libre frente al mar en la primavera de 2019 que será un escenario discreto con música en vivo ocasional. Anualmente, el sábado siguiente al 4 de julio, organizamos un "Harbor Bash" para el puerto deportivo y los vecindarios circundantes con bandas en vivo hasta las 5:00 pm-12:00 pm. Catawba island area

This property is part of a marina and is centrally located 10-15 minutes from Lakeside/Marblehead to the east, Miller’s Ferry to the north, and Port Clinton to the west. The space was peaceful, very clean and comfortable for our group of four adults. The owners, Bree and Bill, made sure that our stay was wonderful and provided lots of information about things to do. Their property provided access to a bar with drinks an pizza and a heated pool

Girls weekend

We absolutely loved our weekend and will be back. The hosts were amazing such a sweet fun family. Everything we needed was right there so we never actually ventured to put-n.bay haha.

Fantastic Property!

This was a quick trip to go to Cedar Point before the grands started school. We stayed on the main level in Unit D. We loved the location at the Marina. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the out door space was very relaxing. We enjoyed going to the pool in the evening and having beverages from the Boon Docks bar located on the property. Boon Docks also serves pizza which looked amazing but we didn’t get a chance to try it. Parking was a breeze in the open lot. It was a fantastic place to land after a day of adventure. Would definitely stay again.

Nice condo, uncomfortable setting

The condo was clean and beautiful. we had unit D on the ground floor. The front door butts up to a boat ramp where guys are working on boats and walking back and forth on the sidewalk around the condo and right by our patio all day long. we had to close the blinds for privacy. If they had said hello or acknowledged us it would have made things a little better. Very unfriendly atmosphere there, however the owner was very nice.

Perfect getaway

I took my son and his friend fishing for my son’s 15th birthday. We booked with JT Charter..who by the way is fabulous! This place was extremely clean, comfortable, and perfect being right on the water so they were able to keep fishing once off the boat. Location was great.. close to everything! The hosts were very responsive and welcoming.

Fall Fishing

We had a wonderful time here again. This is our second time staying in this unit this year and things are consistently great! We had 6 guys in our group so things were a little tight but very manageable. The owners are very nice and helpful with any questions you may have.

Wedding Weekend

We came up to the area for a wedding and decided to stay at this property due to location and we stayed here previously and it was amazing. It was just as nice as before but now they have a pool and bar attached. The owners are extremely responsive, the condo is spotless and it has incredible views. I highly recommend this property.

Another Great Experience!

I can’t say enough great things about this property! This is the 2nd year/2nd unit we have rented and this years condo was just as great as the one last year. The unit is well stocked, spotless and just overall a pleasant experience. There is a bar right next to the property and the on-site pool is super clean and was refreshing on an 85 degree day. The host responds quickly and is very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend a stay here!

Relaxing getaway

We stayed for two weekend nights at this property and had a wonderful stay. The property was spotless and we had no issues with anything. We loved the view off the patio, just looking at the boats as they came into and left the harbor. We especially loved the music from the nearby bar. It gave off a beachy vibe as we sat on the patio, and like other reviewers mentioned, you couldn't hear it from inside the condo. We would definitely stay here again. Our itinerary included a day at Put-In-Bay and a day at Marblehead.

End of Summer Getaway

We rented both lower condos for an end of summer getaway that included four families (8 adults & 8 kids) and everyone had a blast. Bree was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The condos were clean and spacious. We sat on the deck each night and watched the boats go in and out of the marina. It was such a cool vibe. We loved Boondocks and the live music. The pool was steps away from the condos which made for an easy back and forth with the kids. We cannot wait to visit again next summer!

Great Getaway Stay

My husband and I were hoping to have a relaxing and low key long weekend. This rental was perfect. Being by the water was great, and the apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped. We loved the proximity to great options and also the option to grill a meal for ourselves.

We enjoyed this place so much! Everything was new and clean and lovely. Quiet and peaceful - owners live nearby. Little bar with music nearby but can’t hear a thing from inside the condo.

Weekend charter trip

Everything was very nice. Condo was very clean. You can watch them put the big boats in on the back porch. The owner was great and you could get ahold of her easily. Our stay was good.

We are a family-owned business with our three adult sons who help us run the operations. We have been in the marina business for 30+ years and have owned this marina and rental operation since 2012. We built the bar and pool area in 2020. We make every effort to improve and expand the marina, rental, and bar operations each year.

We purchased this marina in April 2012 and are working feverishly to make it one of the nicest marinas in our area. We feel that this location is one of the best in our area given its proximity to East Harbor State Park, West Harbor channels, the Lake Erie Islands & Peninsulas, Cedar Point and the many shops and restaurants.

Our condo rentals have a beautiful panoramic view of West Harbor and all of its boating activity. In addition, we offer a boat dock during your rental period at no extra cost. We have also added an outdoor bar area overlooking our marina and public harbor. There is live entertainment every weekend. We also have a "Harbor Bash" that is a large neighborhood parking lot party with live bands on the second Saturday in September. Please call with any questions prior to making your reservation.
