Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable vacation rental experience. We take pride in customer service and responsiveness. We call our rental ‘Our Nest’ and hope you can find it comfortable during your time with us. Our daughter always called wherever we stayed on vacation ‘our nest’ so we try to provide everything couples, solo travels, or small families need to have a comfortable nest to call your own when you stay with us. This property is the highest-rated VRBO rental property in Port Clinton the past few years – our family purchased it in late 2020 and we hope you will find it to your liking.

This updated and beautifully decorated property offers fantastic views of the lake right out your window. It is just a few steps away from the Jet Express; perfect for day trips to Put-In-Bay. You'll be able to spend your time relaxing and exploring the area by foot or by car! The mattress is new to ensure you have a comfortable sleep.

The clean, nautical feel of this condo makes it perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need. The main living area is comfortably furnished and there is a wall-mounted smart tv in the living room. The sunroom allows for amazing views of the lake and beach.

This bright, airy space offers a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and one full bathroom. The living and sunrooms also double as additional sleeping space, with one single pullout couch as well as one queen pull out sofa. Fresh, clean linens and indoor towels are provided. Also, for your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Guests will have access to the community pool, hot tub, and private sand beach with shallow water ideal for wading or splashing around. There are a wonderful playground and charcoal grills for you to use. The heated pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and offers plenty of chairs for you to relax poolside while you listen and watch the lake lapping on the shore.

Absolutely perfect for a first visit to the area, and first time renting a VRBO. The property is lovely, the condo exactly as advertised, and the views are spectacular. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

First thing we noticed was the pretty view. Nice playground right in front and then the lake just beyond. The location was great. The Jet Express is a 2 minute walk. We ended up taking Miller Ferry to Put in Bay for the Bash on the Bay. It was the perfect day! The condo was very clean and well stocked. I think the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on! Overall there is nothing I would change. Thanks for a great time!

Wonderful! We loved this location. The views were an amazing sight to wakeup to. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed. The pool and beach were beautifully maintained. The close proximity to eateries and the jet express were key to a great vacation. Thank you for the fantastic accommodations and the complimentary Coffe Express gift card.. great touch.

Lake Erie Vacation

This was an amazing stay- The property was even better then described- The private lake beach, pool and hot tub made something available for everyone with us, and it was hot out! The unit itself was so cute and homey and had everything we needed- the washer was key! Dennis was always available, and he had the answers to all the questions located somewhere in the condo. We were able to walk everywhere from the condo, from the jet express to jet skis, to coffee shop to dinner. Beautiful view of the lake from the windows made the inside time so relaxing- 10/10 for sure and it was just what we needed!

NICE CONDO - SURPRISE FEES

I THOUGHT THE STATE OF OHIO HAS A LAW THAT ALL TAXES AND OTHER FEES WOULD BE STATED UP FRONT ... THE SUPPOSED "UP FRONT COST" WAS OVER 100 LESS THAN WHAT I WAS BILLED, WHY?????????AS FAR AS THE STAY, IT WAS VERY NICE, RIGHT ON THE WATER FRONT ... CONDO ITSELF WAS VERY NICE EXCEPT THE CEILING LIGHT IN THE BATHROOM (IN THE FAN UNIT) DID NOT WORK (BUMMER!) AND MADE THE SHOWER DARK. OWNER WOULD / COULD NOT GET ANYONE TO FIX IT.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful property. Very well equipped. Right on the lake with a lovely view. Excellent communication with host. Nice quiet property. Weather was not cooperating so we did not use pool or hot tub. Close to everything.

Peaceful lake getaway

This condo is beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Stayed here while visiting family in the area. The place is perfectly as described and very clean. The pool and hot tub were great amenities to this condo which we thoroughly enjoyed as well. Highly recommended!!!

True to description

This place was definitely what you see is what you get and better! Some places hype up the property or pictures but this one was spot on. Clean, cozy, close to several restaurants and things to do. Not to mention our own beach and pool was a great perk too. The owner, Dennis, was very responsive and helpful. Our stay was amazing and looking forward to returning!

Amazing-will be back!

This was a last min trip idea, and I was hesitant to book. Family of 4 with a 2 year old who is in a crib and in own room as well as a 6year old, it made me super nervous to only have 1 bedroom! Boy was I pleasantly surprised. My 2 year old literally screamed with joy for bedtime to sleep in the pull our chair in the sun room! The condo has EVERYTHING you need and everything is in great condition! The location couldn't be more perfect, only 1set of steps up and 1 set down to the beautiful back yard. The playground, pool, and beach being right out back was perfect!! We were there during a pretty bad storm and lost power, Dennis reached out via VRBO right away with an ETA. He also had an emergency light kit that we were able to use for the dark.my 2year old LOVED seeing the jet express everyday and being walking distance was great! The downtown area was great too and love that it's a quick walk to enjoy so many live bands on the weekends! We didn't even pull out of the lot and our 6yr old asked if we could come back! We are already talking to family to plan a trip back next year!

We travelled with our family for 20 years to Lake Erie and stayed in some places that were not great - when we walked into this condo, we realized what a unique property this was. We are happy to share it with you and your family.

Lake Erie is wonderful, but because it is 'seasonal' many of the places you can stay are... not great. We take great pride in ensuring that you have a clean, comfortable stay, with a comfortable bed and even comfortable pull out couches! The view is one of the best on Lake Erie. Port Clinton is investing and upgrading the downtown area, which is a short walk over the bridge.

The view is spectacular, walk to the Jet Express or a tiki bar next door for a beverage on the beach!
