Una de las mejores vistas en Playas del Coco, si no la mejor!

A corta distancia del aeropuerto de Liberia (20 min).

Esta casa de un solo piso está totalmente equipada, ubicada en la cima de una montaña en la comunidad cerrada de Isabella, a 10 minutos a pie de la playa en Playas del Coco.

Las principales tiendas de comestibles, restaurantes y tiendas cercanas.

Perfecto para parejas o familias. Disfrute de un concierto de aves y monos cada atardecer y al amanecer, espectaculares puestas de sol desde Playas del Coco. Cerca de la naturaleza, pero no muy lejos de los productos básicos.

Esta es una casa de una sola planta que lo tiene todo: comodidades modernas, una ubicación tranquila y privada, y la proximidad a todo lo que Playas del Coco tiene para ofrecer.

Todas las habitaciones de la casa tienen magníficas vistas al mar.

La cocina está justo al lado de la sala y el comedor y hay un medio baño en esa área.

La piscina infinita, de uso exclusivo de los huéspedes de esta casa, se encuentra frente a la terraza abierta, que tiene una vista completa de Playas del Coco.

La zona de barbacoa (gas y carbón) está junto a la piscina. Hay 4 sillones cerca de la piscina y también muebles de exterior con capacidad para 8 personas.

El dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio tienen su propia terraza, con capacidad para 2 personas y acceso independiente. Cada una de las habitaciones tiene un baño completo, un armario con perchas y su propio aire acondicionado y control remoto.

Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a toda la casa, excepto el garaje. A pesar de que los huéspedes no tendrán acceso al garaje, hay espacio para 3 autos dentro de la propiedad, por lo que si conduce, el estacionamiento no será un problema.

La cocina está muy bien equipada (refrigerador / congelador grande, estufa, horno, microondas, licuadora, olla arrocera, tostadora, horno pequeño, cafetera, hervidor eléctrico y con platos, sartenes, etc.) con todos los utensilios para los huéspedes que Está planeando cocinar durante su estancia. Aceite de cocina básico, sal y pimienta también están disponibles.

El lavadero está equipado con lavadora y secadora y es de uso exclusivo de los huéspedes de la casa. Acceso a Internet de fibra óptica, WiFi y TV por cable están incluidos en el alquiler.

También hay una caja fuerte para guardar sus objetos de valor.

Ofrecemos toallas, toallas de playa, sillas de playa y sábanas limpias.

Los huéspedes disfrutarán de una estancia privada sin tener que compartir espacio con los propietarios u otros inquilinos.

La casa está ubicada dentro de una comunidad cerrada segura llamada Isabella. Es un barrio tranquilo y familiar. La propiedad es muy privada, está cercada y tiene una puerta eléctrica que puede operar con un control remoto.

Si llega en avión y aterriza en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Liberia, está a 20 minutos en automóvil de la casa. Un servicio de transporte puede llevarlo a la casa en Playas del Coco, por aproximadamente $ 40.

La parada de autobús público para ir a Liberia (la ciudad más grande más cercana) o San José (capital de Costa Rica) se encuentra a 5 minutos de la entrada principal de Isabella.

Great Vacation

The views are incredible from every place in the house and the kids loved the pool. The house felt safe and very close to the auto mercado. The house is at the top of a very steep hill so you'll need a car.

Your home away from home, but so much more!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful and comfortable property. Every time of day the views were amazing and allowed us to relax and enjoy Costa Rica from the time we woke up to the time we went to bed. Waking up and enjoying coffee in the morning was so lovely with the incredible views. Afternoon swims were refreshing and the sunsets in the evening were breathtaking. Very grateful for our stay and the experience. We had a lovely time and enjoyed our time in town and visiting the other nearby beaches. You will not regret booking this location.

Gorgeous view

We stayed for a week with two teenagers. Plenty of room indoors to spread out with 2 1/2 baths and 2 bedrooms and large common area. We spent the majority of our time outside in the pool and under the covered patio. It was very hot and humid, but quite bearable with the amenities. There were iguanas and several different kinds of birds that visited daily. I do recommend doing some excursions if you stay a full week because we were running out of things to do in town. It is a steep walk down and up the hill as the owner mentions in the description of the property, but very doable for people in decent shape. We found it easier to walk instead of dealing with the traffic and trying to find a spot to park. Highly recommend Best burger and gelato place next to the pizza place.

Beautiful private home

Spent 3 days here with my family and we loved it. Place is as described except it is more than 10 minute walk to the beach and I would highly recommend a car or golf cart for going up the hill. Thanks Jeannyna!

The property view it’s amazing, location it’s great as it’s very private but close to everything, shops and other beaches as well. Our return to Costa Rica it felt like home and did not disappoint!! We fell in love last January and we returned October for our 30th anniversary! We also plan to return in February. We rented a golf cart this time and that was very nice to have. The view is the best in Coco! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed! Convenience of onsite laundry is great too! Jeannyna is a wonderful host!

WONDERFUL home and location!

We stayed the first few days of our time in Costa Rica. The house was wonderful - with everything necessary to enjoy meals, beach time, cook outs, pool time, and even bird watching! The view was phenomenal. The pool provided an excellent (and relaxing) view of the city of Coco Beach, as well as the ocean. Communication was OUTSTANDING. Overall....we could not have asked for more. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding.

Right from the moment we arrived, we were in love with the property, its location and the degree of communication with the host. A two-week stay had us longing for more time in this beautiful community and enjoying this lovely casa. Easy walk into town (and yes - there is a hill, but that makes for good exercise)! Everything is close at hand for food, drink and any area tours. The location is also very secure, and we look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend.

Extraordinary view, gorgeous home and pool, excellent host, our stay had it all! Jeannyna is very thoughtful and has equipped the property with everything we thought we might need and then some! The check in process was thorough and complete and we were given some very helpful information in terms of local restaurants, excursions etc. That being said, the property and view are so beautiful we didn’t want to leave, even for a moment! Perfect place to relax

This was my first time i Costa Rica and had to get a place with a view. This place has a multi million dollar view. The check in was seamless as was our entire stay. The pool and the outdoor space was just fantastic. If your into bird watching you wont need binoculars they will be within plain sight just a few yards away. We were fortunate to catch some dorado while on a charter fishing trip so the outdoor grill was awesome. Restaurants and groceries are within walking distance as is the entire town.

What an amazing view!

The pictures do not make it justice. Pool is bigger than it looks in pictures. We really enjoy our stay, everything went smooth and worked well. Jeannina was super nice even shared the list of her preferred restaurants. Very convenient laundry room. The house is close to everything but it is very private and secluded. We will return for sure !

9 days in Playas del Coco

The pool and the view are THE reasons for coming to this property -- absolutely amazing. The property host was great throughout the booking, prep for travel, arrival and during our stay. She helped during a power outage and helped find a taxi cab for an adventure to Hermosa one day. She also found us the golf cart that we rented all week, and the transportation to/from the Liberia airport. If you want to go to the Guanacaste coast and are looking for an authentic, away-from-resort experience, this property is ... hands down ... the best you will find and the price is ideal. Would book again without hesitation.

Beautiful property with fantastic ocean view!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful property for the last few days of our two week vacation. What a fantastic property! We can't say enough about our experience in Playa del Coco and the relaxing time we spent here! The house itself was exactly as described however the pictures don't do justice to the view from the pool! The location was great as well. We walked down to the beach every day and relaxed at some beach side bars, Bambu was our favorite. The walk back to the property was a bit of a challenge as the road in is steep, but a great little workout. The property owner Jeannyna was a pleasure to deal with and was always quick to reply to any question we had. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some quality time in Coco!

Amazing Views and Sunsets

We loved staying at this property, and we highly recommend it. We were blown away by the infinity pool with an ocean view. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the sunsets for which this property is known. One of the best features of this rental property is its proximity to the beach, It was just a 10-minute walk. The convenience of being within walking distance is a great option. Privacy was also a major plus of this property. It is also gated and gave us a sense of security and seclusion. We felt like we had our own little piece of paradise. Another standout aspect of our stay was the VERY responsive property owner. Our questions or concerns were promptly addressed, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The owner truly cared about ensuring us a positive experience. Overall, our experience at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The infinity pool with an ocean view, beautiful sunsets, walking distance to the beach, privacy, and gated property all contributed to our great experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

What a beautiful view from every rooms and from the pool...

My husband and I (73 and 66) stayed four weeks at this wonderful villa. It was our third times in Coco but the first time at Jeannina’s Isabella $6. We wanted a house without stairs, with a view of the bay and close to Coco’s center and I have to say that our wish was fulfilled. The view from the house and from the pool is so beautiful, I could look at it all day… The infinity pool was wonderful as well: good size, perfect temperature and well maintained (twice a week). We rented a car for the length of our stay but we also wanted to be close to everything to limit our need for travel. We never had to go far for eating out, grocery shopping or pharmacy. Communication with the owner was great from the beginning to the end of our stay. Jeannina always wanted everything to be perfect for our stay. We felt very secure and we were very comfortable. The kitchen AC is new and will keep you wonderfully cool. We want to go back next year but we have not decided when exactly. This is a wonderful place to stay in Coco and you should not hesitate to book this villa. You will not regret it.

Paradise

We loved every moment of our stay in this slice of paradise. The home is on a very private lot with an amazing view of Coco and the beach. Getting around is an easy walk down the hill to all that Coco has to offer. As noted in other reviews, getting back up the hill is a bit of a hike for anyone carrying much of anything or anyone not too fond of hills. We were more than happy for the exercise most days even when carrying our groceries. Taxi folks were happy to bring us up the hill for about $4 any time we wanted/needed a break from the hill. The home itself was perfect! While we ventured out most days to explore and eat, we also enjoyed several very quiet days not going anywhere. Because of its location, the home and area are very quiet which is perfect for anyone looking to really get away from everything. The property is nicely landscaped and there are plenty of birds, iguanas, and other wildlife that kept us entertained. There are lots of shady spots for shade lovers and the pool area provides lots of opportunity for sun-lovers to get their fill. Located on the top of the hill, the breeze kept the flies and humidity to a minimum. (had family staying in a different place in Coco that noted the difference) The furniture was very comfortable, indoors and out, with lots of places to relax and enjoy. Our host was amazing, extremely responsive and accommodating any time we reached out. Check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely make this our Coco home next time!

He is very good at making his ideas happen. We usually take one family vacation with our kids during school breaks. Since we are a big family, we are very respectful and considerate; this is the only way to get along well living together.

I love taking care of the plants in the garden and traveling to one of the most beautiful parts of Costa Rica: Guanacaste.

I am also a property hostess, and I enjoy helping my guests feel at home and helping them have all what I expect when I am traveling.
