This unit is located in a pleasant Smyrna/Vinings/Cumberland and 20 minutes from Downtown ATL. The home is extremely clean, an attribute that any guest is sure to appreciate.


The space:
The home is tremendously sanitary, cozy, and peaceful. There's a lot of natural light. You will be able to rest, work, study, prepare a home cooked meal, and enjoy a quiet evening in this space. In addition, the home is professionally cleaned on a regular basis.

Taking the entire third floor of the home, this 300 square foot space provides comfort with style. The eclectic space includes a modern design king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress and neighborhood views allowing natural sunlight to flow in during the day. The space is also complete with a desk/workspace area, a couch to lounge and relax while watching TV/movies on the mounted large, flat screen TV, a private full bathroom and plentiful closet and drawer space. The room also comes with a minifridge.

The guest is welcomed to utilize the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dine, relax in the living room with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, and enjoy the back patio.
