Pedregal es la única comunidad residencial de alto nivel cercana al Cabo Marina y al centro de Cabo. Esta casa recientemente renovada tiene vistas de Marina, Pacífico y Mar de Cortés, por lo que puede disfrutar viendo los barcos de crucero llegar y la puesta de sol en la noche. Relájese con una margarita en nuestra cómoda terraza al aire libre con vista a la ciudad y al océano, o relájese junto a la piscina leyendo un libro. Comedor y sala de estar abierta a una amplia terraza con fogata y barbacoa al aire libre. El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el mismo nivel. Amplia sala de entretenimiento. El televisor con minibar conduce a una terraza increíblemente amplia con piscina y jacuzzi. Ascensor y escalera exterior para facilitar el acceso. Tres habitaciones tienen su propio baño completo con impresionantes vistas y puertas correderas para que pueda dormirse con el sonido del océano. Cabo Beauty

The house was clean and represented the way it was online. We did have a problem with the hot tub it was not in working condition. We would have liked to have known there was construction on the house next to us. When we did have problems they did fix them with in 24 hours. View were to die for.

Beautiful house but you can’t rely on the pool.

Overall, this home is beautiful, well appointed and convenient to town. The challenge we had was that the pool and hot tub was completely green when we arrived Saturday. I immediately called the manager and she said she would send someone over. The next day, he showed up but it stayed green and we were unable to use the pool for our entire week stay. My grandchildren were so disappointed. We were going to move to another villa, but a hurricane came thru and we had to stay put for two days, I spoke to the owner and she kept telling me this wasn’t a neglect on the pool but an “act of God” , because of the run off of the rainy days they have been having. I asked the owner for a one night discount on the house due to the fact we couldn’t use the pool at all, which was one of the primary reason we book, but she shared it was an act of God. I shared that if I knew this could happen, I wouldn’t have booked the home. There are lots of beautiful villas with clean pools, I took pictures of them and shared with the owner. Only ours was so green that you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. We had 5 beautiful days in Cabo that we wanted to jump in the pool and couldn’t. So please beware that this is an big issue with this house. For the cost of the home, the pool should have been perfect.

Outstanding Family Villa in Cabo

It is always refreshing when you arrive at a property and it is BETTER than the photos - this place is the case. Excellently appointed, it is comfortable, roomy, and safe. Perched above downtown Cabo and the marina, it is an easy 10-min walk into town. Pedigral is a steep area, so be prepared for a brisk uphill walk home, but well worth it once you see the view from this place. Everything worked as promised, and the landlord/property manager were prompt and polite in their responses. Would certainly rent this place again!

Perfect for the entire family! Magnificent views!

This property was perfect for us with 8 family members ranging in age from 1 - 65. Very spacious and comfortable with magnificent views. Everyone enjoyed the pool/hot tub and many sitting areas for group conversations or playing cards, but could also easily separate and find a quiet place for reading. Enjoyed watching boats going in and out of harbour, use of the telescope and hearing sea lions bark at night. Convenient location for going to town or walking through Pedregal and to the beach. Pack-N-Play, stroller, baby gates were available. The casita was a perfect space for the couple with the infant, providing a quieter place for nap time and some independent crawling/walking without concern of balconies/stairs. Property manager was very responsive with maintenance on the fire pit and internet service. Would definitely rent this property again!

Pedregal Perfection

Our family of 5 stayed at Casa Cecilia for Thanksgiving. Everything was perfect. We hired their recommended cook to prepare a birthday dinner and it was fabulous. We only had minor issues where we had to contact the owner or house manager during our stay for little things, like accessing the gas valve for the fire pit, but they were extremely communicative and very on top of things. Too far to walk to town from this house, but the views were breathtaking and amenities in the house amazing. Exactly as pictured and described!

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous property. But be aware, Pedregal is a very strict community. The property manager told us we could host a welcome reception of about 20 people, however the guard gates were very difficult to let our guests in. Other than that, wonderful stay!

Great house with great views in a great location

This house is great - the outdoor areas are brilliant and with fantstic views of the marina, it was easy to spend time relaxing and watching boats coming in and out of the harbour, or just sitting in the spa. It is also an easy walk into town (although up a hill) and the marina with all the shops and resturants at your doorstep. Being in a gated community also provided a high degree of comfort from a security perspective. The check in process could have been a little smoother however we have provided this feedback to the owner. We were also in a group of 10 and found that the bedding situation is more ideal for up to 9 (as the futon in one room can practically only sleep one person). The owner did supply a blow up mattress for our 10th person. The property manager was quick to respond to any request for assistance. There was also a bit of construction activity happening generally around the area and although this has nothing to do with the house or the owner, it did impact the peace and quiet a little. All up though we had a terrific time at the house and would be happy to rent it again in the future.

Every room in the house has a view. You can watch the cruise ships come in, the sun rise each morning and end the day sitting over the city lights at night.

You can walk to town or uber for approx. $4.00 each way. Not many places in Pedregal can you walk to town in 5-10 min.
