Beautiful condo

Condo was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Beds were very comfortable! Perfect location and a lovely property. Hope to go back someday.

Beautiful condo

This condo is exactly as described. The location provides easy access to shopping, dining, a playground, and walking paths. Host was very responsive to any questions that I had.

Great place and great location

Loved the place and the location. Extremely nice complete remodel with a luxury master suite. Had one issue that was addressed immediately. I highly recommend this unit and owner.

Repeat stay

We stayed here before and will try to rebook again. Comfortable space and close to our grandchildren. Tara is very responsive to any needs. She has great parents—we always see them at the pool.

Condo in McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale

We would definitely recommend this condo and book it again. The condo is in an excellent location to so many amenities and shopping stores. The condo was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive with all communication. Our only suggestive feedback would be that the carpets need steam cleaning.

Everything about our stay (2 months) at the property was great save for a couple of hiccups. The first was an unfortunate slow water leak from the condo above which derailed the microwave for a few days until the situation was resolved. The only other negative we would spotlight was the furniture. Now this might not affect a shorter term guest, however, we felt the living room sofa was far too soft while the lounge chair wasn’t easy to exit once seated. That said, we enjoyed our time at the property. It was perfectly located for us, the amenities were great,

Good Location - Easy Access To All Phoenix

This condo is in a very convenient location in Scottsdale with easy access to major highways for getting around the Phoenix area. Was a little concerned with the 101 Bypass being right behind the complex, but the complex was surprising quiet and peaceful. No issues with road noise at all. The condo was very well kept, clean, and had all the conveniences necessar for a comfortable stay. The proximity to shopping, restaurant and major roadways was also a plus in you're like us and like to get out and do everything the Phoenix area has to offer. We were never more than a 35 minute drive from any area of the city we wanted to travel to. Communication with th e property owner was simple and clear and our stay was very enjoyable, even through a massive rain storm that included a tornado warning.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was close to everything we needed. Loved having the heated pool nearby. Kara is fantastic and responds to messages/questions right away which we appreciated.

Great location !

Loved the location! Check in easy! Well appointed and very comfortable and clean ! Kara is awesome property owner, had one request to lock up bikes in storage area and she responded quickly to accommodate! Would love to come back !

Great location

The location was terrific…centrally located to all the places we wanted to go. The condo itself was a glorified apartment building. The interior is in much need of a makeover. Beds were comfortable and good water pressure in showers. Nice workout facility. It had everything we needed and we didn’t spend much time there so it was adequate and safe.

Although we were only able to stay at this lovely condo for a few days we look forward to be able to return. The condo is everything advertised on the VRBO website.

Very comfortable condo

This first floor condo is very comfortable. Nicely decorated, great king bed, well stocked kitchen, close proximity to the pool and hot tub (appropriate hot tub temperature and strong jets), quiet neighbors, quiet location, nice neighborhood, and easy access to highway.

Very comfortable stay with everything you need

We traveled over the Thanksgiving holiday. Stayed at the condo for 12 days. Myself, my husband and college age daughter. My college age son at ASU spent the night on the couch one night which was plenty roomy and comfy- he is 6 foot 4. The condo was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked, easy to make our Thanksgiving meal there. It is in close proximity to a couple grocery stores and other stores and restaurants. Wonderful bonus, heated pool and hot tub right out the front door. Nice little patio where sunsets could be viewed. Also nice to have a fitness center available. We used the washer and dryer several times which certainly came in handy. There were plenty of extra pool towels and throw blankets for watching TV in the evening. We had a bit of difficulty with the TV in the master bedroom, sometimes it worked sometimes not. The carpet could use some cleaning otherwise clean.

Great location

Everything was great. Location is walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and library. Brought our bikes, the Pima path to the green belt is right behind the complex. A friendly group of people play pickleball in the mornings and we joined them a few times. The heated pool is steps from the front door. We enjoyed it almost daily and very friendly people at pool willing to share local info on restaurants, happy hours and events. The unit was well equipped for us to stay there a long time and to make meals. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you so much for getting us a new drip coffee maker and making room in the storage closet for our bikes. Great communication with owner Kara and with Mary and Craig. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Perfect Space

I was staying here with my father while he recovered from a transplant. We were in from out of town and didn’t know how long we would have to stay near the hospital post procedure. This space was perfect. Right around the corner from shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Safe and quiet area. The condo is comfortable, clean and spacious. And the hot tub is just steps away. This is a perfect home away from home.

Property is centrally located with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Property has a gate that goes out to extensive bike and walking trails. Kara is incredibly easy to work with and responds immediately to basically any question. Would definitely stay here again.

Oasis in the Desert!

Our home away from home. This home is nicely decorated, lots of nice touches throughout like beach towels for the pool, quality linens for the bed and bath, etc, etc. This is not a stripped down - buy it yourself kind of place - Kara has thought of everything you would need while you stay - loved it. Thank you! The beds were good quality and we slept great. The home is extremely quiet - (which was an initial concern because it was so close to the freeway - but we never heard any freeway noise). Also the neighbors are quiet - not a party atmosphere type of place. We felt very safe and good quality neighborhood with a walking trail right there. The heated pool and hot tub is right outside your front door and was a nice place to relax at the end of the day. It is also centrally located to everything we needed - and felt close to everything, but set apart from busy streets and did not feel like a concrete jungle (there is grass in the courtyard - palm trees and flowering trees/bushes) - Airport (20 minutes), Old town Scottsdale, Westworld, Cave Creek, hiking in the mountains - North Scottsdale, and all the tourist destinations close by. I would highly recommend this home for a single couple (or possibly a family) as there is only one shower. The shower/tub has great water pressure though. Kara was very accommodating when our trip was extended due to bad weather at home - we were able to stay a few extra days! Thank you Kara, we will definitely be back! Joel and Jenny V.
