Perfect Folly Beach Stay

We were really happy with the place. The location can not be beat with the proximity to Bert's and the Beach. The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable too! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location & great stay

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for the beach and easy to get to Charleston. You can tell there was a lot of time and effort put into making this a great stay.

This home was great! Located a 2 minute walk to beach. Home had a fully stocked kitchen, nice furnishings, and more beach gear than you could carry. I would definitely book again.

Fantastic getaway!

We had a great time with our family, including two teenage boys, at this fantastic property! The house was immaculate, close to the beach and had all the amenities you need for a vacation stay!

Perfect Location

Wonderful property w/ super responsive owner!

Property was ideal for the 4 of us, and the owner (Tammy) responded within minutes for any questions/concerns we had. Location was better than we could have ever imagined, and we won’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we plan a trip to Folly Beach!

This wonderful cottage is just as described. Clean, well stocked with anything you need. Enjoyed sitting on the side porch for morning coffee and evening relaxing. Perfect accommodations, walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shopping and beach. Read about the Morris Lighthouse and enjoyed the graffiti walk to the beach area. Easy drive to Charleston and Mount Pleasant. Enjoyed lunch in Shem Creek too. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit and stay at Folly Beach and surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again. Also, the host is responsive and was spot on with recommendations.

We enjoyed our stay at Sweet Corolina! The location was perfect. Truly an easy quick walk to the beach. We were happy there were beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Great communication with the owner!

Amazing stay

Tammy was super responsive, always responded fast and gave lots of ideas on what to do around the area. House was clean, kids had board games and toys (even cars!) to play with. Very close to the beach, just wish it was a tad warmer when we were there! Loved our stay!

A cheat code for Folly

Steps from the beach & Bert’s 24-hour market means more time in the surf! Host has provided many thoughtful touches and supplies for a great time on the beach. We especially appreciate the outside shower! Fire pit and grill were great in the evenings. Adjustable bed in the master bedroom was soooo comfy! Host was super responsive and we had a great time. Thanks!

PERFECT house for a visit to Folly! Within easy walking distance to beach, Bert’s Market, restaurants and Center Street! Easy drive to Charleston or several larger grocery stores.Immaculately clean and had everything needed to cook. Lots of choices of games and a perfect table for playing or putting together a puzzle while chilling! Nice fire pit in the back yard. Wood is available to purchase at Bert’s Market which we took advantage of. Plenty of towels and linens and very comfortable beds as well. Owner is easy to contact and very responsive to a question we had. She made sure everything was perfect. You will definitely enjoy your stay and visit to Folly staying in Sweet Coraline!

Nice and Relaxed Vacation!

We were really enjoyed our vacation in Folly Beach. The property's location was two blocks walking to the beach, the pier and main street of Folly Beach. It also provided easy access driving to downtown Charleston and other islands nearby. The property was cleaned and had everything we need, and the host, Tammy, was very responsive. Overall, it was a nice and relaxed vacation!

Excellent location!

Tammy was wonderful to work with and very easy to communicate with. You couldn’t ask for a better location-it was right across the street from the beach and you could walk downtown. The property itself was very clean and had plenty of towels. Air conditioning worked really well. Perfect for an adult getaway or even a family trip. Overall a great stay!

This home was everything we could have wanted and then some. Very comfortable and convenient to the beach and town. Easy travel to Charleston and surrounding areas. Tammy was very prompt in returning our text, so appreciated ❣️ We would highly recommend Tammy’s home.

Nice little cottage

We stayed here for 6 weeks while renovating our home. It had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. The location is fantastic…so close to the beach and downtown Folly. We walked everywhere. Tammy is a wonderful host. Thanks for sharing your home.

Cute with great location!

Nice cottage. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 grown children. We walked to the beach and all Folly attractions. We loved that all linens, towels and kitchen utensils were provided. Also that Tammy provided a beach umbrella, chairs and boogie boards!

Perfect Location!!

Such a gem!! Included everything we needed for the beach which was so wonderful!! Steps away from the beach and the cutest little hippie grocery with a wonderful wine and snack selection! Bikes were provided which allowed some wonderful Foley exploration, so much fun! Contact with the owner was spot on, so clean and comfortable Can’t wait to stay there again!!

We all love Bert's 24 hour market and it's only 200 steps out the front door! Their motto says it all, "Patronized by freaks, surfers, skaters, crunks, retirees, tourists, stoners, day trippers, hippies, hipsters, and regular folk." This is Folly Beach! Tammy

Wonderful Getaway

First off amazing stay! This is the cutest house with LITERALLY everything you will need. There was more than enough room for our family of five! The beds are so comfy, rooms are spacious, and plenty of games for family fun! Beach is super close and the available chairs/umbrellas/wagon was a plus in my book. House is close to eating, shopping, and the pier-so nice to walk to everything. Check-in was a breeze along with check-out. As a mom I was so happy to have washer/dryer-which made getting home relaxing! We will definitely stay again as this was one of the best vacation spots we have ever stayed at!

Why Folly? I visited Folly Beach once and I was I hooked and quickly found myself searching for property. Besides the obvious of the beach, ocean, sunrises, sunsets, and restaurants, it's the people I have run into in the area that make it even more special.
During your stay, my home will be your home! Since I enjoy comfort, relaxation, tranquility, simplicity, cleanliness, and a tad of luxury, I wouldn't expect my guests to have a different experience.
I am a frequent traveler so I know the importance of a stay that truly feels like a home away from home. I've had so many experiences in my stays that I am excited to share the positives and attempt to prevent the negatives in Sweet Coralina.
While you may not see me, I will personally be handling most communications with you with some of local friends assisting in any on-site property needs.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Location, location, location for one! A clean open concept cottage that also offers a large sun-room to give you and your guests some separate lounging quarters. Some can catch a movie in the living room (or bedrooms), board games at the dining end, and a book reader or social gathering in the wicker social area. It's big enough to not feel cramped, and laid out to give separation for multiple activities. And it's THE BEST for people watching on the corner of a beach access path and 1.5 blocks from downtown.

Sweet CORALina is an adorable cottage with an charming beach vibe feel. I immediately fell in love with the sun room, the all white, striped-wood cottage walls and the open concept living/kitchen area. I also appreciate the ample on-site parking available.
It's a 2....TWO MINUTE walk to the beach, a few hundred steps to Bert's, and 5-10 minutes to dozens of bars and restaurants!
