Beautiful newly remodeled 1950s ranch home a short 1.5 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks to Berts Market, and 3 blocks to Center St. All high-end amenities, organic latex, and spring mattresses, 2 king beds, 2 queen beds. Jura coffee maker/espresso machine, all-natural fabrics (cotton and linens), hypoallergenic, natural (no-chemical) cleaners, washer/dryer, free on-site parking, just lovely for a family! Sleeps 8.
The space
This is the largest space of 5 on the property. We didn’t cut corners or expense to create a beautiful, safe, designed experience for you.
Everyone has their own indoor and outdoor living quarters. The backyard is a shared space. Each bedroom has blackout shades, an organic, latex (and spring (medium-firm) mattress by Plushbeds, mattress, and pillow protectors, - no microfiber used in any of the linens. Each room has solid wood furniture (with some exceptions) all floors are sold hardwood, and all bathrooms have walk-in showers. The master bathroom has terrazzo tile, and each tile throughout the house is unique. Each room is designed for comfort and is stylish but comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you Dynamite espresso beans for coffee (whole bean), and filtered drinking water.
Guest access
3 porches, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, two living spaces, farm table and 2 full baths, shared firepit (buy local wood only please), outdoor shower.
Other things to note
This is a duplex. If in the master bedroom & bathroom, you may hear light noise from the guests (one bedroom) next door. We have worked hard to soundproof, but this is a ranch w/ a single unit next door to the master bedroom & bathroom --- Iv'e NEVER had a complaint but just want you to be aware.

Please read our Island rules posted in the home upon arrival. We are a tight-knit community and work and live in this neighborhood. This is a great home for families and family vacations. This home is located in a family community where we work, live, and play. Island wide 25mph, no cigarette butts or alcohol on the beach. Leave no trace on our beaches! No parties are allowed on the property. Noise is being monitored, and we will call you if the decibels reach or exceed the allowed noise ordinance.
