El área de North Beach ofrece un ritmo menos concurrido y más lento para disfrutar de un relajante día en la playa en busca de dientes de tiburón, o disfrutar de una tarde en uno de los muchos parques cercanos.

Con la recién inaugurada Salt Life a solo unas cuadras de distancia, esta ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de lo mejor de Amelia Island.

Perfect weekend getaway

This condo was in a great location if you are visiting for the Amelia Island car show or a beach getaway. It's in walking distance to restaurants and the beach. It also has everything you need to stay. The communication was great as well. I would stay here again.

Family getaway

Cozy beach getaway that was perfect for a short family vacation with the grandkids. 5 min walk to the beach, park and a great pool kept them busy and happy. Nice and close to the historic district where there is so much to see and do.

Wonderful Time with family after 14 months not seeing each other because of Covid.

Nice condo and location for family get together. Was decorated so cute and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was very convenient. Very happy with the whole experience.

Beautiful place

This is a very nice place and a good price. Added bonuses were the beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach wagon. We did not have to bring all of ours. I would recommend this property.

Family beach trip

We had 6 family members staying here. My husband, myself and 4 teens-young adults. There was plenty of room for everyone. Very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable beds. The walk to the beach is very short and not a lot of traffic. We love Amelia Island and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for helping to make our family vacation enjoyable!

Fantastic Location

Quaint property that is really close to everything. The check-in/check-out process was very simple and the communication was great. The best thing for us was that this location is just a bike ride away from everything. We could be downtown, or at the beach in just minutes without ever having to get in our car. The unit was clean and included a few chairs for the beach and a very useful beach cart which we greatly appreciated having access to.

Island visit

The property is as pictured and listed. Beds were comfortable. Loved the short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the historic downtown area. If you plan on horseback riding or the small two seater boat rental you should make reservations before you arrive. Would recommend that the property add a Pyrex glass 9x12 dish and some small bowls to the kitchen.

Mini Getaway

The entire process from beginning to end was spot on. The communication from the property manager was more than we could have asked for. Condo was very clean, perfect for our mini extended weekend with friends. Highly recommend staying. You won't be disappointed

Great Location

I recently stayed at this condo through Stay Better Vacations and had an overall enjoyable experience. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to downtown, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining out. The complex is also wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful environment for relaxation. A highlight of the stay was the communication with Stay Better Vacations. They were incredibly responsive and always easy to contact, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. However, there were a few drawbacks. Unfortunately, the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable—the mattress and bedding could definitely use an upgrade, and some of the pillows were lumpy as well. Another bed in one of the other bedrooms wasn't much better, which was disappointing. The kitchen was stocked with just the basics, but didn't have much else in terms of extra supplies, so be prepared to bring your own items. Overall, while there are a few areas for improvement, the fantastic location, peaceful atmosphere, and great communication with Stay Better Vacations made for a pleasant stay. With better bedding and a more fully stocked kitchen, this place would be perfect!

Comfortable, good location

Quite, liked use of a kitchen. Had a electrical outage on the weekend. Burnt wires in A/C & service company came out quickly to make a repair but it needed more work & it was our last 2 days that we winged it without C/A. Things happen & was told we would get a discount for the inconvenience. Thanks again

Loved it

I have stayed at a few VRBOs and have been disappointed. This one is quaint and cute, it was a girls weekend and enjoyed our time. I was a little nervous at first because the outside looked a little weathered, but it was perfect on the inside, safe walking around and the beach is extremely close!!! Thank you for great weekend!!

A few days getaway

This was a nice condo a few blocks from the beach. We loved the location by the old fort and a few miles from the historic district. We rode our bikes everywhere. The beds were a little hard and a mattress topper would be nice for each bed. Also a bar for the sliding glass door. Other than that, We recommend this condo!

Great Condo with Everything Needed for a Beach Vacation

There was plenty of room in this well-equipped condo for our family of 5. Clean and nicely decorated. We were pleasantly surprised at how many consumables (such as trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.) and beach equipment (just bring your own umbrella) were provided. We will definitely rent again from Stay Better Vacations! Thanks for offering an excellent rental.
