Our 3rd floor condo is affectionately called, The Nest. It boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, all linens, a comfortable living room, dining room, and a large screened in porch. The Nest can accommodate a maximum of four people. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. Guests can enjoy plenty of shared space to refresh and unwind.

During your stay please enjoy the flat screen 50"HD TV and wireless internet, games, and small touches like blow dryers, a Keurig coffee maker, starter supplies (paper towels, dish soap, sponges) and more!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and dining essentials.

For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer so you can easily take care of laundry during your stay.

This is a non-smoking unit, including the porch. Pets are not permitted per association rules. *Please note the condo is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators in the complex. *

The Nest is located in a quiet community nestled among Live Oak trees and Spanish Moss. There is free parking, a tennis court, a large pool, picnic grills and tables.
