Repeat visitors--we love this condo!

We have stayed with Andree several times and in this unit specifically at least twice. This is our favorite unit to stay in. We love the quiet and the layout. Some upgrades had been made since the last time we visited and they were excellent. We have plenty of space for our family to eat, relax and enjoy. The beach is amazing. We love staying with Andree at Blue Mountain Beach Condos.

Nice vacation cut short….

The condo was very nice. The building is secluded and having the private beach was great. Helene cut our trip short, and unfortunately, there was no refund offered even though we were in a tropical storm warning. The condo was spacious and very clean. Outdoor cushions on deck were not in great shape but everything indoors was ideal. The kitchen was stocked and the towels were plush in comparison to other condos we have stayed at. The pool is very small but we were aware of this, as pictures were accurate. Condo management was very nice and easy to reach.

Perfect vacation!

We highly recommend this rental condo. Andree communicated all necessary information very thoroughly and responded to our few specific questions by text, email and phone call almost immediately. The condo is right on the beach and offers many amenities as listed. All pictures and descriptions are accurate and the condo is spacious and beautiful. By far the best beach rental we have had and we would definitely stay here again!

EXCELLENT STAY

We just wrapped up our third stay with Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. The condo is incredible and a great location-beachside as well as close to many restaurants. The host is wonderful and responsive. I highly recommend staying with them!

Great place on 30A

This property has a fantastic location with direct private access to the beach. This is especially important since so much of the public beach access along 30A has been drastically reduced. The condo was spacious and easily accommodated six adults. The beds and furniture (both indoor and out) were extremely comfortable and the building itself was quiet. Everyone enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this property!

Perfect spot for quick getaway

This rental has it all for a quick getaway. Tasteful decor, beautiful outdoor space with comfortable furniture. Very clean and welcoming. The owner was very attentive when we needed something. Owner communication was fantastic with parking, check in/out procedures, beach rentals etc. Text messages with reminders were appreciated. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Blue Mountain Beach!

The property manager is super responsive and communicative. The condo was very clean and we found the kitchen to be better equipped than most rentals which was appreciated. Literally we were steps to the beach so the building itself is a great location. The building is also very secure. We plan to return to this unit and rent again though Southern Hospitality!

Love Blue Mountain Beach

We love staying in the Southern Hospitality condos in Blue Mountain Beach. The condo is always clean, well secured, and in great condition. Andree is also lovely to work with. This is our second time staying in a Southern Hospitality condo and third time staying in Blue Mountain Beach Condos and we prefer to stay in a Southern Hospitality condo!

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful time staying on this property with our three adult children. The location to the beach was perfect. We rented bikes for a couple days and rode both directions to Seaside and to Santa Rosa Beach. Due to coming in the winter month, we had no wait times at any restaurants. We wish the weather would’ve been a little warmer, but that’s what you get coming in January. We loved the outside patio and the patio outside of the master bedroom. Andree was awesome at communicating with us daily. The beds were super comfy and we fell in love with the couches! Fully stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this property!

Loved it all!

This condo was not only in the perfect location, but it was also beautifully decorated, perfectly situated and was appointed with everything you could need for the perfect stay. We found a treasure for sure! We spent 5 days with our daughter, son in law and their two year old. We had plenty of space and with two bedrooms having king beds it made it comfortable for both couples. An easy walk to the elevator and you were walking down a few steps to the pool and the BEACH! A quiet beach that was breathtaking! The kitchen was well stocked, 3 bathrooms made it easy on everyone and a large central area with plenty of space to get around. A nice balcony with an outside dining table and comfortable sitting area. The decor was so light and airy and felt recently updated. We will be back!

The Best!

We have stayed in many places along 30a. This was hands down our favorite. The condo had everything we could possibly need. The location was amazing! Andree was so accommodating and kind. We will definitely book here again!!

Amazing beach vacation!

Condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. Beach was gorgeous, and not overly crowded. Hostess, Andree’ is so nice and easy to work with and provides a ton of helpful information! Peter at the beach is a awesome too! If you want to spend a relaxing and fun week at the beach, this is a hidden gem! We loved so much, we already reserved for next year!

Lovely week at the beach

We had a lovely stay at Blue Mountain and appreciates the comforts of the property and expertise of Andree’. The rooms were clean and comfortable. King sized beds always appreciated. The beach was lovely. Clear water most days in the shallows so good for looking at the little fish or riding waves on choppier days. It was nice to have the chairs set up and put away for you each day. Out trip was a large family gathering so we ended up renting two condos in the unit and both were well taken care of and had everything we needed. My mother got ill during the trip and Andree’ was super helpful at calling around to local urgent care and ER options to help us. That kind of personal attention really matters.

Absolutely perfect beach stay for families!

Our stay at this condo was perfect in every way, I highly, highly recommend!! The space was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious for two families traveling together. We had 4 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 baby and the three bedroom, three baths, big living and kitchen was great. The location is IDEAL, directly on the beach and with a pool right down stairs, it was incredibly easy and convenient to go back and forth with all of the kids stuff. We also loved being able to see the beach from the outside patio. It made for beautiful and serene morning coffees and meals on the clean and comfortable outside furniture. The whole space was well stocked with everything we needed, bathroom and kitchen supplies, even things for the kids like pack ?& play, high chair, and beach toys. We cooked most meals in the unit and had everything we needed. We did venture out one night and there was an amazing Mexican restaurant and homemade ice cream place right down the street that we loved. Communication for the rental was fantastic. We had all the information we needed upon check in, and even got into the unit early which was so helpful! Check in and check out process was super simple and we had a direct, responsive contact if we needed anything at all. Overall, high HIGHLY recommend this beautiful condo for a fantastic location directly on the beach and with a pool. We will definitely be back to this wonderful stay!!!

The PERFECT spot on 30A

We have stayed here twice and look forward to coming back every Spring Break with our family. The accommodations are perfect for our family of 5, plenty of room and lots to do in and around the area. The private beach offers the calm, relaxing vibe we look forward to on a vacation. Highly recommend!

Excellent Choice

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We chose this condo and location for the old-fashioned beach escape that is not crowded, but close to everything. It's location on 30a is perfect. It's easy to feel right at home in our condo.
Life goes at a slower pace and this is definitely a hidden gem. This complex (is only 48 condos) and is nestled among private homes and has the backdrop of a nature preserve. Best of all, a gorgeous private beach waiting for you.
It is the perfect get away that we would like to share with you.
