Margaritaville es una encantadora casa de dos dormitorios / dos baños, ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo con excelentes vistas de Pamlico Sound y las espectaculares puestas de sol. Puede acceder al sonido a través de la propiedad de al lado, donde puede practicar kayak, pescar, rastrillar almejas o simplemente relajarse en la playa. Recientemente se actualizó con una nueva cocina instalada en 2016 y todas las ventanas, puertas, revestimiento y techo nuevos en 2015.

Perfect tucked away location on an island we've visited for decades. Downsized our Thanksgiving trip as we are empty nesters and this was the perfect place with plenty of amenities and items for cooking. Great conversation with the owner and friendly staff. Great view of Springers point as well.

We could not have picked a better house on the island! It was very inviting & clean. I enjoyed coffee & devotions each morning on the deck with the beautiful view of the sound. We had fun fishing, swimming & kayaking at the the beach behind the house. It was wonderful trip. We loved everything about it! We hope to come back again next year!

Heaven

Cute cottage with view of both marsh and bay. Screened porch is roomy. Bayside upstairs bedroom has a deck with chairs. Great for star-gazing. Kitchen had everything we needed including breakfast counter with comfortable stools. This cottage is within walkable distance to everything in the village. I look forward to returning.

Beautiful Views and Great Location

We loved our stay at Margaritaville! The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is one of the best on the island—gorgeous psunsets, easy access to the Sound beach, and a minute walk to Springer’s Point Preserve. We enjoyed being able to easily kayak from this location

A Real Gem on Ocracoke

Wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. VERY peaceful location and a stunning view of Portsmouth Island and the setting sun. Bring your bikes, we rode all around the island from the house to the British cemetery, to the Swan Quarter ferry dock all the way down to the Ocracoke pony pasture. The variety store was unbelievably well-stocked and Jason's restaurant serves an amazing Reuben sandwich [though sadly was out of choc/peanut butter pie :( ]. We would definitely stay at this place again. The house was immaculate and comfortable. The water pressure is superb and the view from the master bedroom was incredible. The shelling on Ocracoke was unreal (probably due to it being the off-season and a couple days of heavy wind prior to our visit).

It’s a nice property, better in person

Pleasantly surprised, clean and well cared for property in a good location. Can walk into town or mini beach, also has a beautiful sunset view. Only thing we did not like was being asked for our address phone and credit card by the rental manager - twice before we left …was strange.

Great location with dolphin sightings!

This is our 4th visit to the island but first time staying on this side. We loved seeing dolphins and kayaking on the sound. So many cool things to see! We loved Margaritaville but it is definitely minimally stocked as a VRBO so plan on buying or renting everything you need for the week.

Margaritaville

Very nice 2 bedroom house with spectacular sunset views in a nice quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed to be able to judge the OISFT. Worked out great.

The best of everything

Pictures do not do this property justice as you cannot possibly capture the incredible feeling of waking up each morning to the view of the Sound in front of you and the sound of the nature preserve next to you. Any time not spent on the beach was spent lounging on one of the three decks outside. The house itself was very clean, nicely appointed, and included almost everything we could need. Check-in & check-out were smooth and efficient as it always was when we stayed at the Harbor Inn itself. My only regret for the trip is that we hadn't discovered this location earlier as it made for a wonderful 6-night vacation stay for us. Would recommend to anyone and hope we get to experience it again soon.

Changes In Latitude Equaled Changes in Attitudes!!

Fantastic island getaway!! From the multitiered decks over looking the beautiful sound and marsh area with all its wildlife to the super comfy bed with a view. Well appointed kitchen. Great grilling area. Quiet, relaxing morning coffee on a screened in deck. We wanted for nothing!! Unfortunately (actually fortunately :)), the ferries were suspended due to weather on our departure date. Gracious hosts, Byron and Candy made arrangements to make sure that our unexpected layover was a continuation of our already fantastic island getaway ... thank you guys for EVERYTHING!! We highly recommend Margaritaville and Ocracoke Harbor Inn!!

Blissful retreat

We spent Thanksgiving week in this little tucked away cottage and explored Ocracoke. It was a darling week of incredibly delicious and fresh seafood and lots of walks. The house is located just on the edge of a preserve, which is quite special. The hosts were some of the kindest folks - giving us tips for dining (most places are closed) and even called us to see if we needed a place to stay when they learned the ferries weren't running.
