3003 Cameron Blvd está a solo una cuadra del océano, que está a solo 4 minutos a pie. ¡Esta casa única tiene todo lo que pueda desear en un retiro de playa! 6 dormitorios, 5 baños (3 completos / 2 parciales), un hermoso porche grande y una piscina privada con un amplio patio. Cuando oscurezca, lleve al grupo adentro y disfrute del área del bar y la mesa de ping pong en el garaje. Esta unidad de planta inversa tiene una cocina personalizada en el nivel superior con una estufa de gas. Contemple la vista al mar desde el porche de la azotea (acceso desde el porche del segundo piso).

Ascensor con acceso desde el nivel del suelo. Lavadora / secadora y ropa de cama incluida. El exterior incluye una parrilla de gas, patio cercado, patio cubierto, ducha exterior con agua tibia y piscina privada. La piscina se calienta por un cargo adicional de $ 350 y debe hacerse al momento de la reserva. Cable y Wi-Fi incluidos. No fumar ni mascotas.

Great house and awesome location

The house is nicely furnished with great spaces for everyone to be together or to spread out if they want. All the rooms were completely ready when we arrived: fresh towels and sheets, our own soaps and shampoos. The house is a very short walk to the beach and has beach chairs and even a cart to help with carrying things to and from.

Great Location

Our trip was very nice. The house was a very easy location. I would recommend if you are traveling by air, make note, there are no beach towels. Important if you traveling with young kids. We had our adult family, so it was not an issue. Overall nice place and close to the beach.

Everything was awesome except the pool heater was not turned on prior to arrival. It took two days of the vacation to heat up. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Reviewer Comments: Island realty was courteous and responsive to the issues we encountered with our rental.The property location, size and space were good. Our main issue with the house was the pool, grill and patio were not properly cleaned when we arrived. The house is also showing it's age. It needs a deep cleaning for areas of mold especially in shower and bath areas. The property did meet our needs, but based upon it's rental cost, we would look at other comparable rentals in the future.

Thank you for your review. It was unfortunate that you arrived during the tropical storm that was off the coast this did bring us torrential rainfall which continued throughout your stay. Due to the large amount of rain and flooding, any pool cleaning that had been completed, was quickly undone by the storm and winds. Sometimes mother nature does not work with us. As soon as the storm passed the pool companies, were able to service the pools and blow off the decks as is their protocol. Regarding the mildew that formed over the shower, our sincere apologies. This does happen when the exhaust fan is not run, over time it can begin to spot. I did not see where you reported this to us, we would have loved the opportunity to have remedied this. This is a quick fix; we would have been happy to jump out and to have wiped down the ceiling for you. Again, our apologies. Please know that the house was recently painted throughout and is accurately represented on our website. Thank you for your feedback.

Family Beach Vacation

We loved morning coffee on the porch and then walking our granddaughter to the playground at the rec center a few blocks away. The beach is also a very short walk. The pool was clean and the backyard felt like a tropical oasis. Beautiful landscaping! The house had a few pool floats and toys and a great beach wagon. The outdoor grill was great! Some of us had to log in for remote work and set up by the pool or at the kitchen table. Would be nice to have a small desk in the sitting area beside the kitchen. Ping Pong was a hit with everyone and it was nice to have that downstairs refrigerator for extra storage. There were a few puzzles and games in a chest. The master bed was very comfortable! The elevator helped get luggage and groceries up and down. Highly recommend Islander 71 and Acme for great seafood dinners out. And Sea Biscuit for breakfast! The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Bonus with two coffee pots so we could make decaf and regular! Everyone loved this house. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything!

Has Great Potential

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in an awesome location and is a great layout so everyone has their space. The yard and pool are nice and there is privacy from the neighbors. The kitchen is well stocked and there are a number of chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for a day at the beach. However, the house needs some serious TLC. Seemed as if it has been rented back to back without having a deep (needed) cleaning. Also, some mattresses are worn and need replacement. The pool had a lot of sand in the bottom and there was a bikini bathing suit top at the bottom of the pool and a pair of false eyelashes on the patio next to the pool. Some of the pots and pans needed to be scrubbed before we could use them. The kitchen cabinet knobs were sticky. The burners on the outdoor grill need replacement. We were also surprised that some bathrooms had no toilet paper and some were missing hand towels. And carpeting in bedrooms could use some steam cleaning. With some needed TLC this would be an awesome beach vacation home and we would recommend it. (NOTE: We did contact the rental company the morning after we arrived about the pool and they did send the pool company over to clean it. We did not contact the realty company on all our concerns as we were there only three days.)

It had almost everything we needed and multiples of kitchen ware. Very short walk to beautiful beach, away from the crowds but close enough to walk to busy area. The management company was very responsive to our needs. One thing you should know: there is a pack n play, several beach chairs, some umbrellas and beach/pool toys, and multiple hair dryers. I was told none of that was there so we schlepped it all unnecessarily. They were correct that there were no beach towels, and they only supplied one bath towel per bed, which meant you had to wash them. Would definitely stay again! The elevator made moving in and out a breeze and there was plenty of room for everyone!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful but the pool was tiny for the adults to use. The elevator was broken which was a problem for my wife who is partially disabled. They did refund us 10% for it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house that we rented located at 3003 cameron blvd exceeded our expectations. Well kept, clean and convenient to our needs. The only issue we had was with the swimming pool. Because we would be in town the week of April 17, 2023, I paid the extra fee to have the pool heated.Apparently my idea of a heated pool is quite different than the maintenance dept. After 1 call to correct the situation is was not remedied. Sad to watch my 3 grandaughters ages 7, 5 1/2 and 4 stand beside the pool and look at the water. We left the morning of the 23rd and the pool was still not heated. Maybe a solar cover would be a good idea. I should have thrown the 400.00 in the air on cameron blvd. would have gotten the same result. wasted money.Synopsis. If you ever pay for heating a pool, ask what temperature the pool will be heated to so you have a baseline to work from. Other than that, the house was wonderful.
