Bienvenido a No Bones al respecto en Bald Head Island

"No Bones About It" tiene uno de los mejores lugares de la isla. La vista panorámica y sin obstrucciones es simplemente impresionante! Siéntese y relájese en nuestro amplio porche y observe la puesta de sol sobre el Océano Atlántico. Tenemos un plano de planta tradicional con la sala principal, el comedor y la cocina en el primer piso. La cocina está bien equipada y el área abierta es perfecta para reuniones familiares. Hay tres dormitorios y tres baños en el primer piso. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama king y los otros dos dormitorios tienen una cama queen size. Hemos tenido muchas mejoras en el último año. Arriba tenemos otro dormitorio con una reina, dos gemelos y un baño. ¡Esta habitación es el lugar popular para los niños! Nuestra casa incluye wifi, equipo de playa y dos carritos de golf. ¡Venga a disfrutar de nuestro pequeño pedazo de cielo en Bald Head Island!

Grandparents birthdays

The property had adequate rooms but very tight kitchen space. Blinds were not functional in kids room and there were no window/door coverings in updating a “kids room” making it challenging to have smaller kids nap or any kids go to bed before it was dark. Family room could use additional seating. Whole place would benefit from a deep clean.

Great location on Bald Head

House and amenities were as advertised. Excellent home for base on the island. Quick golf cart ride to marina and market. Easy walk over the dunes to South Beach. 3 downstairs bedrooms nicely accommodated 3 couples and the loft (with steep stairs) is great for 4 kids.

Perfect Location on BHI

We have stayed all over BHI and this was one of our favorites! The deck was our favorite place to sit—with amazing views. The kitchen was very well equipped. The loft area while quite large is really best for kids because of steep stairs leading up. We also loved the 2 refrigerators! Overall a perfect stay

Disappointed

The house is very compact I don’t think you get that perspective in the photos. The kitchen could accommodate 2 people at a time max. Considering we had 8 adults in the house this was a challenge. We found dirty pans in the cabinets and stains on the furniture. The couches in the living room needed to be replaced and were very uncomfortable. Location was wonderful and amenities were as stated. We were just expecting more based on the beautiful photos of the home.

Cozy home!

This home is cozy and happy! It’s a great location and the top deck is great for ship watching! My family rented it for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect family getaway.

Our Daughters Wedding

This house was great ! Clean comfy well equipped and great location. We had a lot of family on the Island for the wedding and for my husband and I and other family members it was perfect. I would rent it again!

BHI Escape at No Bones About It

Property was well-equipped and very cozy. Wonderful expansive porch wrapping around house. South beach across street with limited views, but sunset (when not overcast) was stunning from the house. The A/C in house is in serious need of review. For summer rentals house was over 80 degrees during day with AC set at 72 and doors/blinds along front of house all kept closed. The upstairs bedroom is a fantastic spot for teens and cousins to get reacquainted with each other but it too was extremely hot and in need of separate or stand alone A/C - we had to buy fan in order to keep it tolerable for stay. On arrival we did also have issue withj one of the beds in that upstairs room not being cleaned - with sand and cheese found in sheets - we had to clean them immediately that night. We enjoyed our stay on BHI and NO Bones About it was great house just needed some TLC with AC.

Great Family Vacation

It has been years since our family traveled to Bald Head Island and this house was in a fantastic location and provided an amazing and memorable family vacation. Would very much stay here again.

Exceptional!

We were all extremely pleased with this property! Very well maintained, everything in perfect working order. Well appointed interior with just a great feel the minute you walk in. In a perfect location from seeing beautiful sunsets, to being able to get to the grocery or the marina and restaurants in just a few minutes. Just thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We loved it here!

We had 3 couples stay at the house. The two GOLFCARTs were perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved watching the sunset from the house! We had a flat tire on one of the carts and they came workin 5 min to fix us up. We were very impressed! We will stay again. :)

Beautiful, but noisy

No Bones is a lovely, comfortable home in a beautiful location and we enjoyed our stay, but it was marred by the construction of a home next door. Every morning we were wakened by the sound of hammering at 7:15. We were out and about most of the day, but the noise continued until after 6 p.m. most days. It was not easy to rest and relax and talk on the porch or use the hammock due to the noise. The realty company and VRBO should alert potential guests to this fact. Also, the stairs to the upstairs loft is very steep. It's fine for kids and young adults., but not so for us older folks!

Nice House, Great Location

No Bones… was clean and comfortable, and plenty roomy for our party of five (two couples and a single). Being across the street from the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed swimming and freighter watching.

Best location, spacious and had everything we needed.

Beautiful home close to the ferry, conservancy and market. It was a perfect weekend after a 51.4 mile ultramarathon in the island. Nice sunset view, and had everything my family needs!

Great week on Bald Head.

Really enjoyed our time here. The extra fridge in the golf cart garage came in handy. The bikes and golf carts were in better condition than those at other places we've stayed. They were "fast carts" - no pulling over all the time for faster carts behind us! I would caution you to carefully review the photos to assess the stairs up to the loft area. These are more like a ladder, with grab rails on the side and overhead to assist you in coming down. That ended up making that space a no-go for the toddlers, so we just ended up putting the infant up there. Didn't end up being an issue for us, just be sure you understand that. The porch was awesome, hammock was awesome, location was great, kitchen was well-stocked, even with the little extras like electric mixers and a crock pot. Would return!

No Bones About It

Our group of six adults enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Both golf carts were first rate. We spent a good deal of our time in the rocking chairs on the spacious front deck enjoying the view.

Would definitely come back!

This space was beautiful. The owners/property managers do a great job keeping the house in great shape. There was a 4 person golf cart and a 6 person golf cart, along with several bikes (even a children's size bike!). The beach is right across the way, and the house has a beautiful view of the ocean/dunes. The sound of the ocean at night was amazing, we wish we could live here all year round. Definitely worth the stay!

Great location and views

We had a nice stay at No Bones About It. Great views and a short and easy walk to the beach. Very convenient! The beds were comfortable and bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and updated. The golf carts were in good working condition. The TV was a great size and had Netflix, etc. I would definitely make sure future guests are comfortable climbing steep stairs to the upstairs. The grab bars going down looked worn and could use some tightening. The slip cover on the glider chair could also use a good wash. The toaster did not work and there was no dishwasher detergent or hand soap in the kitchen. Would have been very helpful to have little travel size shampoos, soaps in the bathrooms as we’ve received at other VRBO properties in the past. Also, if you come in the off-season, be prepared that many restaurants are closed or have off days they are open. The little market closes early so you must plan ahead for food. Overall a nice property, but could use a little TLC. We had a great time for our first trip to Bald Head and the house was a nice size for our family.

Perfect beach stay

The house was perfect - recently renovated, everything in top-notch shape. We loved how spacious the rooms were, the fully supplied kitchen, and the ocean views. Access to the beach was just a few feet down the road. We could not have asked for a better visit to Bald Head Island. Will rent this one again!

Nice home

Who’s house is a good size for a small family. The renovations that were completed make a big difference. This is a rental property so I did not have high expectations. It was better than I expected. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The linens could be a bit nicer. There were cobwebs Hanging from the ceiling in a number of locations. There were also a number of dead spiders and insects that needed to be cleaned. Beyond that we enjoyed staying there and would rent there again given the excellent location and recent renovations. By the way they had great golf carts.
