La Nova es un alquiler recientemente convertido en el sitio de una antigua granja, El Alpage du Pralor. Tranquilo, sin estar aislado, esta hermosa propiedad orientada al sur ofrece confort de 5 estrellas y vistas impresionantes de las montañas y el valle. Posibilidad de alquilar la otra mitad del chalet (Alpage du Pralor - Le Peille) para una capacidad de 16 personas! NOTA: limpieza, ropa de cama y toallas incluidas.

¿POR QUÉ ES NOVA CHALET TAN ESPECIAL?
Hemos tomado el máximo cuidado en el diseño y diseño de esta maravillosa propiedad, para que pueda disfrutar de unas vacaciones sin preocupaciones. 8 personas podrán dividir las 4 habitaciones con baño privado.

La Nova es ideal para 4 parejas, dos familias o un gran grupo de amigos. Cada habitación está equipada con un televisor y dos camas individuales que se pueden convertir en una cama doble. La estufa de leña hace que el salón sea acogedor y amigable, el lugar ideal para reunirse al final del día para preparar las aventuras del día siguiente.

En verano, cuando el clima es favorable, relájese en los balcones soleados antes de disfrutar de una deliciosa barbacoa en la terraza. Los esquiadores apreciarán el local de esquí, el secador de botas, por no mencionar el baño de vapor y el jacuzzi, lo último en recompensas después de un largo día de esquí.

The pictures don’t do the chalet justice. It was flawless and set in an incredibly beautiful area. The owners, Anita and Patrice, were extremely responsive. The cheese farm just down the hill was delightful. The chalet felt like a spa; simply wonderful. My family and I left feeling deeply restored.

Great stay - highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the chalet - the views were breathtaking and Manigod is very pretty. We loved visiting La Clusaz and going up the local lifts for great walks at the summit and cols. We also went to Chamonix to go up the cable car to Mont Blanc - a really great experience, the views were amazing! The local garage cafe was a great place to visit, as were all the local cheese shops! Would highly recommend.

Magical Mountain Retreat

What a wonderful place! We had an unforgettable time in the mountains. The accommodation was simply amazing: spotless, incredibly cozy, and decorated with so much care. A Comfortable and Well-Equipped Chalet with Stunning Views

A really comfortable and extremely well appointed chalet, with stunning mountain views. Everything was spotless and Anita and assistant Coralie friendly and easy to communicate with. The hot tub was fabulous! The chalet is perfect for those wanting a quiet mountain retreat. A car is essential to get around the area and make the most of the fantastic hiking trails around, which are very well sign posted. We had a wonderful stay, the chalet is an absolute delight.

The chalet offers everything your heart could desire.

We had a wonderful week's holiday as two families in October. The weather was for the most part superb and the chalet offers everything your heart could desire: cosy corners to relax and read, hot tub and steam room, a very well equipped kitchen, table tennis and table football and wonderful views of the surrounding mountain scenery. Four beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as indicated in the description of the property. We'll be back with pleasure!

We had an excellent week

As four adults, we had an excellent week at the end of May in Pralor Le Nova. The mountain views are superb and the chalet is well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the overall feel luxurious – dressing gowns in each ensuite, stunning views from the hot tub, the blaze from the wood burner on rainy evenings. The kitchen is well equipped (Nespresso machine, good pans, juicer, baking trays) and the table tennis table and basketball hoop in the garage/parking area (shared with next door) were great. We climbed several mountains, cycled round Lake Annecy and visited the Gorges du Fier.

We had a wonderful time at this chalet in the French Alps and would highly recommend it! The chalet is not only comfortable and tastefully decorated, but also offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The facilities leave nothing to be desired and everything is in immaculate condition. We would particularly like to mention the friendly owners. They were extremely helpful, gave us invaluable advice on local activities and made us feel immediately welcome. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking and skiing opportunities in the immediate vicinity. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing break in the Alps!

This is a glorious place!

This is a glorious place way above the main road half way between Manigod and the top of the pass to La Clusaz. Very comfortable and everything worked. Good for views of Golden Eagles, stars, thunderstorms. Not so great if you are a nervous driver on mountain roads or forget a bit of shopping. The nearest supermarket is in Thones about 20 mins each way (15 if you are French) down the mountain. Plenty of space for kids to play safely and the jacuzzi plus steam room were handy. Helpful people with easy check- in early. Some soap in the many bathrooms would have been a nice touch and perhaps more information about the local area. But overall one of the best places we have stay after the best part of 35 years in the Alps, winter and summer. Well done Peter

An excellent holiday in the French Alps!

We had an excellent week in this chalet. It lived up to expectations and what struck us on arrival was the immaculate state in which we found it. The cleaning had been very well done. Contact with the owners was good and friendly, and they were ready to take immediate action if necessary. In our case the gas bottle on the barbecue was empty and was changed immediately. The house can be described as excellent and at our time (autumn) it was well worth it! During our stay, there was a table football and table tennis table in the garage. Because of the openness of the living room, it's a bit noisy if your own children or the neighbour's are playing there. All in all, an excellent holiday in the French Alps!
