Cocoonr offers you this superb, modern, bright 115 m² house to rent in Saint-Jorioz, ideally located just 200 metres from the lake and 400 metres from the village centre, in a quiet residential cul-de-sac.
Newly built and tastefully decorated, it has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. Its gas fireplace adds a warm and friendly atmosphere, while its large 800 m² enclosed landscaped garden is the perfect backdrop for admiring the mountain views.
Ideally located, the property is also within easy reach of the main surrounding ski resorts: Le Semnoz (25 minutes), La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand (around 1 hour), perfect for winter breaks with family or friends.
The house is arranged as follows
- Garden level
- Spacious living room opening onto the terrace and garden, with TV lounge area (connected TV, Netflix, YouTube...), dining area for 8 people.
- Large picture windows providing plenty of light and direct access to the wooden terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a plancha.
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
- Utility room with washing machine.
- Separate WC.
First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size double bed (160x200 cm)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size double bed (160x200 cm)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size double bed (160x200 cm) with access to balcony
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (80x200 cm) that can be moved closer together.
- 1 bathroom with shower and washbasin.
