Spacious and So Clean

This property had everything we needed for a short or extended stay! Very clean and well decorated! Great location near shopping and dining! Golf cart was excellent!

Great location for a fun vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Perfect location to go to Lake Sumter and Brownwood where we like to go for the evening entertainment. There were a couple pools very close. The house was clean and well kept. Having the golf cart was a plus. Perfect for going to pools and ride to check out the neighborhoods.

2588 Beckett Run

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 8 day stay was very enjoyable with good weather and plenty of golf. This was a repeat stay at this house due to its central location, spaciousness and general flow. It was very nicely furnished and well appointed. The golf cart was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The teflon frying pans should be replaced due to overuse and a few more sauce pans are sorely needed. A full size blender would have been nice. The dishwasher presented us with some problems which were quickly resolved by Jenna from Downhome Properties.

March 2020 limited stay (covid19 virus)

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived 3/2/2020,found 2 bags garbage, 2 bags recyclables in garage, beds not made in either bedroom. So much for cleaning in between tenants. Tile floors dirty. Kitchen faucet leaks, sprayer broken, poor water pressure, some kitchen ceiling lights out. Poorly fitted sheets in both bedrooms. Return vent in living area filthy. Kitchen could use a large pasta pan and a blender.

We are sorry to hear about your unpleasant start to your winter vacation and are addressing all the cleaning issues with the cleaning staff. We would have liked to have the opportunity assist in making your visit better by sending cleaners back to finish the job or restart it but since it was never reported to us when you got in we weren't aware of such issues. Also we were not aware of burnt out bulbs and would have come to change these out had it been reported to us. We will pass on your suggested items for the kitchen to the owners to address when they are in town updating a few things in the home this summer.

Great Fun

We stayed in this home for 2+ months and had a great time. The home is very comfortable, and the neighborhood is great! We met many of the neighbors and played golf and other activities with several of them. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to purchase a home in the villages.

10 week stay at 2588 Beckett Run

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the Villages and enjoyed this home. It was comfortable and very convenient to everything in the Villages.The only negative about the home is that the mattress in the Master Bedroom should be replaced.
