Fun in the Sun

Beautiful condo at ground level steps away from the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped and supplied. This is our second stajy and we are booking the next one.

Stagecoach moms and daughters weekend

We had a group of mothers and daughters in town for Stagecoach. This condo was big enough for us to have our own space and group space as well. The beds were comfortable, even the pullout, and had ample pillows and blankets. The kitchen is well stocked and a nice size. We loved the proximity to the pool and enjoyed our time there. The property owner was easy to reach if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we hoped for in a vacation rental!

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far the best. House was clean snd nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds. The owner thought of everything- kitchen very well stocked, extra towels and linens, lots of pillows. Communication was easy and quick responses. Check in was flawless. Clear instructions snd everything labeled inside to help find things. It truly felt like a home away from home. The property is well maintained and convenient location. Look forward to renting it again. Thank u Jennifer!

Great 3 weeks in Palm Desert

We had a wonderful time in the Desert Falls condo. It was a bit of an adjustment to have neighbors overhead, but that did not greatly detract from the overall experience. Very comfortable unit, clean, well stocked, close walk to the wonderful heated pool and hot tub. Good communication with owners. Great location in Palm Desert!

Amazing place

Over all we loved this place. It’s well kept beautiful home. The home has all the essentials. The rooms are very spacious and each bedroom has a full bath. Half a bath in the hallway. The pool is near the hotel which makes it easy to get in and out. The place is about 5-10 minutes once you exit the freeway. This will be my first choice when returning to Palm Dessert/ Palm Springs. Activity near by I would recommend Indian canyon trail. It’s an amazing place to visit and it’s only 30 minutes away. Jennifer was a great host. We got speedy responses.

Great stay

We enjoyed three nights at the resort. I could not get over all the supplies that were in our unit. We wanted for nothing . I appreciate it that a neighbor looked out for the owner and wa so close by. We made a mistake and locked ourselves out of the garage and the neighbor had an extra key to let us back in. The Shepards and the neighbor couldn't have been nicer about it.

I had a wonderful stay at this house! Check-in was easy and contact free. The house had all of the essentials we needed and Jennifer communicated directly with me a few days prior and the day before check out with all instructions. I plan to stay again

Great place for families or two couples

The condo was supplied with EVERYTHING including plush towels. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. I love that all three bedrooms had a tv as we traveled with our three adult daughters ( and one fiance ) We stayed during the 118 degree weekend and still had a great time. The condo is right on a greenbelt with the HUGE pool steps away. We ate every meal outside because the area was shaded and had tables and lounge chairs. The floor plan was perfect for six adults. My only issue was the third bedroom was a pullout but my 21 and 23 year old daughters were fine. And I’m not good at reading details. We would definitely stay again!!

Desert Falls is a very friendly neighborhood with meandering streets that make for great walks. Our patio area overlooks the pool and is perfect for a refreshing beverage, visit with friends, or relaxing with a laptop, favorite book or magazine.

Renovated extensively in summer 2023, the condo is well appointed and comfortable for up to 6 guests to be able to enjoy all that the Palm Desert and Coachella Valley has to offer.
