VENDIMIA CONDO CON UN TOQUE MODERNO! ¡MUELLE DE BOTES!

Recientemente remodelado dos dormitorios, dos baños condominio en el lago Hamilton con un muelle. Este condominio está ubicado en Kleinshore Resort, uno de los primeros complejos de lago del lago Hamilton. Kleinshore es conocida por su aspecto vintage y su ambiente relajado. La gente ha disfrutado de este resort durante décadas, y la mayoría de los propietarios han remodelado recientemente sus casas y condominios. Nuestro condominio es un lugar muy acogedor para relajarse en el lago! Cuando estás en la unidad, te sientes como si estuvieras fuera del agua, y las vistas son simplemente espectaculares. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama matrimonial con su propio baño completo. El segundo dormitorio es un poco más pequeño y tiene una litera (doble sobre el total). El baño principal tiene una gran ducha a ras de suelo. El sofá en la sala de estar se retira en una cama queen. Muebles y decoración frescos y contemporáneos. Cocina gourmet con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Nuevos televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana en sala de estar y dormitorio principal (ambos con Roku). Netflix y otros canales / aplicaciones de cortesía. WiFi gratis. Gran área de piscina para nadar. ¡Una de las ubicaciones de lago más convenientes en todas las aguas termales!

We enjoyed our stay celebrating our 10th Anniversary. We loved the view! The host was very responsive when needed. Pool was nice!Need to mow around entrance and install a light at the entrance into 9-C when arriving after dark!

Amazing view

We were looking forward to a quiet getaway with a good view. This more than met our expectations. The view was beautiful, and the property was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We hope to stay here again sometime.

Mother-Daughters Trip

Absolutely Amazing View! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Great communication with the property owner. Everything was so wonderful but again, sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view was awesome. Would stay there again.

Great view, cozy and clean

This condo was extremely clean, cozy and had a beautiful lake view!! We are already looking to plan for another trip this summer. The condo is located close enough to all the popular Hot Springs attractions, but tucked away for a nice relaxing lake house stay. The owner was very polite and accommodating.

Great condo

Condo is uber clean and super updated. New appliances & coffee & filters were a pleasant surprise! Owner sent great check in instructions and answered all my questions about restaurants and things to do. The deck and lake are beautiful... so peaceful. TVs easy to use and great to have movie channels at your fingertips. Definitely a great little hidden gem in Hot Springs.

Will Not Be Back

We reserved the condo for an extended weekend (Thurs. - Sun.). We stayed one night and checked out the next day. The AC units created a lot of humidity, which made the air inside the condo extremely damp and warm. There were other issues, but that was the main one.

The stay was amazing with the exception of a few things.

The property is true to it's description and pictures. Check in was very easy; the owner was always willing to answer any questions. The communication was extremely proficient. The only thing that could have been better are a few things available for the interior stay. We would have enjoyed having a lighter and scissors available to us. Citronella candles for outdoor dinners and conversation. Also, the smaller room would have been more accommodating had it had a small table, lamp, and perhaps a small chair. Lastly, there were a short supply of face towels; which are very much needed when you are equipped to accommodate six guests. We had three; and it was a hard stretch. The Gazebo would be beautiful if it were lit with string lights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay; and would definitely come back again😊

Pretty view, but lacks some conveniences

The kitchen and view are gorgeous, there is no denying that. The rest of the house is pretty cramped, though. The house lacked some basic conveniences such as a dresser in the bunk bed room and towels for the kitchen. The main bedroom does not have curtains, so you'll wake with the sun, and the mattress sucks you into the middle. I woke with a cramped neck each morning. The main bath only has a pedestal sink and racks over the toilet that aren't very stable. All in all it served our purposes and had a good location, just not the coziest stay we've ever had at a VRBO.

Nice getaway

The property was nice. Being on the water was great. Everything we did was 15-20 minutes drive away so the location was good. Enjoyed our little getaway. I would recommend someone tighten up the bolts on the bunk beds. Each movement from our kiddos causes it to make a creaking sound. Perhaps tightening the bolts could fix this.

Great Property

On arrival the key retrieval was simple and easy. Opening the door and realizing the view advertised did not exaggerate and it was actually more beautiful. This is the first condo I have ever stayed that everything you would think you need was supplied (dishing washing liquid, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper) there was even shampoo and soap. It is probably the cleanest property I have every stayed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and clean place to stay.

Excellent View! Great location!

The view is as dreamy as the picture! Our experience in this condo was excellent and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quiet relaxing spot. If you want to cook more than Microwave popcorn or boil water the lovely kitchen is lacking in basic supplies ....good thing there are plenty of restaurants within very short driving distance! Would definitely come back for this view.....

Perfect!

This house is adorable, spotless, and in the perfect location. It’s tucked away to give a secluded feel while only being a short drive to downtown. On top of that, the host is super responsive and great to work with. I’ll definitely look into staying here during my next trip to Hot Springs!

This was beautifully furnished in a farmhouse look that reminded us of home ! It was clean, in a beautiful location on Lake Hamilton. The owner was quick to answer any questions and very helpful!

Great Hot Springs location!

Nice clean condo right on Lake Hamilton. Beautiful balcony over lake with boat slips. Five- ten minutes from all attractions. Nice owner who promptly answered any questions. Will def go back!

We both grew up in Hot Springs and love everything about the lifestyle here. When we got married over a decade ago, we both decided that we wanted to live and raise our family in Hot Springs. We have two young sons and love spending time with them doing all the activities Hot Springs has to offer. Our goal is simply to provide an exceptional vacation rental experience for each of our guests. Each of our properties is different and unique; however, on all properties we strive for superior level of professionalism, quality and cleanliness so our guests are happy and comfortable. If you want to be right on the water (almost over the water) with a view to die for, this is your place. And from a convenience standpoint, it doesn't get any better.
