Hello Gentlemen. First of all, I would like to thank you for choosing our house for your stay. You were lucky enough to be able to interact directly with us if there was a problem and you know this very well since we have spoken with you directly on several occasions. You now understand better the importance of respecting the protocol for entering and leaving a rented property in order to avoid any subsequent policies and to immediately resolve any problems in preparing the accommodation. I note in the end that your remarks relate more to the check-in appointment than anything else. I remind you that the reception and departure are our responsibility but departures and arrivals outside the scheduled times are your responsibility as everywhere!!! I take this opportunity to inform you that you left before the arrival of the concierge with whom you had made an appointment and that I have at your disposal a series of photos of the state of the house when you left... Obviously your reaction shows bad faith and ultimately a lack of respect towards us. If you have problems with schedules and coordination with the concierge on site, do not blame us and even less the house. We always take into account the constructive comments of our tenants in order to improve the infrastructure over time. We are very respectful of the relational aspect that we maintain directly with our tenants and therefore we are both disappointed and doubtful of the rating that you gave us. Rest assured, we have taken your comments into account and if they are justified we will make the necessary changes immediately. Good luck.

Como muchos propietarios en esta plataforma, ofrecemos a nuestros inquilinos el alojamiento que mejor se adapta y equipa a sus deseos. Lamentablemente, muchos de nosotros también deploramos la falta de respeto que algunas personas tienen por los bienes puestos a su disposición. A pesar del coste adicional para nosotros, decidimos montar un servicio de conserjería. este servicio es de interés para todos e incluso permite acompañar a los inquilinos durante su estancia. Evidentemente el comentario no se basa en la cantidad retenida sino en los elementos degradados. Basándonos en reseñas anteriores sobre nuestro alojamiento, ¡te dejamos a ti mismo para juzgar!
