As a guest at Harborside, you receive all of the benefits and amenities of being a guest at the Atlantis Hotel – admission to the day (aquamarine life and Atlantis Museum), Atlantis waterpark, beaches and more. The best part about staying at Harborside is that rather than staying in a single room, there are separate bedrooms, bathrooms, living room dining room and outdoor living space. All of the comforts of home with the amenities of the Atlantis.

This is a three bedroom villa with two luxurious master bedrooms, each with king-size bed and whirlpool tub in bathroom, 3rd bedroom with a Queen size bed, Two living areas with sofa bed, armchair, & entertainment center, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove-top, microwave-convection oven, toaster, coffee maker & blender, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette that includes two-burner cooktop, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dinnerware, two dining areas, two sets of washers and dryers, and a private balcony with outdoor furniture.

This Harborside villa includes unlimited access to Atlantis water park, beaches, the dig and more. You will receive a wristband for each person in your party upon check-in. All the privileges of staying at Atlantis with twice the space!

Atlantis features 21 restaurants and 19 bars and lounges offering everything from fine dining to quick-and-easy favorites. Savor a mixture of Southwestern cuisine with a Bahamian twist at renowned Chef Bobby Flay’s award-winning Mesa Grill, grab a quick bite pool side, indulge in endless buffets or enjoy family style meals.

Aquaventure, Atlantis Paradise Island’s water park, is a one-of-a-kind 141-acre waterscape with complimentary admission for over-night guests at Atlantis. Atlantean-themed towers, thrilling high-speed water slides, a mile-long river ride with rolling rapids and wave surges, 20 swimming areas, a spectacular kids water-play fort and 11 unique and refreshing swimming pools.

*This resort does not have standard US electrical plugs. Guests are advised to bring an adapter.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty.  Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations.  Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing.  The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property.  Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
