This was our second time staying at The Boardwalk however we will not stay again in this particular unit unless upgrades are made. The master bed should have been replaced several years ago, the outdoor lounger would’ve been more comfortable to sleep on. The guest bedroom closet leaks condensation and wet the entire contents of an open suitcase. We did not discover this until packing up to leave. The guest bathroom condensation leaks right over the toilet so you can use the bathroom and have a shower at the same time. The kitchen had bare basics compared to other units in PCB we’ve stayed in. The positives were that there was a 3rd room with a full bed, the elevators were usually fast, and we were always able to find plenty of parking. This unit is also pretty close to the elevators and trash chute.

Absolutely loved it here! Would definitely recommend. The views are gorgeous. The only thing I would say is I wish the king size bed was a little more comfortable. 5 of us very comfortably stayed here. Communication was great. Check in was super easy. 10/10 would recommend!

Beach condo

Overall the condo was great. My only complaint is that the floor was dirty and had not been mopped on arrival. Within a few minutes of walking on the floor, the bottom of our feet were black as if we had walked outside.

Our Wedding Trip Stay!

We booked this resort for the 3rd time & this time was for our wedding trip! Each stay has been great but this unit is by far our favorite! We stayed Sept 13-17th with our wedding being Sunday, the 15th! Condo is very welcoming and spacious, resort staff are very friendly! Resort and condo were very clean & I made sure to do what I could to leave it that way! Check in was on time & the cleaning crew were timely with arriving on time to prepare for next guests which I respected highly of them! Foodies, the tiki bar is such a plus to enjoy a good bite to eat, amazing drinks by the infinity pool!! We hope to be able to stay here just as newly weds very soon, if you read this and think of booking - you won’t regret it!!! Thank you to Book That Condo for a perfect stay!!

Bring your own Mattress, paper towels, & garbage bags

I give it a 3star, the king size mattress sagged terrible, I had to sleep on the couch. You get 1 paper towel and 1 garbage bag. For $3,299 per week I think they could provide a little more. Located on the ocean with a great view. But very crowded on beach. Going out dinner, eat at 4 pm or 9pm otherwise 1.5h wait.

it was very complicated to watch sports or any other channel on each TV. the bathrooms could have been a better upgrade. also the furniture could have been a better upgrade. we are going to come back next year but we're going to do a four bedroom hopefully that's a better fit for us. overall I would give you all a three it was okay wasn't the best condo I ever stayed in.

Fall Break 2023

We really enjoyed the stay. The beach was great too! The security was wonderful, I love how they kept watch on the pool and surrounding areas. The splash pad was nice for smaller children. My only concern was the balcony rail had a gap between the sitting area and the bedroom windows. A small child could get in between and extracting them would be difficult if needed. Of course, one should always be watchful of small children. We fixed up a barrier from the rail to the inside of the bedroom sliding glass just for an extra precaution. The other safety issue was the door lock and deadbolt. My 20-month-old granddaughter could actually open the door with the deadbolt on. I wish it had a top lock. I would definitely stay again at the Boardwalk if I were in the area. I also enjoyed eating at the "Under the Boardwalk" restaurant which was conveniently located by the pool area.

Loved our stay

Place was clean and easy to get to. Right on the beach, which we love. Had great food nearby and was 20 mins from pier park. Only issue was the master mattress needs to be replaced...but we also wasnt ready to leave!! We love Panama and will keep this condo on our list for the future!!!

PCB Family vacation

Overall the condo was a great size for two small families, perfect location, next to the beach! We did notice the floors were a bit dirty, but other than that the place was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Great family vacation!

Check in was a breeze. The condo was spotless and very spacious for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Was plenty of room for a couple more people. We will book here again.

Beach Week - Nice Stay - 2BR that is actually a 3 BR in my opinion.

Nice beach stay. Everything in good condition. Even though it says it’s a 2 BR, it really has beds in 3 separate rooms giving the ability for separating our teenagers which is why we booked this unit. Lots of PCB restaurants and attractions are a very close drive and/or an easy walk. Didn’t affect us but the complex is very strict with their pool opening and closing and everyone is kicked out of the pool area at 10:00 pm each evening with security keeping an eye on the pool area all night. Left a skim board in the furnace room for the next guests. My only thought would be adding some basic beach items such as small beach chairs or an umbrella. We had friends in another unit that had some of these items in a closet in their unit.

Great place some problems

Building and unit was perfect for us, we only had two issues. One was no spatula in kitchen, called for a replacement and told that was not part of the unit. (Really?!). Big problem with master bedspread, it was filthy and stained ( some blood Stains along with other unidentified spots, ) it was replaced quickly.

Wonderful vacation!

My family & I had a wonderful spring break vacation while staying in this condo. The condo was laid out great for all 8 of us, we had plenty of space & were very comfortable. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops & attractions. The property is very well kept & secure. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in PCB!

Wonderful Condo!

We hated to leave! Very spacious, beautifully decorated, great location! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you’ll need. Master bedroom is huge with beautiful views of the beach/gulf. No waiting for elevators and plenty of parking! Extra large balcony and the Boardwalk Resort was always very clean and staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

We loved this condo. It has a beautiful beach view, pool area, and the actual entrance to the hotel. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Would luv to come back and stay at this condo again!

Great!

Lovely property! I looked at TONS of places and I’m so glad that we stayed here. We felt very safe with security guards at the gate and around the pool. Perfect level for a beautiful view but not a long elevator ride. Would definitely stay here again!
