Fall and winter are peaceful at the Beach! No long lines!

When we bought Emerald Isle Resort 1502, we were looking for a huge spacious balcony with perfect views of the beautiful water and beach, for elevators that work with no long wait lines, and same side of the street parking. We found a 10 rating for each of those at Emerald Isle Resort. The condo has comfortable attractive balcony furniture. The condo is equipped with appliances all less than a year old. You will enjoy recently replaced mattresses and a new sofa. The condo is very well supplied with kitchen necessities. You will fall in love with the view from the very spacious balcony. Front row beach service is included March - October. This is a non-smoking unit. We would love for you to stay with us! Safe travels!

The property was nicely decorated, very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The balcony was quite large with very nice furniture. The condo was in close proximity to Pier Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Toast on the coast

Property is awesome and clean, great beach access. The parking was not very good with no directions except park where there is no sign . Overall very good!

From the cleanliness of the beautiful condo to the stunning view of the gulf, there are 1000 reasons you should book this unit! We had a fantastic stay and hated to leave!

We had a great stay! Easy check-in and property is as described. Our only complaint is that, during our week’s stay, chair service did not begin at 8:00 am (more like 9:00) and umbrellas aren’t provided if winds blow 12mph or higher (even though condos on both sides put up umbrellas a couple of days that Emerald Isle did not). Chairs are also first come, come serve. Just be aware that you may want to take your own pop-up for shade.

This was the nicest condo I have ever stayed in!! The decor looked new, the kitchen, floors and bathroom looked like they were remodeled!Clean down to the last detail. Definitely I will stay here again and again..

Parking is safe and secure, tight, but doable. Automatic doors from parking area into the building was nice. Elevators are nice, fast and plentiful.We stayed on 15 floor and had NO elevator issues at all. The condo is clean, smells nice, well maintained, comfortable. We especially loved the electric recliners and the reclining sofa. Getting to the pool and beach is super easy and no problems at all accessing the 2 free chair/umbrella service.Balcony area is nice. I have no complaints whatsoever with this resort or condo.

My husband and I had a great time, the condo was absolutely beautiful! The only complaint that we had was that the sliding glass doors in the living room didnt have blinds/curtains so there were times the sun was a little too bright in the room for us. Other than that, we have no complaints and will be staying with Jerry Adams in future vacations.

This place is amazing! They thought of everything from the beach chairs and umbrella on the beach that is included to the additional beach chairs and cooler in the unit. Great place wverything was awesome and they thought of everything you would need for an amazing stay. Thank you!

An excellent choice for an extended weekend away!

This was a very nice condo rental experience. Check-in was easy and smooth, the unit was wonderful and clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was outstanding!! The tall table and chairs on the balcony were perfect for watching the dolphins and the activity on the beach. My only complaint was that there were no drapes in the living room to block the early morning sun for the member of our party who slept on the couch. All in all we will definitely be coming back!!
