Relaxing Vacation

The area and location of the house was perfect. It was very quiet but yet we could drive 2 miles and the families would find lots to do.

Space for Everyone

This well appointed home met our every need. Beach/pool toys, kitchen appliances, tools and service ware, and technology charging stations, TVs, etc. The beds were VERY comfortable and all rooms were spacious. We especially liked the closet/storage space, use of garage and the many bathrooms for a group of 13. Location was beautiful and walking/biking distance from stores and restaurants. The pool and dock area was the centerpiece of our stay.

Delaware family reunion

Perfect house and location for our annual family reunion. House had everything you need and was conveniently located to market , water, and boardwalk . Elevator was perfect for my 95 year old grandma to enjoy the entire house and the pool was a hit !

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We have a family of 13 which includes children ages 2-14 and 7 adults. This house was perfect for us and the pool was an added bonus! Everything was extremely clean and the furnishings were beautiful! Close to the beaches but situated on the Bayside. It is exactly as advertised and more!

Great first stay!

3 families, 6 kids, and misadventures. We had a blast. So did the kids btw. The pool and gazebo are a great spot to chill after the kids go to sleep. The kids watched Super Mario Bros on repeat while they swam. The elevator was a great convenience for us old folks

Great location for 4 generation vacation

We enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful home for our vacation in August. The pool! Every day found us relaxing by the pool and there were plenty of noodles for all of us to float. The kitchen is very well equipped for all the multi course dinners we prepared. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the multiple bathrooms were a plus. The elevator and accessible bathrooms accommodated the oldest generation nicely. There is plenty of parking. The neighborhood is very quiet and some of us enjoyed early morning walks to the bay front and coffee on the deck and watching wildlife, as well an expansive view of North Ocean City from the rooftop deck. There are several spacious common areas to gather, relax and play games. The proximity to Delaware State Park at Fenwick Island was convenient and we enjoyed beach days there; it’s handicapped accessible and has a bathhouse. Restaurants and groceries are nearby. Overall this is a wonderful vacation home that accommodated our family well. We loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a mixed family of 9 total including 2 kids. We all thought the house was one of the best we had stayed at. Very large with 3 TV areas, large bedrooms and closets, very large, well-equipped kitchen, and a large swimming pool. The house was on a canal which we had not done before but it was very pretty, especially at nights. Several close restaurants, Harris Teeter and Food Lion close, also an excellent farm stand. Beach- about 5-10 minute drive, pay $10 for parking ($5 for Delaware tagged cars), beach has concession area/bathrooms/rentals if you need. Very large parking area which can fit 6-8 cars depending upon size.

This home has it all!

This space was absolutely perfect for our multigenerational family vacation! At 8 months pregnant I traveled with my husband, parents, siblings, and nieces to Fenwick for our annual summer vacation and we are already excited to book this home for 2022. - The neighborhood was safe and quiet and perfect for my early morning walks to get ahead of the summer heat. - We loved being on the canal and having access to kayaks to take a breather from the rest of the family here and there. We could cheer each other on from the multiple decks and enjoy sunsets there too! - The pool was clutch - and we spent most of our time in or around the pool that week. It was so nice to have the outside entertainment area to take a break from the sun and we even enjoyed a nighttime pool movie! - We had an easy time driving to the beach a few days out of the week and coming back to the pool in the later afternoon was a dream. - We played board games morning, noon, and night at the dining room table and cooked most of our meals in the expansive kitchen or at the grill. Getting groceries locally was easy peas-y using curbside pickup. - Multiple living areas meant we could spread out or all join each other in one place. - The elevator was a game changer to navigate the multiple levels and for my parents to get around easily. - Owners we’re easy to communicate with and even helped us coordinate an early Amazon delivery to the home that we expected to get there after our checkin. Can’t wait to stay again! Thanks Rhonda!

Three generations were able to create wonderful family memories crabbing and fishing off the dock, kayaking, swimming in the pool, and enjoying every aspect of this spacious and beautiful home. The kitchen enabled all 14 of us to eat each meal together and the evaluator allowed my dad (who struggles with mobility) to be a part of every memory. We are grateful for our opportunity to have experienced all this amazing house has to offer and would highly recommend it.

Incredible Home

This was one of the nicest homes we have vacationed at. The kids never wanted to leave the pool. Having an elevator made it easy to get up and down the four floors. Speaking of four floors, the view from the fourth floor was incredible.

Great location and house!

The house was perfect for multiple families and ages. We didn't know there was a covered TV area next to the pool! The elevator was great for loading and unloading. It was great also for the older assaults when needed. There was a small leak in the top floor ceiling when it rained but that didn't take away from the great house.

Perfect Family Retreat!

What a great experience! We were thrilled with the accommodations. This location is ideal for a family getaway. We had plenty of space for everyone both indoor and outdoor and something to do for everyone. The house was even better than advertised. Thank you for your hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
