BCH74_OC is quite possibly the only rental house in Ocean City with a private pool! This property screams luxury from the Subzero and Wolf appliances, to the private pool/tiki bar. This 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bath house has a reversed floor plan, with all bedrooms on the first floor. Sleeps 20 and has bay and ocean views from the front second floor deck! Two master bedrooms (king beds) both with ensuites, that lead directly out to the pool. This is a new build and will be fully stocked for your stay!

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the private pool and tiki area. Check-in instructions will be provided one week prior to arrival. During winter and spring the Pool will be closed.
Located on 74th Street in Ocean City, this property is in a quiet, residential area just a short walk to Beach Access at 74th Street. Enjoy easy access to the sand and ocean while staying close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and local attractions. You are walking distance to the new Saltwater 75. The neighborhood is walkable and bike-friendly, with a nearby bus stop for convenient travel throughout Ocean City. It’s a great location for families and groups looking for a relaxed beach stay with everything close by.
Linens are included in the cleaning fee. Bed linens are provided for each bed, along with bath towels and washcloths for up to 20 guests.
Parking is avalible at the property. Parked correctly there is parking avalible for 5 vehicles. There is also free street parking avalible on first come first serve basis.

Pool Rules and Information
• That there is a pool located at 105 74th street that does not have a lifeguard on duty at any time and that guests are solely responsible for pool safety during their stay. The pool is offered as a swim-at-your-own-risk amenity.
• That there are door chimes on the 3 lower doors connected to the pool deck to notify guests if/or when someone opens a door to access the pool deck and that the guests will not tamper with door chimes during our stay. Tampering with or disabling a door chime will result in a $50 fee per affected chime for replacement.
• That depending on water level, the pool is 3.5-4ft in depth and that children/persons unable to swim should not and will not be left unattended at any time.
• That depending on water level, the pool is 3.5-4ft in depth and that jumping from the second story deck into the pool is both forbidden and a serious health risk.
• That no member of the staying party will jump from the second story deck into the pool or onto the deck surface at any time or for any reason and that discovery of a staying party jumping from the top deck will result in immediate removal of the entire staying party from the property and that no refunds will be issued.
• That the pool is not deep enough to allow any sort of diving and that diving is not permitted.
• That any injuries sustained from use of the pool are the sole responsibility of the staying party.
