Este condominio en el quinto piso está directamente frente al mar con ventanas de techo a piso, a solo unos pasos de la famosa playa de Daytona. Con dos habitaciones, King en el dormitorio principal y dos reinas en la habitación de huéspedes (ropa de cama incluida) y dos baños, puede acomodar fácilmente hasta seis personas. Cocina totalmente equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocción y horneado con una lavadora / secadora solo para su uso.
El balcón frente al mar es el lugar perfecto para comenzar el día, hermosos amaneceres o para terminar el día. Se puede acceder al balcón desde el dormitorio principal o desde la sala de estar. Esta joya es su próximo lugar de vacaciones.

The building is old. Nothing can be changed about that. The bedspread on the king bed could be of better quality. Asking guests to start one laundry is asking much. There was also request to wash all dishes and put it back. The slatted blinds cover the view of the beach. The location on the beach is very good.

Quick Vacation

My father and I came down on a guys trip. The view and location are what sold me and that stood true. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and things to do with in walking distance. The building is showing its age, but the location and the condo itself was great.

Beautiful beach location

Great property, great location, too bad the pool got swept away in a hurricane. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was great. Parking parking was great would stay again!

Great place on south end

Property was in good location to several good eating places. Close to road going to mainland. Not in the busy crowds of Daytona Beach. Beach was perfect.

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was spotless on arrival with modern furnishings. Everything you need to make your own meals. Beds were extremely comfortable. Views were immaculate. Can’t wait to book again for next year!

Wonderful week

Our stay in this property was great. Met all of our expectations for cleanliness. Check in was easy, parking in a secure garage was a bonus. The view was awsome from floor to ceiling windows, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Easy to get to restaurants and other activities. It is an older building but quiet and well maintained. would definately stay again.

Quiet& Convenient

Had a great experience with our rental. Everything we could have wanted was there. Condo office stagg was a little less than welcoming and seemed annoyed that we asked questions but other than that it was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely look at this property again when we are in town again.

It was a beautiful clean condo! Great access to beach. Just stunk as under construction when we were there ( they reported under construction but didn’t specify). Couldn’t open sliding doors to beach front and pool was closed). But it will be great once construction is finished. We still had a great time!

Great view

Very friendly property. Great view of the ocean from the condo, also patio seating out front as well. Both bedrooms are very spacious and the living room and dining area are open floor plan that is very welcoming. Garage parking, walk to the beach. It’s a little south of the main Daytona Beach boardwalk, the beach was busy but not packed and there’s a 2nd pier a short walk away. If you want the full crowd of Daytonas main pier it’s a very short trip to the north. We visited during “construction” but was still a great place to stay. Would definitely like to stay again when the balcony and pool are open!

Jeep Week 2025 - April 24 - April 27

Overall, a very nice property! The balcony was under construction during our stay, so we were unable to use the balcony or pool and couldn't access the beach directly from the property. Additionally, construction work took place on Saturday morning, which was quite noisy. The property itself was excellent; the washer and dryer were conveniently located across the hall, though they could benefit from some updating. Overall, this is a wonderful property.

Family in FL

The keys were not available as previously communicated. Once we notified the owner, prompt response was received and keys were hand delivered. Understood construction was over in April but continued during our stay. Nice and clean unit and full of the essentials. Will consider staying here in the future if construction is completed.
